Modern and comfortable apartment with large areas, very close to the Lavradores’s Market, in Funchal.
The property offers two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms (with shower cabin and with bathtub), a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area and access to a pleasant balcony overlooking the pool, where you can eat your meals or relax in good moments of reading.
In the common areas of the building you will find a swimming pool, shared by the condominium, where you can enjoy the good weather and sunbathe in the company of friends and family.
If you wish to rent a car, the building has a garage where you can park.

There are several cafés nearby. Most shops, shopping centres and supermarkets are within a ten minute walk away.
This apartment is close to the Lavradores´s Market, the Old Town of Funchal and the Cathedral. From here you can explore on foot the various sights of the city (e.g. Cable Car, Funchal´s Marina, CR7 Museum, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc.).
Also, in the Funchal´s centre, there are various tourist attractions and information on cultural activities, radical activities, activities linked to nature, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island.
Getting around
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

Other observations
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
Rules
We want you to feel at home. We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.
