Schönes neues Haus mit Pool und Meerblick, moderne und minimalistische Architektur, in Arco da Calheta. Ideal für einen komfortablen Familienurlaub, in einem privilegierten Ort für die Ruhe, die bietet, mit ausgezeichneter Sonneneinstrahlung, weg von der Hektik der Stadt.

Neues Haus im modernen und minimalistischen Stil in einer ruhigen Gegend in Arco da Calheta. Natürliches Licht ist in allen Bereichen dieses freundlichen und komfortablen Hauses vorhanden, ein Element, das eine entspannte und entspannende Atmosphäre fördert.
Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, zwei davon mit Kingsize-Bett und Fenster zum Garten (eines davon mit TV, Arbeitsfläche, Schminktisch, eigenem Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne) und ein weiteres mit zwei Einzelbetten und eigenem Bad mit Dusche. Im Korridor, neben einem der Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, gibt es auch ein Bad mit Dusche. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und verfügt über eine Arbeitsplatte, die den Essbereich vom Wohnzimmer trennt. In diesem offenen Raum können Sie schöne Momente am Tisch genießen oder sich einfach ausruhen, während Sie einen guten Film sehen. Der Zugang zum Garten und zum Schwimmbad erfolgt über das Wohnzimmer. In diesem Außenbereich finden Sie auch einen Grill, Sonnenliegen und eine Hängematte. Während Ihres Aufenthalts können Sie den Blick auf das Meer in diesem Raum genießen, der alle Voraussetzungen für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub bietet.

Diese Immobilie befindet sich auf der Westseite, in Arco da Calheta, einer der Orte mit mehr Sonneneinstrahlung auf der Insel Madeira.
Eine 12-minütige Fahrt vom historischen Zentrum von Calheta entfernt finden Sie einen Supermarkt, Bars, Restaurants, einen künstlichen gelben Sandstrand und den Porto Recreio da Calheta.
Etwa 20 Autominuten entfernt befinden sich der Miradouro do Rabaçal (Aussichtspunkt) und die Wanderwege, auf denen einige der bekanntesten Levadas beginnen, wie die Levada das 25 Fontes, die Levada do Alecrim und die Levada do Risco.
Das Stadtzentrum von Funchal ist etwa 35 Autominuten und der Flughafen etwa 50 Minuten entfernt.

Die beste Möglichkeit, das Haus zu erreichen, ist der Transfer. Bitten Sie uns, einen solchen bei unseren lokalen Partnern zu buchen. Er ist billiger als die Taxis, die Sie am Flughafen finden.

Für alle Gäste, die in Ferienanlagen und/oder Unterkünften übernachten und mindestens 13 Jahre alt sind, wird eine Gebühr von 2,00 € pro Person/Nacht erhoben, bis zu einem Maximum von 7 Nächten und einem Maximum von 14,00 € pro Person/Aufenthalt. The place was very clean and beautiful just as shown in pictures! All the needed amenities were available at the house and the views from the house were amazing! There is place only for one car in the garage but there was plenty of place on the street to park our second car.
The house offers quite some privacy and pool was also spotless. During the stay we even got a refresher of the bed linen and towels and cleaning as well as a visit from the pool maintenance which was an added value!
Only issue we had was that one of the sun lounges was broken and took until the last day to have someone coming over but this is something irrelevant considering the nice time we had!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless, very spacious, and perfectly laid out for our group of six. The location is excellent, and the view from the property is absolutely stunning. The house was equipped with everything we needed — from cooking essentials to laundry facilities and even a grill, which made our stay super comfortable. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Alles war wie in der Beschreibung. Die Sauberkeit piko bello. Die Einrichtung super schön,von Bettwäsche bis ausreichende Handtücher sowie Küchenutensilien. Die Einfahrt ist leider wie von den vorherigen Bewertungen ziemlich eng. Unser einziges Problem mit der Fernbedienung der Toreinfahrt wurde innerhalb von 10 Minuten gelöst. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Dimirty der uns zu anfragen zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Müllentsorgung prompt geholfen hat. Wir empfehlen jedem diese Unterkunft.

Vi havde et super godt ophold med en fantastisk vært (Dmitri).

