Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern (2 Doppelbetten und zwei Einzelbetten), mit Klimaanlage und privaten Badezimmern, zwei von ihnen mit Dusche und ein weiteres mit Dusche und Badewanne.
Anwesen mit viel natürlichem Licht, voll ausgestattete Küche, Zugang zum Freien und in einem gemeinsamen Raum mit dem Wohnzimmer und Essbereich. Soziales Bad in diesem Bereich zur Verfügung. Es bietet eine kleine Ecke mit Kindermöbeln für Kinder, sowie einen Arbeitsbereich mit Zugang nach draußen.
Der Garten ist die Ex-Libris, die verschiedene Sitzbereiche für verschiedene Momente während des Aufenthalts bietet. Ein Schwimmbad, eine Sonnenterrasse, ein Kinderbereich mit Häuschen, Schaukel und Rutsche, ein Grill, ein Esstisch und eine angenehme und einladende Sitzecke. Der Blick auf das Meer ist das Extra und verdient es, vom Balkon der Schlafzimmer aus genossen zu werden.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer angesehenen Gegend von Funchal, sehr ruhig, sonnig, in der Nähe der Piornais und Praia Formosa, die nur 4 Autominuten entfernt sind. Das Einkaufszentrum Forum Madeira mit mehreren internationalen Marken und Restaurants ist 7 Autominuten entfernt.
Zusätzlich zu den nahegelegenen Möglichkeiten können Sie auch in das Stadtzentrum von Funchal (10 Autominuten) gehen, wo Sie eine größere Auswahl an Restaurants finden.
Beachten Sie auch, dass es im Zentrum von Funchal mehrere Touristenattraktionen und Informationen über kulturelle Aktivitäten, radikale Aktivitäten, Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit der Natur gibt, was auch immer der Zweck Ihres Besuchs auf der Insel Madeira ist.

Die vorherige Absprache lief super. Auf alle Anfragen wurde eingegangen und die Kommunikation war immer sehr schnell und freundlich. Betty vor Ort war ein Herz und eine Seele. Noch während das Haus komplett gereinigt wurde, durften wir rein. Es wurden sofort mehrere Babystühle, ein Babybett und viele Kinderspielsachen zur Verfügung gestellt.
Wir haben Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Unternehmungen bekommen. Check-In und Check-Out waren super angenehm und problemlos.
Alles was man braucht ist innerhalb von wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

Villa luxueuse et fonctionnelle, conforme à la description, très bien équipée (cuisine et extérieur notamment ). Betty est très accueillante et réactive à nos questionnements. La villa est pensée pour y vivre en famille ou entre amis. Le seul bémol est l'exposition, la piscine est à l'ombre en partie dès l'après-midi, et le soir on est vite envahi par le vent et l'absence de soleil. Cela reste un séjour inoubliable pour nous.

Magnifique villa avec vue mer ! L'emplacement est idéal, à quelques minutes du centre ville de Funchal et avec un accès facile à toutes les parties de l'Ile. Le logement est très bien équipé, très propre et conforme aux photos. La piscine est vraiment appréciable après les randonnées en montagne. Un mention spéciale pour l'accueil de Betty qui est vraiment une hôte formidable et aux petits soins. Adresse que nous recommanderons sans hésitation.

Der Aufenthalt in dem Haus war für uns mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem 3-Jährigen perfekt. Das Haus mit drei Schlaf- und Badezimmern ist für die Anzahl perfekt. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Auf unsere Bitte auf mehr Tassen wurde sofort reagiert. Auch der defekte Geschirrspüler wurde sofort ausgetauscht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastgeberin vor Ort, Betty und ihr Mann. Sie war immer kurzfristig erreichbar, hat auch zwischenzeitlich das Haus gereinigt und die Bettwäsche und Handtücher getauscht. Sie sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat alle Probleme sofort gelöst. Betty ist eine ganz tolle Gastgeberin.

