Im Stadtzentrum gibt es viele Informationen über alle Arten von Aktivitäten, die Sie während Ihres Urlaubs unternehmen können: kulturelle Aktivitäten, radikale Aktivitäten, Naturaktivitäten... was auch immer der Zweck Ihres Besuchs auf der Insel Madeira sein mag!

Die beste Möglichkeit, die Wohnung zu erreichen, ist der Transfer. Bitten Sie uns, einen solchen bei unseren lokalen Partnern zu buchen. Er ist billiger als die Taxis, die Sie am Flughafen finden.
Wenn Sie ein Auto mieten, kann jede Navigations-App die Adresse leicht finden.
Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt.

- Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir können auch ein Babybett, einen Hochstuhl und eine Babywanne zur Verfügung stellen, falls erforderlich, aber Sie sollten dies anfordern. Es gibt einen Erste-Hilfe-Kasten, Feuerlöscher und eine Feuerlöschdecke im Haus.
ACHTUNG
Bitte beachten Sie, dass für alle Personen, die in der Gemeinde Funchal übernachten, eine Touristengebühr erhoben wird. So werden allen Kunden, die in touristischen Einrichtungen und/oder Unterkünften übernachten und mindestens 13 Jahre alt sind, 2,00 € pro Person/Nacht berechnet, bis zu einem Maximum von 7 Nächten und einem Maximum von 14,00 € pro Person/Aufenthalt. Bei Ihrer Ankunft erhalten Sie einen Link zur Zahlung dieser Kommunalsteuer.

Wat ik nog miste was:
een extra gewone handdoek (2 handdoeken waarvan 1 groot en 1 klein is net wat weinig voor 8 dagen), een handdoek + handzeep in de keuken, een kleine handdoek voor handen wassen in de badkamer, een extra theedoek, een ruitenwisser om de douchecabine te drogen. Er is ook een hoop uitleg over waar je je afval moet laten wanneer je de accommodatie verlaat, maar die plek is niet vindbaar. Kortom: een heel fijn appartement op een goede locatie, alleen de laatste details nog en dan is het super.

I loved everything, the only thing that can be an challenge is to park the car. There is underground parking garage 10min walk from the apartment. If you don’t mind the walk than this is the perfect place to stay☺️

Il y a des punaises de lit dans la chambre. J’ai été piquée partout. Je me rappelle en effet avoir remarqué 2 insectes noirs et plats sur le mur de la chambre et 3 ou 4 taches noires sur une taie d’oreiller. Je me souviens qu’il y a avait 2 boîtes répulsifs à insectes dans le salon.
J’ai signalé le problème après avoir été piquée pour qu’ils traitent le logement. Je n’ai pas eu de réponse. Je suis traitée pendant 7 jours aux corticoïdes pour calmer les inflammations dues aux piqûres.
A part ça l’appartement est bien. Dommage qu’ils ne semblent pas prêter attention à leur problème de punaises.

It was very easy to get there by public transportation. We could also get anywhere by foot from the appartment, it's located perfectly.
The historic building is refurbished nicely and includes 3 separate apartments on each floor. We never heard the other guests.
The appartment was well equipped and had nice details. We were very happy to have chosen this place. accomodation.

De airco werkte niet, dus heb ik gebeld en chat's gestuurd, maar het koste mij 2 dagen om het geregeld te krijgen.
Ook het beddengoed en handdoeken werden niet verschoont bij een verblijf van 7 dagen.

Het spijt me om te horen over de problemen met de airconditioning en de vertraging bij het repareren ervan. We nemen je feedback serieus en zullen in de toekomst sneller reageren om eventuele problemen te verhelpen.

De stopcontact in de keuken werkte niet. Hierdoor kon je geen magnetron en waterkoker gebruiken.
Tot slot was de gootsteen in de keuken verstopt.
Verder was het een mooi appartement!

The hot water was running out but I notified the host and they were responsive and looking into it. Just meant I took quick showers. The hosts were kind and it was a lovely stay overall.

We loved the location. You can walk to most and at night time it was quiet.
we got the impression that we should sort our garbage but there were no separated bins for it in the apartment. This was a bit confusing, and secondly were to empty it when ĺeaving the apartment.
All this is minor things, cause overall we had a very good apartment considering the location and price.