Bolig var virkelig lækker med flot udsigt. Det var generelt virkelig rent og pænt og der kom rengøring halvvejs i ugen.

Den eneste negative ting var en opvasker der ikke virkede og lidt problemer med myrer.

A ház gyönyörű volt. Kényelmes, tiszta.
Érdemes lenne beleírni a hirdetésbe a nagyon meredek kocsibeállót, mert aki nem tapasztalt sofőr, annak meggyűlhet a baja vele.
Amit hiányoltunk az egy porszívó és egy felmosó vödör moppal, mert az egyhetes tartózkodásunk alatt szívesen kiporszívóztunk volna, mert a fehér járólapon hamar meglátszik a kosz, és így csak a kis kézi seprűvel tudtunk felsöpörni, mert a kerti seprűt nem szerettük volna használni.
Illetve a nagy hálószoba fürdőjében a kádat nem tudtuk használni, mert az első alkalom használatkor vettük észre hogy az összes víz kifolyik a kád alól. Valószínűleg elcsúszott a csatlakozás. Itt jött volna nagyon jól a felmosó.

Ezektől eltekintve imádtuk a helyet. Biztos visszatérünk még.❤️

Le logement est très agréable, situé dans un coin assez calme et la vue est vraiment magnifique. Il est nécessaire d'avoir une voiture pour pouvoir accéder aux différentes activités (plage, randonnées, villes). L'accès à l'allée de garage reste cependant assez pentue et difficile d'accès, je recommanderai de se garer dans une rue proche du logement

We had a great family vacation at arch do Calheta. The panoramic views were breathtaking. The house spotless and fully equipped with everything you need for your stay.

The fridge stopped working during our stay and the maintenance company came within the hour to fix it and brought us some ice as well for our provisions. Very helpful and friendly. Even the pool guy came to do a routine check of the pool during our stay. The team is on top of everything and really do make sure you have a great stay.

Parking was a little tricky, but if you are familiar with small European roads then you should be fine.

The Madeira property was beautiful, and was represented accurately in the photos. The Infiinity pool was gorgeous, overlooking the ocean, mountains, and neighborhoods of Madeira. It is a very steep driveway and area, and we had difficulty finding it, as the address listed 1, not 10B. However, we were able to get in touch with the owners, who met us there, to give us the keys and basic instructions on the house.
The bedrooms were quite spacious, and it was handy to have the 3 bathrooms. Instructions were typed out by An Island, and the whole house was available to use during our 4-day stay, including a washer.
All in all, it was comfortable, spacious and the kitchen was loaded with great tools and place settings. The highlight was the vast view and the amazing Infinity Pool! A great value!

The place itself is absolutely beautiful, and the house is very clean and well equipped, which we very much appreciated. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of how unclear it was (in pictures, descriptions, and even prior comments) about how steep the driveway actually is. Honestly, if you have a car of any type do not even attempt to park this car in the driveway. We nearly crashed the car into the entrance to the house because it was so steep the brakes couldn’t even react fast enough to the downhill momentum, and we had a nice rental car. I would recommend parking Mopeds and bikes only. Then after all that, we had to park this on the side of the road, which is fine but that of course adds stress as you worry about potential damage to the car. Had we known any of this, we actually might have thought twice about booking this spot.

The parking is truly the only issue- everything else was 10/10, so if you don’t care about that then I would recommend this spot.

Belle villa, récente, joliment décorée, claire, avec une vue superbe ! Lit parental de très bonne qualité. Calme pendant notre séjour. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
Comme l'ont déjà dit d'autres voyageurs, accès en voiture un peu difficile, descente raide et étroite, il vaut mieux avoir une voiture moyenne ou petite. La maison est en fait dans une impasse qui donne sur la rue qui était indiquée. En arrivant, nous avons trouvé le hamac déchiré.
Les ampoules des luminaires de chevet suspendus sont très puissantes et on ne peut pas en allumer ou éteindre une seule, c'est vraiment désagréable quand on veut lire ou autre. Il faudrait au moins un régulateur de tension et un allumage indépendant des 2 luminaires. Il manque des verres à vin.
Mais ce sont de petits détails car nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour !

