Diese schöne und moderne Duplex-Wohnung befindet sich im touristischen Zentrum von Funchal, wo mehrere Hotels, Restaurants, Geschäfte, Strände und eine fantastische Promenade, wo Sie den Tag mit einem entspannenden Spaziergang beenden können.
Mit zwei Etagen, ist diese Wohnung komplett renoviert und verfügt über große Flächen in allen Räumen. In der oberen Etage befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett, eigenem Bad und Balkon, und zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem gemeinsamen Bad, von denen eines Zugang zum Balkon bietet.
In der unteren Etage befinden sich das Wohnzimmer und die Küche im offenen Raum. Hier finden Sie auch ein Badezimmer und Zugang zum Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit, von dem aus Sie einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer haben.
Diese Wohnung bietet Platz für maximal sechs Personen und ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten für einen angenehmen Urlaub auf der Insel Madeira ausgestattet.
Das Anwesen verfügt über einen Parkplatz.
AREA
Dieses Anwesen befindet sich in Rampa do Lido, in der Nähe eines indischen Restaurants, eines Supermarktes und der Postfiliale. Es ist ein Gebiet mit vielen Dienstleistungen in der Nähe, Restaurants, Bars, Hotels, Strände, Radweg, Promenade, Gärten und Paddelplätze in der Nähe. Das nächstgelegene Einkaufszentrum (Fórum Madeira) ist 900 Meter entfernt (3 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 13 Minuten zu Fuß).
Das Zentrum von Funchal ist in 7 bis 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

So werden allen Kunden, die in touristischen Einrichtungen und/oder Unterkünften übernachten und mindestens 13 Jahre alt sind, 2,00 € pro Person/Nacht berechnet, bis zu einem Maximum von 7 Nächten und einem Maximum von 14,00 € pro Person/Aufenthalt. A few things to consider: 1. Unlocking the gate to access car parking was a little confusing. It would help if there’s a video demonstration, similar to how the host provided to enter the property. 2. There were tiny ants in the kitchen area near the sink. 3. We were having a dinner with two of our group who just got engaged. We were notified the volume inside was too loud, so we kept the volume down and no issues after that. If you are a large group, consider there may be a volume reader inside the unit. However there were no issues once we responded.
Overall, we’d highly recommend this property!!

Le logement était propre, confortable, spacieux et calme. Balcon très agréable.
De plus, un supermarché se trouve à même pas 50 mètres de l'appartement, ainsi qu'un excellent restaurant indien.
Le front de mer avec possibilité de baignade était de plus très proche.
Nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'entrer en contact avec An Island mais tout était très bien organisé.
Instructions claires pour rentrer dans l'appartement. Possibilité d'arranger un transport de/vers l'aéroport.

The size of the apartment is a plus, as is having the two floors, the two balconies, the three rooms, and the two and a half bathrooms. The spacious kitchen, the large dining table and the separate laundry room were also much appreciated.
We were very happy with the comfort of the beds and that they were changed once a week.
We did encounter a few issues and we received a rapid response.

You have a supermarket right next door, all the restaurants in the area and by bus to the city center will take you 10 min costin 1,95€ pp.
The terrace on the second floor is the best part with a beautiful view over the sea.

Minuses. The apartment was fairly clean, however the kitchen table still had stuck on food and crumbs in the chairs from previous guests. We also found a drawer full of underwear. General items you expect in a VRBO were lacking. There were no paper towels (had to buy our own), only 1 kitchen towel, one dishwasher pod, no dish soap, etc. Towels were an issue as well. Although this is a 3-bedroom, 2 ½ bath unit, we were only given 1 towel each for me and my husband. We called and texted about the towels and it took a day to get 2 more. Normally we would wash the towels but with no dryer it was taking quite a while for items to air dry. My husband was told they only allow one towel per person. IMO, it is a better guest experience to equip the house to the number of bedrooms/bathrooms. Barking dogs. There are several (very annoying) barking dogs as neighbors.
Not a positive or a negative, but good info to share – there are approximately 70 stairs from the main road to the apartment. We liked the exercise, but if you have trouble with stairs, this may not be the place for you.

Check in and check out instructions weren’t clear. Spent an hour trying to check in. Never received check out instructions.
Some basic amenities were provided (coffee, salt, pepper, oil) but some were missing (hand soap, hand towels in each bathroom, shampoo, body wash, enough toilet paper and laundry detergent for the length of stay)
The laundry area and main bathroom areas have a constant pungent smell.
Communication was slow and not always clear. If these issues were resolved it is a beautiful flat and safe and central area.

Check in was super easy and the apartment was spotless with a really nice welcome card from the host. Each room was set out nicely with a set of fresh towels.
Everything was as expected and there is a handy chart with all the useful information. The WiFi was also really fast (350MB).
The kitchen is well stocked with crockery / cutlery / cleaning products and doesn’t lack for anything with all modern appliances. There is also a washing machine but we didn’t need to use it.
The location is amazing and literally 2 mins walk to the local supermarket and some excellent bars and restaurants. It also feels really safe and quiet in the evening so you can really enjoy the views.
There is no Uber in Madeira but there is a taxi rank for 4 / 7 seater taxis 5 mins walk away. We also pre-booked our airport transfers via the portal which was really convenient.
It was a fantastic base location for our break and I cannot recommended this apartment highly enough!

Problém při příjezdu s klíči (zapomněli poslat email s kódem) a s předáním ovladače k bráně (také zapomněli), nicméně, předpokládám, že to jsou začátečnické problémy, které se nebudou opakovat.
