This pleasant property offers a bedroom with double bed, decoration in contemporary style, clean and functional, natural light through the access door to the balcony; a bathroom with shower; a fully equipped kitchen with laundry area; a spacious living room, minimalist and elegant style, with a seating area, sofa bed, cable TV, as well as an area with table for meals. The access to the balcony, with sea and garden view, can also be done through the living room, where you will find a space designed for relaxing.
Throughout your stay, you may use the gardens and swimming pool of the condominium.
Maximum capacity for 4 people.

AREA
The property is located in Estrada Monumental, in the exclusive condominium Edifício Quinta da Falésia, minutes from Funchal centre. Noble area, quiet, quick and easy access to beaches, public gardens, paddle tennis courts, supermarkets, gyms, pastries, bars, restaurants and shopping. The apartment is close to the Promenade that connects Funchal to Câmara de Lobos.
In the city centre there is plenty of information about all kinds of activities you can do during your holidays: cultural activities, radical activities, nature related activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island!
GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.
INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
RULES
We want you to feel at home. We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.
ATTENTION
-Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
-No pets allowed. Please don’t feed wild or domestic animals.
-No parties allowed.

Cancelation policy
Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. If the reservation is made less than 14 days before check-in, the cancellation is free up to 48 hours after the reservation, up to a maximum of 5 days before check-in.
After that, guests may cancel up to 5 days prior to check-in and receive a refund of the price per night and the cleaning fee, but not of the service fee.

The kitchen had everything we needed (toaster, coffee pot, oven, cooktop, dishwasher). We also used the washing machine (no dryer but clothes dried pretty quickly on the clothes rack).
The couch in the living room is a sleeper sofa and is the only real negative. Just sitting on the couch the cushions tend to fall off & have to keep being pushed back up so was a little annoying. We didn't use the sleeper but pulled it out to look but don't think anyone would be comfortable sleeping on it.
The bedroom was quiet and the bed was quite comfortable. The balcony has a bean bag that was comfortable and great for reading/napping.
The host was very reachable with any questions and was there to meet us for check-in. I would 100% recommend this place! Thanks

Die Lage ist super. Tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Meer in 5 Minuten zu erreichen
Sehr gut mit dem Bus vom Flughafen zu erreichen und auch sonst kann man die Umgebung und Funchal wunderbar mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erkunden.

Nice and quiet building with a pool you can use. Also the public pool is around the corner with acces to the sea.
There is a shopping mall closeby with a supermarket. Just a couple of minutes walking.
Also a few restaurants in about 5 a 10 minutes walk. It's closeby the Funchal city.

Es war nur oberflächlich geputzt. Wenn man genauer geschaut hat war der Teppich und der Boden sehr dreckig. Wir waren zu dritt und hätten das Ausziehsofa gebraucht allerdings wurde und keine Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellten und auf unsere Nachrichten hat niemand reagiert.

Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist für zwei Erwachsene zu klein. Das zweite Bett im Wohnzimmer ist für Erwachsene überhaupt nicht geeignet. Ein Fliegengitter vorm Schlafzimmerfenster wäre sinnvoll, damit man nicht ständig von Insekten gestochen wird. Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden. Die Reinigung erfolgte meist nur oberflächlich. Fremde Haare im Badezimmer wurden beispielsweise von uns entfernt. Toilettenpapier etc. mussten wir uns selbst kaufen. Das Gebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das fällt vor allem im Eingangsbereich auf. Die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vermieter war sehr schwierig: Anfragen wurden nicht oder spät beantwortet. Der Ton war meist unfreundlich bis abweisend.
