Dom jest cudowny. Czysto, przestronnie , pięknie. Rita jest cudowną gospodynią . Obiekt jest wyjątkowy, piękny widok, super wyposażenie, kosz powitalny i ciasto od Rity w trakcie. Natomiast zarządca obiektu An island apartments , chciał podnieść cenę po tym jak rezerwacja została już wykupiona. Cały pobyt wypisywał nieprzyjemne wiadomości z żądaniem dopłaty bezpodstawnie.Niezrozumiala kompletnie dla nas sytuacja, nie ulegliśmy i poza tym pobyt był ok .Miejsce godne polecenia.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. It was a great hub for exploring the island. The home was very well equipped with everything we needed. It was also very clean and comfortable. The views of the sunsets were amazing. We didn’t heat the pool, but did regret that as it was very cold.
Rita, the host, was very kind and responsive. She provided us with great recommendation for where to get food and she let us know about a parade which was happening nearby. We also used her recommendation for a rental car company, which worked out great. You will want to have a car to stay here as it is quite a distance up a hill.

We had a really lovely stay at this villa. Rita was a great host. Met us on arrival, which after a delayed flight was fairly late. She also left us a nice welcome package. We also forgot our adaptor plugs and within a few hours Rita had dropped one off.
The Villa is in a lovely spot high above Calheta - you will need a hire car. The views over the Ocean whilst sitting on the patio for breakfast or watching the sunset in the evening are lovely. The layout is great and suits a couple or family of four with the bedrooms either side of the large central living area. Patio doors lead from all three rooms onto the pool area where there are a number of loungers, seating and breakfast table.
Calheta is about 10 minutes drive away and has a supermarket and a number of restaurants - we eat at two of them and enjoyed both - good service, great food and reasonable prices.
You can reach many parts of the Island from the Villa and we enjoyed exploring this part of the island.

Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne ruhige Lage und verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Bequeme Betten, geräumige Duschen, schöne Terrassenmöbel, eine bestens ausgestattete Küche und einen erfrischenden Pool.
Die Aussicht ist herrlich, über mit Bananenplantagen bepflanzten Hängen direkt auf den Atlantik.
Die Gastgeberin Rita ist stets erreichbar und hat neben einem tollen Willkommenskorb mit Obst, Wein, Knabbereien etc., auch noch selbstgebackenes Brot und Kuchen vorbeigebracht.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben direkt für nächstes Jahr wieder reserviert.
Einfach absolut empfehlenswert!

Wunderbares Ferienhaus in toller Lage
Das Haus verfügt über alles was das Herz begehrt.
Eine super ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten, großzügige Duschbäder, einen großen und bequemen Wohn- Essbereich, eine geräumige Terrasse, einen schönen Pool - und einen traumhaften Blick über den mit Bananen bewachsenen Hang auf den Atlantik.
Wir waren zu Dritt und haben uns rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt, konnten nach den Ausflügen über die Insel perfekt im Pool und auf der Terrasse entspannen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen.
Gastgeberin Rita hat uns herzlich empfangen und nicht nur einen liebevoll zusammengestellten Willkommenskorb mit heimischen Spezialitäten vorbereitet, sondern auch noch selbstgebackenes Brot, Kuchen und Früchte aus ihrem Garten vorbeigebracht.
Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir noch während des Urlaubs den nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht haben.

Es war sehr sauber und schön und auch mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, mit allem, was man so brauchen könnte. We had everything we needed in terms of kitchen appliances, soap, towels, etc, even some spices and oil in the kitchen to cook with which was great! The place is more than adequate and situated in a quiet neighbourhood. The host is very friendly and willing to help or share recommendations. We’d definitely come back.

We stayed for 8 nights at end of April/ start of May. The location is stunningly beautiful but you will need a car. This was undoubtedly one of the nicest AirBnB properties we have ever stayed at. Rita was an extremely nice and helpful host. She gave us good recommendations and contacts for taxi drivers who took us down to Calheta for dinner in the evening. She also left a generous welcome basket and baked a delicious cake for us. We would recommend unreservedly.

I have travelled a lot around the world over the last 25 years or so, staying mainly in numerous holiday flats. Many of them were good, some were excellent, but Searenity beats them all. I could list a few tiny points of criticism here too, but that would lead to a false overall impression when reading. All in all, it was the best stay in holiday accommodation I have ever had. And special thanks to Rita for the homemade cake.

Only two tips: You really should have a rental car to stay here. You are more in the nature than the newly built houses suggest. That's why you shouldn't have any problems with small black centipedes, for example.

