On the floor 0, the fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living area in open space provide a feeling of great space and comfort. The large bathroom allows people with reduced mobility to use it without difficulty. The double bedroom, with built-in wardrobe and direct access to the outside, is ideal for those seeking a little more privacy throughout their stay.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom. The bedroom with wardrobe, access to the common balcony and direct access to the bathroom is ideal for those seeking a more private and comfortable space. The bedroom with built-in wardrobe, access to the common balcony and direct access to the WC is perfect for those who wish to enjoy the view and the natural lighting. The large bedroom with built-in wardrobe is ideal for those who prefer a more spacious area. There are two bedrooms with two single sofa beds.
The villa has a private semi-tropical garden, outdoor dining area and a nice small swimming pool to go bathing in on hot days. The totally unobstructed sea views and fantastic sunsets provide an atmosphere of serenity and tranquillity.

AREA
This property is located on the west side, more specifically in Estreito da Calheta, the area with the most sun exposure in Madeira Island.
At a 5-minute drive you can visit the centre of Calheta where you can find the Museum of Contemporary Art, a yellow sandy beach, a marina, several restaurants and a supermarket.
Nearby, you will find some essential services such as a supermarket, a grocery store, a café and a pharmacy.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

RULES
We want you to feel at home. We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.

ATTENTION
-Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Calheta. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
-No pets allowed. Please don’t feed wild or domestic animals.
-No parties allowed.