Our stay at this house was absolutely incredible! After spending a month in Portugal, Funchal was our final stop, so we decided to go all out—and this property did not disappoint. It’s easy to access and offers breathtaking ocean views. Every morning, we watched the sunrise from the balconies, and the heated pool was a daily highlight. The location is fantastic—just a short drive to the mall and within 45 minutes of almost anywhere on the island. If you’re looking for an unforgettable family stay in Funchal, I highly recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our week here - it was total relaxation and we spent hours in the pool. The house and garden are exactly like the photos. The pool needs a little updating but it was spotlessly clean and warm! We would come back.

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in dieser wundervollen Villa, nachdem wir im März bereits einen großartigen Urlaub hier verbracht hatten. Meiner Bewertung aus März ist eigentlich nichts hinzuzufügen. Die Villa ist wirklich schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns fehlte es auch dieses Mal an nichts. Wir konnten selbst jetzt im November/Dezember bei schönem sonnigen Wetter den Pool mehrmals nutzen. Es war also ein traumhafter Urlaub zum Sonne tanken und entspannen im Winter. Die Lage ist perfekt um Ausflüge auf die Insel zu starten und auch in Funchal ist man super schnell. Das Highlight ist aber jedes Mal Betty, die eine wunderbare, herzliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin ist. Wir fühlen uns wohl hier! …und kommen bestimmt bald wieder :)

Zeer mooie en uitgeruste villa! Communicatie met Betty verliep uitstekend. Als er iets was mochten we altijd bellen en maakte ze dit in orde voor ons. Wel wat last gehad van mieren binnen en vlooien buiten in het gras maar daar heeft Betty ook producten voor gebracht. Zeer goede uitrusting ook voor een kindje! Speeltuin, 2 eetstoelen, bedje, lakentjes.. perfect!

What a beautiful home! The home was extremely clean and was exactly as shown in the pictures. The kitchen included state of the art appliances and was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. There was plenty of room for the six adults in our group and accommodated us when inside or out. Beds were comfortable. The wood supplied by the owner, made it easy to use the outdoor wood-fired oven.
The pool was enjoyed every afternoon. There was always sun and shade available depending on where people wanted to sit.
The central location was in a nice and quiet area, and easily accessible to the highway which made it easy to get around.
From the time we booked the home until we left, Betty was quick to respond to our questions and was very accommodating. We are grateful for her help, professionalism and kindness.
If you have the chance, book this home. It will not disappoint.

Wir haben mit unserem 4 Jährigen Kind eine wundervolle Woche in der modernen & hellen Villa verbracht. Für Familien ist diese Villa wirklich ein Paradies! Es fehlt an nichts. Insbesondere für Kinder ist alles da, um einen perfekten und vielseitigen Urlaub zu haben. Neben Spielturm, Trampolin usw. ist auch im Haus so viel an Spielen, Spielzeugen usw. vorhanden, dass es Kindern garantiert nicht langweilig wird. Der Pool ist wirklich toll und in einem für mich guten und gepflegten Zustand. Wir konnten ihn im März ohne Heizung nutzen.
Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut. Sehr ruhig gelegen, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Perfekt gelegen zwischen Funchal und Câmara De Lobos, womit man auch kulinarisch tolle Spots in der Nähe hat. Außerdem ist die Anbindung an die Schnellstraßen exzellent, um Ausflüge auf dieser fantastischen Insel zu übernehmen.
Betty war eine wundervolle Gastgeberin! Danke für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub! Wir kommen wieder!

Pros: Private Villa with a good view. The location is easy to get from FNC. Kids Corner on the territory.
Cons: The pool needs maintenance The water there doesn't smell good (too chemical) Confusing communication between the agency and the host - nothing critical but it might be better.
Overall experience is positive, just not sure that it is worth the money.

