New and modern two-bedroom flat with balcony, situated on the East Coast of Madeira, in a quiet and peaceful area. This apartment is located in the centre of Santa Cruz, close to Praia das Palmeiras, essential services, restaurants, bars, the Municipal Market and the airport. Ideal to enjoy a beautiful holiday on Madeira Island.

New apartment, with modern and simple decoration, situated on the ground floor of a building located a few minutes walk from the centre of Santa Cruz, calm and quiet area. This is a 2 bedroom property, which has a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower cabin; and another bedroom with single bed. There is also a social bathroom available with a bathtub common to all areas.
The living room has cable TV, a comfortable sofa bed, dining table and access to a nice balcony with a nice space to enjoy while having a coffee.
This property has a maximum capacity for 5 people.

AREA
Located in the eastern part of the island, this flat is close to the airport, a water park and Santa Cruz city centre. Also, take the opportunity to take a dip in the beach, which is very close to the building.
The airport is a 2-minute drive away. Machico is a 5 minute drive away, known for its bay with its artificial yellow sandy beach; the fantastic views from Ponta de São Lourenço, Penha D'Águia or the Miradouro da Portela.
Funchal is a 15 minute drive away. Here you will find a great variety of museums, gardens, activities, shopping areas and belvederes where you can enjoy the best views of the city.
From here you have quick access to the expressway connecting the west side to the east side, which will make it easier for you to plan your trips around the island.
In the centre of Santa Cruz you will find restaurants and grocery shops.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

You have access to all areas of the property.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
We inform that a Municipal Tourist Ecotax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Santa Cruz.
All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
