This 2 bedroom apartment, completely renovated, modern style, offers total comfort and conditions for a season of remote work or a well deserved city vacation. Alone or together, as a couple or as a family, this property is prepared to accommodate different travel contexts. The good natural light in all areas of the apartment and the contemporary decoration transmit a very relaxed and harmonious environment, forming a set of combinations that add more value when combined with the practicality and functionality of the space.
This apartment is perfect for those looking to spend a season in an accommodation well located in terms of accessibility to services and transport! It is close to public parks, transportation, restaurants, bars and several city cultural activities. With a living room that has a living area and a dining area, two bedrooms (with double bed), two bathrooms (one of them private), this accommodation can host a maximum of 4 people. The balcony is common to the living room and bedrooms, so you can enjoy a nice breakfast outdoors, contemplate the rhythm of this city, read a book, or simply sunbathe, with a fantastic sea view, mountain view or garden view as a backdrop. The open-plan kitchen that connects to the living room is fully equipped, so you have everything you need to enjoy your stay to the fullest.

AREA
The property is located in the center of Funchal, Madeira Island. Enjoy your stay to explore this location that offers countless possibilities! Enjoy the proximity of the apartment to the CR7 Museum, learn about the history and see in person the awards won by the best player in the world. Visit other places such as: the Funchal Marina (get to know the nautical activities available); the Santa Catarina Park (take a walk and enjoy the botanical diversity that this park has, as well as the free playground for the little ones); the Municipal Garden of Funchal; the Baltazar Dias Theatre; the Electricity Museum; the 3D Fun Art Museum; the Cruzes Museum (as well as the respective viewpoint); the Blandy Wines, which offers guided tours and tastings of Madeira Wine. You should also be aware that you are in the perfect place to access any type of public transportation and to move to other points of interest on the island of Madeira. The range of restaurants and bars is quite diverse, so there is plenty to choose from and experience just a few minutes away. Don't miss the experience of riding the cable car to Monte or the Botanical Garden. You can choose to walk to the starting point (15min).
There are activities for all tastes, cultural activities, radical activities, activities linked to nature, whatever the goal, the island of Madeira offers a sea of possibilities.

The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

You have access to all areas of the property.
INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

We want you to feel at home. We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.