Tolles Haus, von jedem Zimmer Meerblick, super eingerichtet, alles was man in einem Ferienhaus braucht ist vorhanden. Die Terrasse und der Meerblick sind fantastisch. Top Lage am Hang, nicht weit von Restaurants und Ausflugszielen. Die Rita wohnt ein Haus weiter und ist eine liebevolle Vermieterin. Wenn noch mal Madeira dann nur in diesem Haus!!!

Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Haus bis auf das Problem mit dem Getier.
Positive:
Supernette Begrüßung/Betreuung durch die Hausverwalterin.
Auch die Lage ist top mit dem schönen Meerblick.
Insgesamt die Ausstattung sehr modern, hell und sauber. Absoluter Wohlfühlfaktor!
In kurzer Fahrdistanz gibt es einen Supermarkt und eine kleine Pizzeria und auch Strand, wenn man mag.
Negative:
Wir mögen dieses Haus wirklich, aber empfehlen dringend Insektenschutz an den Türen anzubringen.
Wir hatten einige sehr unangenehme Tierchen im Haus sowie eine Katze. Also waren wir gezwungen, abends und nachts alles komplett zu schließen. Das hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen, wenn man doch bei so angenehmen Temperaturen und Ruhe herrlich mit "Frischluft" schlafen könnte.
Die Betten sind unbequem und viel zu hart.
Eine Baustelle ist wochentags zeitweise sehr störend, dann haben wir für diese Zeit das Haus verlassen und waren unterwegs.
Die Poolheizung für 40 EUR pro Tag ist viel zu teuer, haben wir sein lassen.

Die Bilder entsprechen der Unterkunft genau. Die Unterkunft liegt an einer wenig befahrenen Straße. Links neben der Villa und unterhalb befinden sich zwei Felder mit Bananenstauden. Während unseres Aufenthalts war es daher angenehm ruhig. Die Zufahrt ist etwas steil, man gewöhnt sich nach ein paar Stunden im Auto auf Madeira jedoch an steile Straßen. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man fürs Zubereiten von Frühstück und Grillerein benötigt. Es ist eine Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Der Fernseher ist ein Smart-TV mit Netflix, sodass man abends auch einmal gemütlich eine Serie oder einen Film sehen konnte. Ab mittags scheint die Sonne auf die Terrasse, sodass man den Pool genießen kann. Die Poolheizung ist im Preis nicht inkludiert, und wird nur auf Nachfrage aktiviert. Wenn es sonnig war, gab es keinen Bedarf für die Poolheizung. Rita ist eine tolle Hostess. Sie lebt im Haus hinter der Unterkunft, und half uns gerne um unseren Aufenthalt perfekt zu machen. Sie ist dabei überhaupt nicht aufdringlich, sodass man nicht das Gefühl hat beobachtet zu werden.
Für uns war es eine der perfektesten Unterkünfte, in der wir je gewohnt haben.

Wonderful new holiday home. Modern design. All that's needed is there, perfectly fitted kitchen, big TV and Wifi with fast internet access. Two bedrooms, comfy beds. The 180degrees view is spectacular, great sights from both bedrooms, large terrace with private pool. Meet&Greet and Check-in was easy and perfectly arranged via Whatsapp.
House is very spacious for two, and would easily accommodate four. All information and pictures provided by the hosts are absolutely 'as is'. Great value for money!
Many thanks our host Rita for your warm welcome, the food and drink 'welcome basket' and first and foremost for your tasty orange cake ... mmmhhh :-)

Nothing really, everything was perfect for us.
Only one temporary thing could impact people who stay at the house the whole day (as e.g. for a sort of 'home office') is the construction site nearby which is not loud but generates some background sounds. Yet for tourists who go out on hikes, bathing, restaurants etc. the construction work is no issue at all.

Traum eines Ferienhauses!
Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich wärmstens empfehlen! Bei Ankunft hatten wir einen großen Obstkorb sowie einen Korb mit landestypischen Spezialitäten auf dem Tisch. Während unseres Aufenthaltes versorgte uns Rita dann noch mit einem köstlichen Orangenkuchen. Alles ist genau so wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Nur die Aussicht ist noch schöner! Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber und einfach atemberaubend schön.
Rita ist ein ganz toller Host!
Es wird nicht unser letztes Mal hier gewesen sein.