Villa is located in an excellent location with sea views and also close to a supermarket. You need a car to get around however but everything is then accessible. The villa is very luxurious and the pool and facilities are excellent. You can pay an additional cost for the pool to be heated which we also did. We will definitely book to stay here again Minor point but maybe a few small pans in the kitchen and one of the doors wasn't working to the rear patio but I know this is going to be fixed. Overall an excellent place to stay and we will be back

We loved our stay at the villa!! The pool was very nice and the bedrooms were very large! It was also great to have parking for both our cars. Betty was also super helpful and gave us lots of recommendations for our stay :) I would love to stay her again and would recommend it to anyone!

Our six-night family stay at this villa was a truly remarkable experience that exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a sense of luxury and comfort that set the tone for our entire vacation.
The villa was impeccably designed and filled with top-notch facilities and equipment. The spacious rooms were tastefully decorated and provided each family member with their own cozy haven to retreat to at the end of the day. The attention to detail in the décor and furnishings was truly impressive and added to the overall charm of the villa.

A wonderful villa in a beautiful location. The perfect setup for a family holiday. We had an amazing 10 days (2 parents, 2 children), exploring the island and spending lots of time at the Villa and in the pool. There is a huge Continente Supermarket about 8mins drive away in Sao Martinho that we used to stock up the fridge. We also enjoyed several bbq’s. The kids loved the little swing chair in the shade. Most of all we loved the view over the surrounding banana plantations and the sea.

What a lovely home, we feel very fortunate to have stayed in such a beautiful and well taken care of rental property. Lots of room everywhere for our group to spread out, the pool was fantastic and the entire property was very clean. In short...Everything was perfect, exactly as promised. Wibke (staff that met us upon our arrival) was incredibly helpful.

The location is excellent. Even, when it´s cloudy in the area, the house is in the sun :-).
We had some rainy days, but the house is big enough to give comfort for 4 to 6 guests. The pool was nice and not cold.

Krásna vila, čista, prostorná, pohodlné posteli. Jen 10-12 do centra Funchal autem. Velky supermarket s potravinami 6 minut. Vedle výpadovka na hlavni dálnici, jednoduše se dostat na růžna místa k prozkoumaní ostrova. Jen potřebujete auto, v pěší dostupnosti nic není.

We had an awesome time staying at the villa, it's very spacious and came equipped with everything we needed. It is conveniently located a short drive away from the Funchal's centre and has a big groceries shop nearby. The host was very responsive and gave us a number of local tips.

Sehr schöne, und neu renovierte Villa. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt…sehr schön war das Spielhaus, Schaukel und co. im Garten für unsere Tochter. Das einzige was nicht ganz so schön war, ist der Pool…der ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen…der sieht nicht mehr so schön aus…aber das Wasser war warm und sauber und das ist wichtiger als ein paar neue Fliesen. Sonst sehr zu empfehlen.

Vila das Quebradas was an exceptionally good experience. The house was light and spacious. We loved the various seating areas around in the garden. The view of the ocean, especially from the master bedroom was stunning. Getting into Funchal was easy as there was a bus stop right outside the house. We would definitely return to Vila fas Quebradas next time we are in Madeira.

No comment The advert mentioned heated pool. On arrival we were told the pool heating was extra and quoted an extortionate 40 euros/day. The heating took 3 days to reach temperature and was turned off on our last day! Waste of money.

We had the most wonderful time at this home. Betty the host was the most fantastic, friendly and accommodating host I have ever ever met. She simply could not do enough to ensure that we had the best experience possible.
The house itself is large and wonderful for spending some quality time with friends and family, very sociable - we grilled on the bbq every evening and had sundowners on the outdoor terrace. Every bedroom has an en suite so it’s perfect for groups who also want their privacy!
Really good proximity to the airport, Central Funchal, the surrounding beaches, supermarket etc.. I’d recommend getting a car in Madeira as even when things are close they often aren’t walkable especially if you are in a residential area like this.
It was a lovely stay and I’d highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a getaway to Madeira.
Don’t hesitate to book this for a lovely holiday!
