Simply decorated, it meets those looking for a pleasant and friendly space to rest on their holidays. With a bedroom with a double bed, and a two single beds next to the living room and a full bathroom, this house has a maximum capacity of four people.
You can enjoy the stunning sea view from the COMMUNAL TERRACE of the building.
From here you can visit Santa Cruz city center and enjoy a swim in the beach, which is very close to the building.
It has all the necessary amenities and features air conditioning. There is also parking space in the building.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
Situated on the east side of the island, this apartment is close to the airport, a water park and the city center of Santa Cruz.
The airport is 2 minutes away by car, and about 5 minutes by car you will find the municipality of Machico, known for its bay with the artificial beach of yellow sand; the fantastic views of Ponta de São Lourenço, Penha D'Águia or the Miradouro da Portela.
Funchal is a 15-minute drive away. Here you can find a wide variety of museums, gardens, activities, commercial spaces and belvederes, where you can enjoy the best views of the city.
From here you have quick access to the highway that connects the west side to the east side, which will facilitate your tours around the island.
In the center of the city of Santa Cruz you will find restaurants and grocery stores. In the parish of Caniço you can find supermarkets and a shopping center.
GETTING AROUND
We recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get to the house. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi by your own in the airport!

- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).

- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.

Очень приятная, современная и чистая квартира с классным ремонтом.Находиться в такой квартире - это удовольствие! Есть абсолютно всё для комфортного проживания. Очень удобный собственный паркинг на нулевом этаже. А главное - это супер смотровая площадка на крыше . Откуда можно наблюдать за городом , океаном и самолётами . Расположение супер: пару минут до набережной и небольшого супермаркета. До аэропорта можно дойти пешком . До песчаного пляжа Машико 10 минут на машине. Вид из окон - не очень хороший. На внутренний дворик. Однако это копенсирует крыша, на которую можно подняться на лифте и отлично провести там время .

Decorated really well. A lot of effort has clearly been put into it. The apartment has the basic things that you need and I was impressed with the washing machine/ dryer. Location was perfect. You can walk into the centre which is beautiful and has plenty of local amenities. Heating didn’t work in the living room and it wasn’t sorted during our stay.

Jest wszystko, czego potrzeba. Pralka, suszarka bębnowa, żelazko, deska do prasowania, czajnik, lodówka, naczynia, sztućce itd. Wszystko zgodne z opisem w internecie, a nawet więcej. Była nawet kawa, herbata, oliwa, przyprawy itp Ogólnie bardzo czysto, a w połowie pobytu wymieniono nam pościel i ręczniki na nowe:) Łóżka wygodne. Jest winda, którą można w kilka sekund wjechać na ogólnodostępny taras na dachu. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja (z lotniska na piechotę około 30 minut). W okolicy sklepiki, knajpki. Plaża około 150metrów. Z tarasu można obserwować sobie samoloty. Super wypożyczalnia aut ,,Happy car" oddalona o około 8 minut piechotą od apartamentu. Nie warto przepłacać na lotnisku. Bardzo dobry i szybki kontakt z gospodarzem. Jedyną rzeczą o której czytaliśmy już wcześniej w internecie jest widok z okna. Jest to mały domek, a na minipodwórku stoi stary samochód, a obok leży kilka żelaznych staroci. Nam osobiście to nie przeszkadzało, a widok z ogólnodostępnego tarasu na dachu rekompensował to zjawisko.

I liked the amenities, how close to the airport it is. Very understanding of our needs and privacy with easy check in. Apartment is a but humid. And one time a group of people entered the house without prior notice. Storage above bed keep banging into. We didn't get the nicest view out.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, près de l'aéroport, de la plage et des restaurants. À proximité, la place de parking en sous-sol est un plus, car il est très difficile de se garer à l'extérieur. L'appartement est calme et bien équipé. La société qui gère l'appartement m'a envoyé par courriel le mode d'emploi en français de tous les appareils qui équipent le logement. Ils ont répondu en quelques minutes à toutes mes questions par courriel. L'appartement est un peu sombre et les fenêtres donnent sur la cour du voisin qui sert de stockage pour les pièces de voitures.

Logement spacieux, confortable et très propre. Il y a tout à proximité et faisable à pied. Logement conforme aux photos. Le quartier a subi une coupure d’eau lors de notre séjour . Nous nous sommes retrouvés sans eau pendant presque deux jours. Nous aurions aimé une solution ou un geste commercial proposé, bien que ce ne soit pas du fait de l’hôte qui a tout de même répondu à mes messages. Je recommande ce logement fonctionnel.

Rally good location, 5 min from airport, walking distance restaurants and beach, calm neigborhood, 24h free parking just around the building. The appt nr. was different and had to search the building, and in the photo ther is this balcony where you have amazing view but the appt doesent really have it ( or i didnt find it) the showerhead could be replaced.

