With one bedroom, two single beds and a sofa bed, it guarantees enough space for all guests. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and offers all the practicality and comfort needed for your stay. From the balcony you can take in the breathtaking sea views. This area includes a seating area, making it perfect for enjoying moments outdoors. The living room is cosy and functional, equipped with a dining area and cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining table. The flat is located in a building with a lift and has Wi-Fi available in all areas. This one-bedroom flat is the ideal choice for those who want to enjoy a city holiday, given its proximity to the centre of Funchal. It offers all the necessary facilities for a pleasant and relaxing stay. AREA The Princesa Dona Amélia flat is located in the same building as the Cristiano Ronaldo Museum, 850 metres from the Funchal Marina and a 15-minute walk from the city's Old Town. Guests have easy access to various restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, including a nearby beach and seafront promenade. Perfect location for exploring the city on foot (within a 5-15 minute walk of the cathedral, the marina, Santa Catarina Park, Funchal Municipal Garden, Baltazar Dias Theatre, Electricity Museum). There's a Pingo Doce supermarket in Plaza Shopping. Madeira International Airport is about 23 kilometres away by car. PROPERTY RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes. Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival. Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability. Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge. By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions. OTHER NOTES All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
