Close to Baía dos Juncos, an area known for being a spot for surfers, the house is very close to the village of São Vicente. Inside, you will find a suitable, cozy and comfortable decoration to the measure of a country house. With two bedrooms, each with a double bed and one with an outside balcony, the property is perfect for a family holiday, as it can accommodate six people (two in each bedroom and two on the sofa bed in the living room ).
And the leisure area? All country houses have a generous area, perfect for rest and family activities. This property has several, including the fabulous swimming pool. Here you can dive whenever you want and enjoy the beautiful view. While adults enjoy the pool and prepare the barbecue for lunch or dinner, children can play in the small playground.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
The house is located in the north of the island of Madeira in the municipality of São Vicente. This area is known for its natural beauty and good conditions for surfing. Baía dos Juncos, a well-known spot for surfers, is 5 minutes from the property and the centre of the village is 1.5 km away. In both places, you will find restaurants. In the village of São Vicente there is a mini-market, gas stations and several snack bars. If you are looking for a medium / large supermarket, you will have to go to the Ribeira Brava municipality, which is a 25-minute drive away.
We recommend a visit to São Vicente caves, where you can discover a little more about the island's origin and visit the famous caves.
From here you can visit the entire north coast, via the road connection. Porto Moniz is an 18-minute drive; Funchal 35 minutes and the airport 47 minutes by car.

We recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get to the house. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi by your own in the airport!

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
● According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).
● Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
● All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.
● Cleaning services during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables, are carried out on a weekly basis. If you wish extra cleaning service this can be arranged at an extra, affordable charge. The weekly cleaning and the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables will not be carried out for stays of less than seven nights.
