This is a spacious, fully equipped 2 bedroom apartment with all modcons including free wifi. It has a little balcony to enjoy the afternoon sunlight and the old town restaurants and bars downstairs. Access to the beach is 1 minute by foot. Perfect location to explore the city and feel like a local.
This apartment accommodates 4 people, located in the oldest street of Funchal, Rua de Santa Maria. It has 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds. It has 1 bathroom with shower and a balcony. Amenities include towels, bed sheets, cable tv, a fully equipped kitchen including a kettle and washer, and wireless internet.

Guests have easy access to several restaurants, bars shops and grocery facilities, including a beach nearby and the front sea promenade.
Perfect location to explore the city by foot (within 5-15 minutes walking distance to the catedral, the marina and the old town), by car (parking garage nearby) and by public transports (bus stop within 5 minutes walking distance). There's a supermarket Pingo Doce in Anadia Shopping centre (within 12 minutes walking distance).

GETTING AROUND
To get from/to airport, there is a aerobus stop within 15 minutes walking distance from the house or you can ask us to arrange a taxi transfer with our local and trustworthy partners. Cheaper that the airport taxis!

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All necessary linens and towels are provided. A cot, high chair and baby's tub can be arranged if necessary. We have a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and an anti-fire blanket on all properties.