Searenity 2 is a gorgeous place, high up on the mountain with a fantastic view and everything you could need for a great holiday. The description of the place is spot on. The pool was very nice to have. We didn't have it heated but found it to be just fine in late September. The view from the pool is spectacular. The house is very clean and well decorated. Comfy couch, everything you need in the kitchen, and you can use your Netflix account on the TV.
Rita was amazing. She sent us lots of tips, had prepared some starter groceries for us, and left a welcome basket with wine, fruit, etc, which was amazing as we arrived late and had to stay in until we received the results of our test. The orange cake she dropped off later in the week was delicious. So lovely of her to go the extra mile for her guests.
The outdoor area has plenty of space, chairs, and a table for eating outside. We sat outside every night and enjoyed the sunset from the patio. Such a beautiful place.
Small things to be aware of - the beds are very firm. If you're arachnophobic like me, there are quite a few big guys hanging around.

Wir haben wundervolle 8 Tage im Searenity Home 2 verbracht. Rita hat uns herzlich persönlich willkommen geheißen, uns das Haus gezeigt und Tipps für Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben (trotz später Ankunft gegen 9 Uhr abends).
Das Haus ist genau so schön wie auf den Bildern. Es ist ruhig gelegen, bietet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf den Atlantik und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt (v.a. die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet). Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und alles war sehr sauber bzw. neu. In der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt sowie mehrere Restaurants und Bars. Nach Calheta braucht man gut 10min mit dem Auto.
Rita ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die zu jederzeit erreichbar ist und einen sogar noch mit selbstgebackenem, ausgesprochen leckerem Orangenkuchen verwöhnt.
Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Wir waren als Familie im Haus und haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Rita hat uns herzlich empfangen mit frischem Obst und anderen Kleinigkeiten. Mitten im Urlaub bekamen wir noch einen wunderbaren Orangenkuchen von ihr gebacken.
Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Der Blick aufs Meer ist traumhaft, Sonnenuntergang Garantie.
Besonders hat uns auch die Sauberkeit beeindruckt.
Es gab wirklich nichts zu bemängeln.

Ein ganz besonderen Dank an Rita die Vermieterin, für Ihre herzliche Art, wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohlgefühlt. An Ihren selbstgebackenen Orangenkuchen werden wir uns bestimmt oft erinnern (so lecker).

The Searenity vacation home was an absolutely perfect place to spend our time in Maderia. The house was spotless and comfortable, even nicer than the pictures! The deck and pool were also beautiful, a once in a lifetime view! Rita was a wonderful host, and provided so many thoughtful touches, including home made orange cake. We paid to have the pool heated, and although it was still a bit chilly for swimming we made sure to make use of it, as you could not beat the view! The bedrooms were comfortable, and convenient to have two good showers. The house had everything we needed, and there is a super market and a good pizza restaurant that are a walkable distance. Would definitely recommend!

Superior place and superior host! We were welcomed by Rita - very nice and friendly lady, who also gave us everything we needed. The place is clean, very modern and new. Our stay was 10/10, despite the pool is not quite useable in January even with the heater on.
P. S. We got a lot of gifts from our host as well :) (wine, fruits, cakes, cookies)

We had a rough start on the vacation as the car rental office was closed upon arrival. But our hostess quickly arranged transport for the four of us, in the middle of the night. Great! And to be greeted with a variety of food, fruit and even wine when we arrived at 3 AM was fantastic.
The house itself contained everything we needed (and more). Modern style, very clean, and spacious. Everything worked as it should.
One tip though could be to put of some coat hangers in strategic places and maybe a mirror in the bed room.
Very quiet neighborhood, one good pizza restaurant and an OK grocery store nearby.
We tested the pool once, unfortunately the weather did not warm up for more of that.
If you're looking for a place to relax in good surroundings, look no further.
And tnx for the home made orange cake that arrived during our stay!

Searenity is exactly as advertised and so much more..clean,safe and perfectly located..A rental car is needed. Be sure to bring some strong binoculars as you may catch a glimpse of whales or dolphins from the terrace..( we saw a pod of sperm whales)..take a 4x4 tour with Luis out of Ponta do sol..found on Airbnb experiences. Rita and Paulo are amazing hosts that go out of their way to please..Rita made us some yummy homemade treats.. The pool although a little chilly during our stay was still a welcome refreshing dip after daily walks around Loreto.
An amazing 28 days spent here..we hated to leave!!

