Die Wohnung befindet sich in Garajau und bietet einen schönen Blick auf den Atlantik.
Strand, Tauchen und in der Nähe von mehreren Punkten von touristischem Interesse.
Das Gebiet von Garajau ist bekannt für seine Ruhe und die Nähe zum Meer. Es liegt zwischen der Stadt Funchal und dem Flughafen und verfügt über mehrere Dienstleistungen und Restaurants in der Nähe der Immobilie.
Die Wohnung ist geräumig und verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer; eines mit einem Doppelbett und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten. Das gemütliche Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Schlafsofa ausgestattet und bietet dank des Zugangs zum Balkon, von dem aus man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer hat, viel natürliches Licht.
Die zentrale Lage, nur zehn Autominuten vom Flughafen und der Stadt Funchal entfernt, ist ein echter Vorteil für alle, die in der Nähe der Stadt und der Ostseite der Insel sein möchten.
Die Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu sechs Personen und ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen kostenlosen Parkplatz.
DIE UMGEBUNG ÜBERBLICK
In der Gegend von Garajau gibt es viele Restaurants, Geschäfte und Supermärkte. Außerdem ist ein Strand in fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, und es gibt einen kleinen Wanderweg für Ihre Morgenspaziergänge, direkt neben dem Cristo-Rei-Denkmal.
Ein Auto am Flughafen zu mieten kann eine gute Option sein, um die Insel in Ihrem eigenen Tempo zu entdecken. Sie können sich auch in Garajau entspannen und durch die Wohnstraßen spazieren, an den Strand gehen oder in Ihrem privaten Garten ein Buch lesen; das sind nur einige der Vorzüge eines Aufenthalts in dieser Gegend.

- Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Bei Bedarf können wir auch ein Kinderbett, einen Hochstuhl und eine Babybadewanne zur Verfügung stellen. Ein Erste-Hilfe-Kasten, ein Feuerlöscher und eine Feuerlöschdecke sind in allen Unterkünften vorhanden.

Wir weisen darauf hin, dass für alle Personen, die in der Gemeinde Santa Cruz übernachten, eine städtische Ökotaxe erhoben wird.
Alle Gäste, die in touristischen Anlagen und/oder Unterkünften übernachten und mindestens 13 Jahre alt sind, zahlen 2,00 € pro Person/Nacht, bis zu einem Höchstaufenthalt von 7 Nächten/14 € pro Person. Kurz vor Ihrer Ankunft erhalten Sie den Link zur Zahlung dieser Gebühr.

Przede wszystkim uważam, że prezentowanie apartamentu ze starymi zdjęciami, z których wynika, że lokal ma widok na ocean jest niedopuszczalne. Dla nas był to ważny punkt, a na miejscu okazało się, że przed apartamentem zbudowany został budynek, który zasłania widok! Ocean widzimy tylko po wyjściu na balkon, z boku. Salon jest dosyć ciemny po pierwsze przez właśnie wyżej wspomniany budynek, a po drugie dlatego, że okna balkonowe przysłaniają częściowo okiennice. Sypialnia z pojedynczymi łóżkami wychodzi na korytarz wspólny dla wszystkich mieszkańców. Deska do prasowania jest nie do użytku, to model, który stawia się na stole.
Po tygodniu, przyjechała ekipa sprzątająca, która wymieniła nam pościel i ręczniki, trochę sprzątnęła. Zasadniczo byłby to plus, ale nie wiedzieliśmy o tym, mocno nas to zaskoczyło. Nie schowaliśmy dokumentów, pieniędzy… Finalnie nic nie zginęło, ale czuliśmy się dziwnie. Fajnie, gdyby informacja taka była udzielana na początku pobytu.

Eigener Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Großer Esstisch und große Couch. Jede Menge Decken und Kissen im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur ist sehr gut. Der Service ebenso. In 14 Tagen wurde 1x Handtücher und Bettwäsche getauscht. Wurde extra vorher angekündigt. Waren sehr positiv überrascht.
Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist nicht mehr wie auf den Original Bildern zu sehen ist. Die Hälfte des Meerblicks ist verbaut. In der Nähe ist eine weitere Baustelle. Mo-Fr von 8-17 Uhr wird dort gebaut. Eine ganze Woche hatten wir den ganzen Tag (!) Presslufthammer-Lärm. Der Bau ist erst am Anfang! Auf dem Balkon ist es daher nur am Wochenende schön.
Die Stühle am Balkon sind wirklich unbequem. Es gab ein paar andere Klappstühle, aber die waren kaputt. Ohne Auto ist die Lage der Wohnung eher schlecht. Restaurants sind zu Fuß noch zu erreichen. Supermärkte oder Strand eher nicht. Auf der Insel ist halt alles sehr steil. Das sollte man vorher wissen! Checkin ging erst um 17 Uhr.

Wir entschuldigen uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten, die durch den Bau in der Nähe verursacht wurden. Wir haben dies zur Kenntnis genommen und werden sehen, was wir tun können, um die Situation zu verbessern. Ihre Anmerkungen zu den Balkonstühlen sind ebenfalls hilfreich und wir werden uns darum kümmern.
Was die Lage betrifft, so verstehen wir, dass es ohne Auto etwas herausfordernd sein kann. Wir werden versuchen, zukünftigen Gästen mehr Informationen über die Lage und die Umgebung zu geben, damit sie eine fundierte Entscheidung treffen können.
Nochmals vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback, es hilft uns, unseren Service zu verbessern und ein besseres Erlebnis für zukünftige Gäste zu schaffen.

Muyyyyyy mal las almohadas, nos ha afectado bastante, hemos tenido que ponerle la funda de. La almohada a los cojines, e ir probando con uno cada noche.
La vitrocerámica a veces va regular.

Der Halt der Duschbrause war beschädigt. Es hielt die Duschkopf nicht aufrecht, man müsste die die Brause mit der Hand halten um zu duschen.
Leider gab es kein Mixer oder Saftpresse, für das Frühstücken absolut wichtig sich ein Saft machen zu können.

The apartment has a privat underground parking space. This was very good to have as it's not easy to park around the apartment as there is limited space but also steep and small roads. Overall we had a really great stay in this apartment and I would definitely recommend it!

2. Also, the construction blocks an ocean view - doesn't match with what you can see on photos. The ocean is visible though, but you need to come to the balcony for that of look at the window closely - than it's on your left.
3. We booked this apartment for 42 days and paid hell lot of money for it. However, when we asked to have a check-out just 3 hours later, the link to the third-party system was provided where we had to pay €20 extra. I've asked if this could be provided complimentary considering our long term stay, but got a refusal. Of course, €20 is not a big deal, but that made us feel disappointed about the service.
4. Later cleanings were not done really well Sometimes we could have a cleaning gel remaining in the toilet, or there could be some mess left in the kitchen.
Couldn't complain on anything other than that, and overall our stay was OK.
