Totally refurbished to welcome you, its entire space was designed for your comfort and well-being. The modern and careful decoration is in tune with the historical streets that surround this city building. With a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and a generous open space, this apartment is perfect to discover the charms of Funchal.
The house is fully equipped and has all the amenities to make you feel at home.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD AND THE SURROUNDING AREA
This house is located in a privileged central area, right in the heart of the city of Funchal. At 15 minutes walking distance from the Lavradores Market and the Old Town of Funchal, from here you can explore on foot the several touristic points of our beautiful city (e.g. Cable Car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Sé Catedral, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc...)
TRANSPORTATION
With a bus stop in the vicinity (five minutes away), transport will not be a problem for our guests.
For departures and arrivals from the airport, there is an aerobus stop about seven minutes from the house, although the best option to reach the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the cabs you find at the airport!

Guests have access to all areas of the apartment.

We are always available to help or answer questions. Please contact us via cell phone numbers or email. We will do our best to respond to all requests.
OTHER REMARKS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid identification document (e.g. passport, identity card).
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If not booked within a maximum of 48 hours, guests will be subject to our staff's availability.
- All bed linens and towels are provided. We can also place a crib, high chair, and baby bathtub if needed. There is a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and fire blanket at all properties.

The property rented is as it shows on the photos when searched for this one, so, if you choose this property, you knew how it was. As for the towels, this is a self catering property, that's why you've a washing and drying machine in the building. Somethings are out of our control, the robbery in the store below is one of them, we're sorry for the inconvenience. Every guest has their host, if the messages are sent from another way and not for your host, our colleagues in the office will try to help you. We will take into account the issues you mentioned and fix it as soon as possible. You will always be welcome at our properties :)

Regarding the negative points you mentioned, they were easily solved by our maintenance team, with the exception of the air conditioning. We're very sorry that you found these issues. We are more attentive to this type of situation because we know that this is an area that requires an high maintenance. With regard to the air conditioning, we prioritised installing it in the bedroom as this is the place that makes the most sense for our guests to rest well.