Bardzo mi się podobała lokalizacja. Pomimo bliskiej odległości od lotniska hałasy nie przeszkadzały. Świetna komunikacja otrzymałem od osoby zajmującej się opieką mieszkania film i zdjęcia na WhatsApp gdzie są klucze i jak wejść!!! Mieszkanie przestronne w salonie dwa pojedyncze łóżka i kanapa. W sypialni duże podwójne łóżko. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Była też kawa i herbata na start. Bardzo czysto w całym obiekcie. Miejsce parkingowe w podziemnym garażu. W pobliżu kilka sklepików i restauracji. Mieszkanie bardzo ładnie urządzone bez zagracenia, w salonie obszerny stół. Internet sprawny. Dodatkowo można wjechać windą na taras świetny widok. Oceniam pobyt na wielki plus. No comment

O apartamento tem um espaço bom para acomodar 2 adultos e 2 Crianças As camas de solteiro não detém qualquer segurança, Durante a noite simplesmente viram(Sao desdobráveis) e são capazes de deixar uma criança presa (O que aconteceu) , A limpeza global em termos de pó é pessima e os filtros de AC devem ser revistos. O espaço é suficiente para 2 adultos e 2 criancas , No entanto existem inúmeros problemas que fazem com seja impossível voltar a ficar neste apartamento.
Comecamos pela limpeza que é ineficaz , Existe pó em todo o apartamento inclusive na roupa de cama e nos filtros de ar condicionado o que torna a estadia impossível para alguem com problemas respiratórios, A vista do apartamento é para um acumlado de carros a serem desmantelados e "detritos". As camas da sala sao desdobráveis e apresentam falta de condições de segurança para a sua utilização muitos menos por crianças com risco de entalamento e problemas mais graves pois durante o sono basta uma criança aproximar-se da lateral interior da mesma para que toda a estrutura dobre e recolha a cama ficando a criança presa. É indescritível esta questão. Não aconselhável

La casa è molto carina, come nelle foto. Cucina attrezzata dei vari utensili per cucinare, lavatrice e asciugatrice. È a 5 minuti di auto dall’aeroporto quindi comodissima, e quando si sta in casa gli aerei non danno fastidio. C’è una spiaggia di sassi proprio lì vicina. Siamo state in 4 e abbiamo avuto spazio per tutte.

I spent a few days at this property and it was a very enjoyable stay. The view from the window wasn't great but if you choose the more expensive option you will probably get an ocean view. It didn't bother me, I didn't want to spend my vacation in the apartment. Very clean place, well equipped with appliances. Communication with the staff is also great - you can ask about everything via chat if you have language problems. I highly recommend it, a great place for a holiday.

Lokalizacja apartamentu idealna. Widok z malutkiego balkoniku na dziedziniec, którym był inny budynek z ogromnym bałaganem. Mieszkanie stare, GRZYB jakieś plamy na suficie. Drugi pokój miał 2 pojedyncze łóżka wysuwane z szaf. Moje dziecko wpadło w nocy do środka. Łazienka z ledwo działającą rączką od prysznica. Ciepła woda kończyła się po szybkiej kąpieli 2 osoby. Naszczęście byliśmy tam tylko 4 noce a całe dnie poza apartamentem. Nie polecam.

The place was good, clean, and very close to the beach and restaurant area. They gave me presents - a bag - which was nice. But the terrace was not in the room - it was on a completely different floor, and I think such things should be discussed more clearly. The flat was nice, cozy, and clean, but there was fungus on the ceiling in the bedroom where I stayed. I don't think that's healthy.
Overall, the flat is nice and clean. The location was nice! I liked the stay. But those things should be considered while making the booking.

Lokalita skvělá. Opravdu pár metrů na pláž. Sotva jsme vyšli z domu, hned jsme viděli moře. Jediná věc, která nás na ubytování malinko zklamala, byl výhled, který naprosto neodpovídal fotkám. Na těch byl zjevně účelně vyfocen výhled z jiného bytu - krásná terasa s výhledem na moře. To byl také jeden z důvodů, proč jsme si apartmán objednali. Náš měl výhled do starého dvora s autopůjčovnou :-)