This house is espectacular!! Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing vacation in Madeira. Andre and everyone we had contact with were great and timely with their communication. It was a special day for me and my girlfriend and they decorated the house according to this special occasion. Everything was perfect and extremely clean! Spacious home, incredible views and private pool....we couldn’t have asked for more! My girlfriend was in love with everything about this house. I would stay here again without a doubt. I do recommend renting a car because the airport is about 35 min drive. Also, ask for them to heat the pool in advance for a small fee. We didn’t know and unfortunately couldn’t use the pool but would have done it if known. Other than that, don’t hesitate and book this house, you won’t regret it ; )

Das Haus ist einfach phantastisch schön, sehr modern und es fehlt an nichts. Wir können es jedem empfehlen, es zu buchen. Die Lage ist auch super, man kommt von dort schnell überall hin. Allerdings ist ein Mietwagen unserer Meinung nach zwingend nötig, vor allem mit kleinen Kindern. Die Gastgeber sind so herzlich und haben sogar einen tollen Geburtstagskuchen für unsere kleine Tochter organisiert. Danke für dir schöne Zeit.

S'il y avait une 6ieme étoile, elle serait pour cette maison. Nous avons adoré ce séjour à Madère et l'accueil que nous avons reçu n'y est pas étranger. La maison est magnifique, la vue de la terrasse est à couper le souffle, la fonctionnalité, le design intérieur et la qualité de construction sont impressionnants pour une maison destiné à être louer. Il s'agissait de notre 1er séjour sur l'île mais ce ne sera probablement pas le dernier . Merci à Paulo, le fils de la maison qui nous a accueilli avec sa mère et qui a été au petit soon avec nous pendant tout notre séjour.

Wir sind ein älteres Ehepaar und haben dieses Haus, dass eigentlich für 4 Personen gedacht ist, nur für uns 2 Wochen Ende Januar gemietet. Das Haus ist perfekt und die Küche ist grosszügig eingerichtet. Die Lage ist traumhaft und sehr ruhig, jedoch ist ein Mietwagen unumgänglich. Wenn wir das nächste Mal nach Madeira kommen, werden wir bestimmt wieder dieses Haus wählen.

Wonderful Getaway Place
The stay at Searenity Home II was wonderful. The house is beautiful, with modern furniture and equipment to meet your everyday needs. Whether you want to prepare a packed lunch for a hike in the mountains, have a simple barbecue or cook a 3 course dinner to enjoy while watching the sunset, this place has it all. Even if you don't feel like doing anything at all, the inviting deck with its swimmingpool and oceanview has got you covered.
Above all the hospitality of the host Rita, with her friendly personality and recommendations of what there is to do around Arco Da Calheta, was amazing and topped our perfect stay off nicely. We are already looking forward to our next stay at Searenity Vacation Homes.

Beautiful house and location
This was a fantastic place to stay. It met all of our expectations for cleanliness, appearance, and amenities. All of the furnishings and household items were in great condition. The views are outstanding and there's nothing better than eating a meal on the patio with that sunset. The only downside for us was that the mattress was very firm.

Especially in this corona time, we were very happy to to stay in this very very clean house were everything we needed was provided, and we felt very welcome by the kindness of our host Rita. She gave us a warm welcome, was available on any moment, gave us good advises, there was a welcome basket with specialties from Madeira, wine, fruits and water and she even surprised us with a home baked orangecake!
The house was really beautiful, the view amazing and the pool very nice - although a bit too cold for my husband...
Anyway: THE perfect stay for us!

Wow
Wow wow wow. What a stunning place. We stayed for five nights over Easter with our two year old daughter. The villa was even better than the pictures. Spotlessly clean in every room, with plenty of storage but also with all the things you might need on a holiday. Rita and her son were lovely hosts and we were very grateful for the starter pack of food they bought us since the shops were closed for Easter. The view from the terrace is divine. Even on a cold or wet day, you can sit inside and see the private pool and the sea beyond from the lounge and both bedrooms. Evenings on the terrace with a glass of wine were blissful, and Rita provided some wood so that we could cook dinner on the outdoor bbq. The location is great for the little beach at Calheta (which also has a good playground if you have young children) and for Funchal (about a 30-40 minute easy drive). You do need a car, but assuming you have one, I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful place.

The accommodation is better than described and the hosts simply amazing..bring strong binoculars as you could spot whales or dolphins.( we did )..Be sure to walk around the town of Loreto..quite, safe and quaint.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Madeira. Das Haus war wunderschön - alles was man brauchte war da. So ein sauberes und geschmackvolles Haus, hatten wir bisher noch nie gehabt. Der Check in klappte hervorragend. Rita und Ihre Kollegin, die uns dort begrüssten waren sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation klappte reibungslos. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen und wollen auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder kommen. Danke
