With a large living room that has a dining area, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them private), and a balcony in one of the bedrooms (so you can enjoy a nice breakfast with sea view), this property has capacity for a maximum of 6 people. The kitchen is equipped, so you have everything you need to enjoy your vacation.
Free parking for cars is available outside the building.

AREA
The property is located in the upper part of Caniço, in the municipality of Santa Cruz on Madeira Island. Enjoy your stay to explore this locality! Enjoy the view from the Cristo Rei viewpoint, which is 9 minutes away from the apartment, if you choose to drive there. 2 minutes away from the property you will find The Village Pub, a charismatic and calm space, great for socializing with friends and family, with a projector for watching soccer games, wi-fi, a game of darts, different qualities of beer, an esplanade and some of the most typical snacks of the region. On the outskirts you will find more bars and restaurants, Caniço Shopping, pharmacy, gardens, gas stations, a padel center and other services.

For beach lovers, the Garajau Partial Nature Reserve, where you can go snorkeling and enjoy some beautiful dives, is a 12 minutes drive away. Praia dos Reis Magos is a little closer and is also easily accessible, being 8 minutes away from the property.
The Pico da Atalaia viewpoint, the Garajau’s Gardens, the Ponta da Oliveira, are other tourist attractions that you can enjoy visiting.
The city of Funchal is about 20 minutes away by car.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
We inform that a Municipal Tourist Ecotax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Santa Cruz.
All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