Great stay! The place was clean and beautiful. They were really responsive- the tub was leaking the first day and they came right back and fixed the issue. The umbrella fell into the pool one evening and they came the next morning to get it as it was too heavy and we were concerned about breaking it. We were overall very pleased! The driveway is really steep and a little intimidating at first to park the car but on the fourth day it was no problem to get into the space. When we come back to Madeira we will look for you guys again! :)

A phenomenal location for a vacation. No complaints at all, just to note the drive way is incredibly narrow and steep. If you have a “larger” vehicle or one with four doors, I trust you will be great at navigating a narrow space with the vehicle… or be prepared to reverse the entire lane way onto the main road. Not at all a complaint, just more so something to consider if you are driving yourself.

They had so many recommendations for things to do, we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the loungers, and loved having all the amenities to ourselves.

Will definitely be visiting again!

Great place to be, view and swimming pool allows for a luxurieus stay.
The advice for a small car is on the mark, but that is anyway better for other places on the island, also some extra power comes in handy with the steep climbs that are needed.

Our kids really enjoyed the pool and the view was spectacular.
The location was a little further from the hikes and surfing beaches we enjoyed making a car an absolute necessity.
It was a wonderful environment to come back to after a full day of hiking or surfing.

This is a beautiful residence in a quiet location. The house is well-maintained, and the pool was great to relax in after a long hike. The host was pretty quick to respond when we had issues or questions. You'll definitely need a car to get around and see the main sights of the island. Parking can be a bit tricky - it was easier for us just to park on the main road. Overall we were very happy with our stay here.

This place was great. The location was a bit tricky to find and the parking is very tight but it’s also very private and quiet. It had everything you needed for a nice holiday get away. Perfect for families or a group of friends. The pool has an amazing view. It also has a huge TV that was great for watching Eurovision. Its up on the hill above the town in a quiet neighborhood. You would definitely want to have a car to stay here to explore Madeira.

We really enjoyed staying in this house. It's very pleasant with a great view and in a very quiet area. It's totally new, modern and very well furnished, especially the kitchen. What a lovely place! Dmitry and AIA were super responsive and made recommendations throughout our stay. The villa is brand new, with all the required amenities and stunning views. The villa’s pool and garden is facing the west, and we had beautiful sunsets everyday (with ocean view as well). One tip, get a small rental car, since the driveway is pretty narrow. Around the villa you have several restaurants in driving distance (2-5 minutes), a small market in walking distance (for getting base groceries like water and beer) and several viewing points with amazing views (called miradouros). For all the other stuff, a rental car is a must have. All in all, we were pleasantly surprised by Madeira and definitely like to come back :-)

What a holiday, we will definitely be back. If you want to enjoy lovely views, meet friendly Madeiran’s that make you feel instantly welcomed and have a peaceful getaway, this is your place.
It is thoughtfully furnished, with many unique touches, the highlight being a very well appointed kitchen with some eco-friendly cleaning products -great for everyone but specially important if you come with kids-. Other advantages include a quiet area with amazing sunsets and proximity (short driving distance) to the the trailheads of some of the levada hikes. Of note, given the location, the entrance road is a bit steep and narrow. This was not a big issue for our group and it was more than compensated for by the privacy the area afforded us. We joked that perhaps it’s something to consider before you try parking your car after a poncha or two.
There are small markets and great restaurants within walking distance. Great internet speed, for work or entertainment. Well worth the price.

Our stay was great - spotless, brand-new, very comfortable, and best of all, excellent customer service. The only thing that was slightly inaccurate was the photos taken with a Wide-angle lens; everything was smaller than it looked, notably the pool, which was still beautiful but unheated of course so November was not realistic for swimming. The driveway is TINY so I recommend renting a small car, which is the norm, but with a family of 5 we had a larger car and it was quite the challenge.

Arrivée parfait, nous avons été très bien reçu, Monsieur Demitri est d’une gentillesse et disponibilité sans pareil.

La villa est absolument conforme à la description peut être même mieux encore. Tout était splendide.

Merci de nous avoir laissé séjourner chez vous. Je recommande sans réserve.