The flat looks better in reality than in pictures. The apartment is situated on 2nd floor, the view from windows and from it's own (small) balcony is towards internal courtyard. The balcony in the picture is on 4th floor, it is a spacious balcony on top of the building with access for all tenants. You have chairs, table and shade-umbrella in the apartment, that you can take it up there. From there, you have great ocean and airplane-spotting view. Underground parking place and free outside parking available. Big screen TV which can be used as monitor, with clear picture and great choice of channels. Two fixed and one mobile power extension sockets. Plenty of closet space. Suitable for 4 persons, even 5 if a smaller kid can sleep on the sofa or with parents on the king-sized bedroom bed.
Fruit and vegetables, and some basic stuff (beer, vine, drinks, dry stuff which does not need cooling) shop just under the building. Two small supermarkets at about 300m distance. Bus stops with timetable (SAM) for connections to Funchal and to the east of the island just 300m away, on the other side of the tunnel. There are closer bust stops towards the airport, but not all busses stops there.
Beautiful neighborhood, almost (maybe 50m) above see level. This is important, as you do not need to go uphill much. Not so many shops though, quite small scale compared to Machico (the next city on the other side of the airport).
Really close to airport, you can walk to/from terminals in about 20-25 min. 2min with bus.
About 40min (30min with express) bus ride to Funchal.

Die Wohnung ist innerhalb Santa Cruz ideal gelegen und obwohl die Wohnung auch nah am Flughafen ist, fanden wir es nicht sehr laut.
Negativ fanden wir, dass die Wohnung relativ dunkel ist. (Allerdings kann man durch den Schutz des Hauses auch die Flugzeuge kaum hören)
Die Kommunikation der Gastgeber ist super und sie waren sehr freundlich.
In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was innerhalb des Monat im Alltag gebraucht haben.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder hin, wenn wir nach Santa Cruz möchten.

Es un apartamento muy completo ideal para una semana de vacaciones. Cuenta con todo lo necesario. Esta ubicado en un pueblo que es de lo mejorcito de Madeira, tranquilo para pasear, con supermercados cerca y restaurantes para comer. Limpiaron a mitad de semana. Muy limpio todo. Volvería a alojarme. La tercera cama, es una cama plegable ni demasiado cómoda ni demasiado segura. Casi "desaparece" mi hijo de siete años al plegarse esta hacia el armario. La comunicación con el personal excelente a través de la plataforma, aunque eché de menos que nos hubieran recibido el primer día a nuestra llegada, y eso, repito, no tuvimos ningún problema por que estaba todo explicado en la plataforma.

Durante o dia ouvem-se, por vezes, os aviões devido à proximidade do aeroporto, durante a noite é bastante sossegado. A localização é óptima, perto da praia, de restaurantes e pastelarias, com supermercado a 300m e debaixo do prédio tem uma loja de fruta. O apartamento tem tudo o que é básico numa casa, até máquina de secar roupa, que foi uma grande mais valia durante a estadia. Perto do prédio há um parque de estacionamento gratuito.

La place de parking privé en sous-sol bien pratique La vue de l’appartement donnant sur un entrepôt de voitures abandonnées très proches du balcon : une vue horrible qui nous a obligé à vivre rideaux fermés. Nice apartment, well located near the center of Santa Cruz. Good wifi and parking in garage. Just one thing, the main photo of terrace is not part of apartment. Terrace is located on the rooftop of building for everybody. Apartment have a view to some backstreet with carwrecks. But everything else was good! 👍

A nice comfortable apartment with everything provided and not far from the sea, and local facilities. Having stayed there before, I knew what to exepct and it was just as remembered. It is a shame that the only view from inside the property is on to a very untidy and sometimes noisy courtyard/garage with rats running around freely. Apartment mangers need to put pressure on the owners to tidy things up a bit and clean the courtyard out. There is a very nice terrace a couple of floors up but, with no protection from the sun, it can get very hot there. It's much more pleasant in the evenings for a glass of wine or gin & tonic in late August onwards when the sun has gone over the hill in the evenings. The only other small point is that, for stays longer than a week, you never know when the cleaners are going to turn up.

The apartment is close to the see (like 300 metres), to the small supermarket, it is very comfortable, has even a dryer and very well equipped kitchen. Parking is a very nice bonus. Our daughter loved the small balcony. Locks and keys are sometime misbehaving. The terrace on the photo is not part of the apartment. Internet could be faster.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Die Schlüsselübergabe war ebenso gut wie die Nachlieferung von frischen Handtüchern. Auch der Balkon, der leider auf Ebene 4 im Gegsatz zur Wohnung (Ebene 2) war wunderbar. Ein toller Blick auf das Meer und die Umgebung Da Beste war die Fruttaria im Erdgeschoss, die wunderbares Obst und Gemüse zu angenehmen Preisen verkaufte No comment

Very cosy and comfortable apartment with lots of nice details and cool gadgets, such as fairy lights, further thoughtful decoration, washing machine etc. When we first entered we expected a sea view apartment, but actually, the view from the pictures is shot from the roof top terrace, so grab the chairs from the apartment, hop on the lift and off you go. We recommend Santa Cruz highly, it is the second oldest town on the island and the small village got everything you need. Since it is close to the airport, you can watch planes from a short distance, as they are not that frequent, noises are ok ;)
