Achada I, is a comfortable and pleasant city apartment, integrated in a calm area, near downtown Funchal.
Serenity and rest is what you want for a good vacation!
With all the comfort and good taste, the Achada I, is close to the city center of Funchal, in a residential area where mostly families live.
This spacious apartment has three bedrooms, a pleasant living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The house stands out for the nice terrace, where you can enjoy your meals, made in the barbecue area (shared) of the condominium.
With a simple and careful decoration, this house has a maximum capacity for six people.
The apartment is fully equipped with all amenities and has a free parking space.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD AND THE SURROUNDING AREA
This apartment is in a residential area, in Caminho da Achada, near the city of Funchal. Its location allows you to move easily to any place in the city or island, with close access to the highway that connects the east, west and north of the island.
Nearby you will find a few cafes, snack-bars and small grocery stores. The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute drive away.
TRANSPORT
The best option to reach the house is the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the cabs you find at the airport!

Guests have access to all areas of the apartment.

OTHER REMARKS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid identification document (e.g. passport, identity card).
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If not booked within a maximum of 48 hours, guests will be subject to our staff's availability.
- All bed linens and towels are provided. We can also place a crib, high chair, and baby bathtub if needed. There is a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and fire blanket at all properties.

Hello Mario! I believe this was one of the most unfair reviews we have ever received. This apartment is very nice and the pictures are exactly accurate. The location is what it is and you saw it before booking. Unfortunately we cannot move the apartment closer to downtown Funchal only for you! Maybe it would have been a good idea to ret something closer to the city center. Nobody ever complained about the toilet paper, the empty fridge, heaters, etc... This is complete nonsense! And what you say was expensive is just laughable... You paid less per night that a bad residential downtown! It's just utterly ridiculous of you. We manage over 100 properties in Madeira and although we are not perfect, we really really do our best and we never lie!
