Close to the beach, a shopping centre of reference and a fantastic promenade by the sea, this property is perfect for those who want to enjoy all that Funchal city has to offer. Its proximity to the sea and the city gives you space to take a refreshing dip in the afternoon! The nearest beach is just a few meters from the property.

This spacious house has four bedrooms, three with double bed and one with two single beds; a living room, three full bathrooms and a service one. In the outdoor area you can relax reading a book or at meal time. If you wish, you can enjoy the small barbecue available in the house.

Come alone, accompanied, with friends or family, your vacation will be a dream.

With a maximum capacity of eight people, the house is fully equipped with all amenities. There is a free parking place in the garage.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW

Situated in one of the most prestigious tourist areas of Funchal, this house is close to a pleasant seafront promenade, beaches, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and the Forum Madeira shopping centre, with several internationally renowned brands and movie theatres.

You will also found in a walk distance plenty of bars and restaurants where you can indulge in our delicious gastronomy or in international cuisine. In addition to the nearby options, you will find a greater variety of restaurants in the city centre, which can be reached within a few metres

Praia Formosa, a favourite for bathing and beaching on its black sand and pebble, is just two kilometres away.

GETTING AROUND
Although an aerobus bus stop for airport arrivals and departures is within 2 minutes walk distance from the house,, we recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get to the flat. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi by your own in the airport!

OTHER OBSERVATIONS

● According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).

● Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.

● All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.

● Cleaning services during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables, are carried out on a weekly basis. If you wish extra cleaning service this can be arranged at an extra, affordable charge. The weekly cleaning and the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables will not be carried out for stays of less than seven nights.

An Excellent Holiday Home

Situated in a very nice area close to the sea and at the end of a very nice promenade walk with ample restaurants. My family of five enjoyed the property thoroughly. The pool table and dart board in the garage/basement were great for spending time at home while not exploring the island. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. And the wi-fi was plenty good enough for streaming a bit of netflix. Distance from Funchal harbour and centre was walkable about 20-25min at a brisk pace, but equally reachable by bus for a few euros. The aircon was also a godsend to cool down the rooms after a long day too! Also close to a very nice lido with bar and swimming pool although i think we were a bit out of season (oct/nov) as the lidos were all completely empty. Everyone really enjoyed their stay at the property which is why I give it the 5 star rating it deserves!
