Located in the tourist area of Funchal, this apartment is perfect for a vacation with friends or family!
This fantastic apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and generous areas. In total it has the capacity to accommodate up to 6 people.
The living room, with a balcony, invites you to have a good time with the ones you love most.
It has all the amenities for your vacations to be calm and relaxing!
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD AND THE SURROUNDING AREA
Situated in one of the most prestigious tourist areas of Funchal, this apartment is close to a pleasant promenade, supermarkets, pharmacies, stores and the shopping center Forum Madeira, which has several international brands and movie theaters.
Nearby, there are several bars and restaurants where you can delight yourself with our gastronomy or with international cuisine dishes. Besides the nearby options, you can also go to Funchal city center (five minutes by car) where you will find a larger variety of restaurants.
TRANSPORT
For departures and arrivals from the airport, there is an aerobus stop about 2 minutes from the house. For departures and arrivals from the airport, the best option to reach the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to arrange one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the cabs you find at the airport!
If you care about the environment and prefer to travel in comfort and style, you can book a transfer in an innovative TESLA MODEL S "Full Electric".

OTHER REMARKS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid identification document (e.g. passport, identity card).
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If not booked within a maximum of 48 hours, guests will be subject to our staff's availability.
- All bed linens and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, high chair, and baby bathtub if needed. There is a first aid kit, fire extinguishers, and fire blanket in every property.

Hi, It's a shame you didn't tell us about the problems you had during your stay so that we could compensate you in some way for the inconvenience. We know that unforeseen events happen and we are vigilant. We're sorry you didn't let us know about these problems via Airbnb, telephone or e-mail so that we could help you. The maintenance works on side of the building didn't hide your balcony and this kind of condominium works are not under our control. fortunately they are almost ending. About the workman that you mentioned, I'm sure that it is a misunderstanding. The members of our team don't enter into the apartment without guest authorization.
