Great apartment, fantastic location
Very spacious and well maintained apartment. Had all the space and amenities we needed for our stay including a private garage for our hired scooter/moped. Highly recommend

Loved Madeira
A spacious apartment, some items were a little tired ( the oven) but very clean with a really comfortable bed. Close to shops and restaurants and the cable car to Monte. The staff at AIA were very friendly and accommodating with late check out allowed. They arranged our taxi transfer with a wonderful driver who had loads of local knowledge and provided some great tips for our trip to Madeira. All in all, a wonderful holiday.

Great apartment in a great location
This is my 3rd visit to Madeira and this apartment was spacious and comfortable with all the comforts of home. After 18 days in the apartment and enjoying the weather and the delights of Madeira and Porto Santo, I feel ready to take on the British winter.

Wonderful stay in Funchal
Big and clean apartment in the middle of Funchal, but very quiet at night. Beautiful shared pool area and garage to park comfortably! Defined recommend!

Very pleasant stay
The apartment is very clean and comfortable, well located just ten minutes walk from the old town with a bit of a steep hill the last section. Pool area very nice and generally not busy. Apartment was pretty well equipped although kitchen could do with some plastic cups for around the pool and also perhaps some plastic pots for storage. Lounge and balcony very nice and comfy, bedroom had loads of storage space and the mattress was comfy but bed was horribly creaky which affected our sleep quite a lot. It was dreadful! But If there was a new bed we would definitely stay again as it was peaceful and great location!

Une bonne adresse que je recommande. Proche du centre-ville de Funchal. Parking et appartement large et bien entretenus. La piscine est vraiment bien. Le site est bien entretenu.

Gréât appartement for a long stay
We stayed here for 3 weeks. The apartment was very functional and clean, centrally located (5m from Funchal old Town and the sea) and has a pool that is cleaned daily. Would recommend!
