With good areas and carefully decorated, this typical city apartment is located in a residential area of Funchal, close to services and other places sought by tourists.
With a living room with a modern style, it is ready to welcome you at the end of the day to relax with your company for this vacation. This property has two bedrooms; one with double bed and one with two single beds, giving a maximum capacity of 4 people throughout the house. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can have your meals together and with all the tranquility.
If you want to enjoy the good weather and good views, you can enjoy the balcony with a nice panorama of Funchal.
If you rent a car the property has a free parking space.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
Situated in one of the most prestigious areas of Funchal, this flat is close to supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, bars, theatres and the Casino da Madeira.
Next to the Casino, you will find the stunning Santa Catarina Park, with large green areas for jogging, relaxing or picnicking overlooking the amazing bay of Funchal.
The location is ideal for exploring the city by foot (ten minutes walk from the cathedral, the marina and the city center) or by public transport (bus stop is within two minutes' walk).
GETTING AROUND
Although a aerobus bus stop for airport arrivals and departures is within five minutes' walk distance from the flat, we recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get there. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi on your own in the airport!
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to all areas of the flat.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior to arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.

Unfortunately, it didn't get off to a good start, as one of our colleagues had an unforeseen incident and was unable to leave the key in the flat's lock boxes. It was a one-off situation because our team is very responsible, but unforeseen events do happen. :( With regard to the other problems you mentioned, we're sorry you didn't mention them on the days you were in the flat, as we have a maintenance team that is always available to resolve these types of problems. Regarding the hot weather, in October it is not common for the weather to be so hot, however, you booked a flat without air conditioning and our team had to improvise and provide 2 fans so that your stay would remain comfortable. We're sorry it wasn't enough. We are sorry that the location of the flat you rented was not the best for you and we would like to apologise for you not having the experience you deserved in one of our properties. We would like to welcome you back to one of our many properties and provide you with a better experience.
