Duplex-Wohnung, rustikaler Stil, befindet sich im 1. Stock eines Gebäudes in einer ruhigen Gegend gelegen. Auf der Eingangsebene finden Sie ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kabel-TV und eine Essecke zur Verfügung. Der Balkon auf dieser Etage verfügt über einen Esstisch und einen Blick auf die Gärten und den Tennisplatz. Auf dieser Etage befindet sich auch ein Gäste-WC. Im Obergeschoss finden Sie ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten sowie einen Balkon mit zwei Liegestühlen.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass für alle Personen, die in der Gemeinde Machico übernachten, eine Touristengebühr erhoben wird. So werden allen Kunden, die in touristischen Einrichtungen und/oder Unterkünften übernachten und mindestens 13 Jahre alt sind, 2,00 € pro Person/Nacht berechnet, bis zu einem Maximum von 7 Nächten und einem Maximum von 14,00 € pro Person/Aufenthalt. The only downside was the fact that we had a bit of a hard time finding the place, because google maps was showing something different and it was taking us somewhere else. Maybe a pin on the map would make it easier, because we had to search for it for some time.

Particolarmente apprezzata la presenza della cassetta di primo soccorso ben attrezzata (non scontata come presenza). Abbiamo trovato in dotazione anche caffè in polvere da utilizzare con la macchinetta professionale..da italiani possiamo dire che il caffè era ottimo!! Grazie di tutto! Se torneremo in questa splendida isola vi ricontatteremo sicuramente.

It is equiped with washing mashine and hanger to dry clothese, juice maker and hand blender to make the best out of local fruits you can buy in shop or market.
Local shop is just 5min walk apart, and has everything you might need for daily food supply.
It was a bit amusing, that even local drivers are not familiar with the street, where appartment is located, and yes - check in is a bit of challange

The only thing we didn’t like were many cockroaches 🪳 that came to the kitchen in the evening. You will find it in the plates, cutlery that you just washed :( One night we were already asleep upstairs and we heard a sound like someone was breaking in or something broke. We woke up, come downstairs and after some time of looking found some wall parts in the kitchen and huge cockroaches conquering the space. It was hard to get rid of them. I told the owner, he apologized, but then didn’t do anything about it.

-o mau cheiro existente a entrada da casa e nós wcs
- check in apenas Apartir das 16h nunca visto nada assim
- Depois de entrar e quando pensava descansar e tomar um duche a torneira da banheira desencaixa 3 horas à espera da equipa técnica
- Uma boa tv mas nem comando tinha
-A mesa de jantar está tao torta que nem um copo de água aguenta
- A porta para a máquina de lavar roupa não tem puxador por dentro se a porta fecha com a corrente de ar ficas preso no wc junto a máquina.
- segundo dia ao usar placa de fogão e forno desliga a luz rebenta a caixa de fusíveis mais 3 horas à espera da Edp( Segundo a vidinha do lado e pela quantidade de velas existente este problema acontece frequentemente)
Resumindo com este tipo de AL só conseguem dar um má imagem muito má do turismo na madeira.
A única coisa positiva foi a simpatia e o excelente trabalho da equipa que me deu apoio técnico principalmente da menina que não sei o nome e peço desculpa no dia que fiquei sem luz não me abandonou enquanto não estava o problema resolvido.

Ich habe alle Infos vorab bekommen, inklusive genauer Adresse auf Maps, was super funktioniert hat. Was dann schwierig war, war die tatsächliche Ankunft: den Schlüssel haben wir aus den Tresor bekommen, aber dann konnten wir nicht aufsperren - ich habe versucht die angegebene Telefonnummer zu erreichen, doch der Anruf wurde nach ein paar mal Läuten abgelehnt. Es hat mehrere weitere Minuten gedauert, bis wir herausgefunden haben, dass der Schlüssel einen Teleskopmechanismus hat - man ihn also ausfahren muss. Diese Art Schlüssel hatte noch keine von uns davor gesehen - ein kurzer Hinweis dazu hätte schon ausgereicht um die kurze abendliche Panik um 23:00 Uhr Ortszeit vermeiden zu können.
In der Unterkunft waren auch Pfannen vorhanden, da war aber die Beschichtung hier sehr zerkratzt.

Doskonale wyposażone mieszkanie.
Głośno - z tarasu widać startujące i ładujące samoloty, dlatego jeśli nie lubisz hałasu to nie jest miejsce dla Ciebie.
Podczas pobytu coś nas ciągle gryzło, sprawdzałyśmy łóżka i raczej nie były to pluskwy, ale zdecydowanie coś było nie tak.

We understand your concerns about the noise level from the airport, but due to the location of the airport and the town of Santa Cruz this can be either a strong point for airplane enthusiasts or a downside. Please note that being located on a tropical island, it is not uncommon to encounter mosquitoes, especially during the warmer months.
