This nice and modern duplex apartment is located in the tourist center of Funchal, close to hotels, restaurants, stores, beaches, and a fantastic promenade perfect for relaxing walks. The apartment is fully remodeled and spread over two floors with spacious rooms throughout. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, private bathroom, and balcony; two with twin beds and a shared bathroom, one of which also has balcony access. The open-plan living room and kitchen are on the lower floor, along with a bathroom and a balcony with a seating area and stunning sea views. The apartment accommodates up to six guests and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay on Madeira Island. A parking space is included. AREA This property is located in Rampa do Lido, next to an Indian restaurant, a supermarket and the post office branch. It is an area with many services available around, restaurants, bars, hotels, beaches, bike path, promenade, gardens and paddle courts nearby. The nearest Shopping Center (Fórum Madeira) is 900 meters away (3 minutes by car or 13 minutes walk). It will take about 7 to 10 minutes by car to reach the center of Funchal. PROPERTY RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes. Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival. Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability. Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge. By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions. OTHER NOTES All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
