The apartment is on the second floor of the building and has been recently renovated. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed (for one person) available in the living room, giving a maximum capacity of three people. Perfect for couples with a child.
In addition to the bedroom and the living room, there is a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
Funchal's Old Town is known for its historic beauty, where the architecture and streets mix with the cultural and cosmopolitan movement of the city. In recent years this part of the city has been renovated, retaining its original features, making it one of the noblest areas.
Guests have easy access to various restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, including a small beach, next to the Fort of São Tiago. If you prefer you have a beach complex at 5 minutes. Nearby there is the Farmers Market, cable car and a fantastic promenade that takes you to the Funchal Marina and the CR7 Museum.
The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot!

GETTING AROUND
Although a aerobus bus stop for airport arrivals and departures is within 10 minutes walk distance from the flat, we recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get to the flat. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi by your own in the airport!

Guests have access to all areas of the flat.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair, and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher, and fire blanket are available in all properties.
