Madeira Oceanview Paradise is lovingly decorated to reflect the ambiance of an upscale Funchal destination. It offers style, comfort and tranquillity while being close to some of the best restaurants and shopping in Funchal.

For your comfort, there is cool tile and hardwood flooring throughout, and zonal air conditioning. The open plan living room is filled with light and provides comfy seating, a dining table for six, a desk for remote working, and a large TV and soundbar for those times you aren't marvelling at the view beyond your terrace. There are also two sofabeds for extra guests. The separate kitchen is fully appointed and has everything you would need to prepare any meal. Off the kitchen is a utility room with a washer-dryer and a separate storage room. A guest cloakroom completes this area.
A separate corridor leads to the two bedroom suites each with their own bathroom and dressing area. The master suite has floor to ceiling windows leading out onto the terrace, a king-sized bed, and a full bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a 'zip and link' king size or twin beds, and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. To make your stay even more luxurious, there are hotel-style waffle dressing gowns and Rituals bath products.
Outside, the beautiful 45 sq m terrace provides a comfortable sofa and armchairs, ambient lighting, and a dining table with seating for six. Whether you’re returning from a day exploring Madeira or simply coming back from enjoying the lovely pools and garden, the large terrace provides a welcoming space to relax and listen to the tranquil ocean waves below and soak up island life.
This apartment is located on the second floor of the Madeira Palace Residences - one of the very few private developments located directly on the first line from the Atlantic Ocean. Guests have access to the entire property including three swimming pools overlooking the sea, luscious, well-maintained gardens, a fully equipped gymnasium, games room, and concierge service. The apartment also has two underground parking spaces available to guests.

AREA
The property is located in Estrada Monumental, one of the most prestigious tourist areas of Funchal, in the luxury condominium Madeira Palace Residences. Quiet area, with quick and easy access to Praia Formosa. The flat is close to the promenade that connects Funchal to Câmara de Lobos. In this area you will find Fórum Madeira shopping centre, several restaurants, cinema, bars, pastry shops, pharmacies and other services.
If you choose to go to the city centre of Funchal, please be aware that it is only seven minutes away by car, there are several tourist attractions and information about cultural activities, radical activities, activities connected to nature, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop one minute walk from the apartment and a taxi rank two minutes’ walk.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
