This nice property is built in the upper part of the city of Caniço, where the good sun exposure and sea view, offer good moments of relaxation and well-being.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed another with two singles beds. The interior space is decorated in a simple and practical way, with a spacious living room, equipped with a sofa bed, giving a maximum capacity of five people to this property.
Next to the living room, there is a generous balcony with sea view, where you can relax or enjoy your meals, with all the quietness that the area offers.
The kitchen is fully equipped for you to make all your meals.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD AND THE SURROUNDING AREA
Tranquility is the word that best defines the surroundings of our apartment.
From here you can go to any point of the island, due to the proximity of the highway access, which allows you to move quickly to the points of interest. Near the apartment there is a restaurant. A five-minute drive away is the center of Caniço, where you have access to pharmacies, bars, restaurants, a hypermarket and a medium-sized shopping center.
If you wish to find other types of places or activities, the city of Funchal is 20 minutes away by car.
TRANSPORT
For departures and arrivals from the airport, the best option to reach the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the cabs you find at the airport!

OTHER REMARKS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid identification document (e.g. passport, identity card).
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If not booked within a maximum of 48 hours, guests will be subject to our staff's availability.
- All bed linens and towels are provided. We can also place a crib, high chair, and baby bathtub if needed. There is a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and fire blanket at all properties.
ATTENTION
We inform that a Municipal Tourist Ecotax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Santa Cruz.
All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
