This property is located on the west side, more specifically in Estreito da Calheta, the area with the most sun exposure in Madeira Island.
At a 5-minute drive you can visit the centre of Calheta where you can find the Museum of Contemporary Art, a yellow sandy beach, a marina, several restaurants and a supermarket.
Nearby, you will find some essential services such as a supermarket, a grocery store, a café and a pharmacy.

The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

Au vu du prix de la prestation nous attendions aussi une piscine plus grande, et quelques aménagements intérieurs ( WC séparés par exemple, barbecue...).
Nous recommanderions sans souci dans l'ensemble, mais le rapport prix/prestations nous parait moins avantageux que d'autres maisons louées sur cette ile à la même période.

Schönes Haus mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Ozean. Gute Ausstattung, schön eingerichtet. Blitzeblank sauber. Reichlich Handtücher vorhanden. Für 10 Leute nicht ausreichend eingerichtet. Draußen gab es nur einen Tisch mit Stühlen für 4 Personen. Drinnen war Platz für 8 Personen am Tisch. Der Vermieter reagierte immer sofort auf eine Frage. Leider funktionierte die Spülmaschine nicht zufriedenstellend.
Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub. Wir würden wieder dort übernachten.

The territory and the house as in the photo! Great living room and dining area. The kitchen has everything you need. The kettle was broken and the hair dryer was 1 for the whole house (there were 8 of us), the next morning the owner kindly brought a new kettle and hair dryer to another bathroom. The doors in both bathrooms were difficult to open and in the middle of our vacation stopped opening at all. The water pressure is also quite bad in both baths, which made it possible to wash in cold water when the pressure was bad (

Excellent emplacement, toutes les pièces ont vue sur mer. Joli jardin, propreté irréprochable. Accès facile avec la boîte à clés. L'équipement de la cuisine est à améliorer, pas de plat de service, une poêle très abimée. Une seule chaise longue et deux poufs extérieurs, pour 8 personnes c'est un peu juste. Mais globalement, nous recommanderions cette location sans problème.

the Airbnb was a great space for me and my friends to relax at the end of each day with amazing views from the terrace and bedrooms. The pool was slightly smaller than expected and in shade for most of the day so it was best used as a cooling off plunge pool. The driveway was very steep with a tight entrance space but we managed to use it without issue

We loved our stay at this villa! Very good location for exploring the north of the island (like Porto moniz), the 25 levadas walk & it was a a short drive to Maktub bar for beautiful sunset drinks. There is a small but plentiful supermarket just at the bottom of the hill of the villa which was very handy. The villa was extremely clean and the main living room communal space & kitchen is perfect for groups. There was a bit of construction noise during the day but this didn’t overly impact us - would definitely stay again! Dimitri was extremely responsive.

Wow - what a beautiful home with a beautiful view. Stayed here for a week and loved it. The host is very responsive. Our pool wasn’t the most clean when we checked in - we informed the host and it was cleaned within a few hours!
A few things to keep in mind: the upper three bedrooms get no wifi. Only the bottom floor has excellent wifi. There is construction going on in a nearby house and the loud noises penetrate. So if you’re hoping for a lazy vacation where you sleep in, bring earplugs with you!

Вілла дуже простора, все дуже чисте та прибране. Багато столових приборів, абсолютно все є для готування. Також є сіль, сахар, олія і тд. Великий плюс це наявність великої кількості рушників, для 10 людей, було достатньо.Також були додаткова постільна білизна. Є пральна машина, та посудомийка. Місце для машин також є, у нас було 2 машини, було місце для паркування. Гарний сад з басейном, квітами, місцем для відпочинку. Ця вілла підійде як для родини, так і для компанії друзів. Вілла була орендована на 10 людей, але диван з низу не розкладається, на горі в кімнатах є маленькі розкладні крісла, але вони максимум для дітей. Тому це досить проблематично.

We really enjoyed of staying in this villa.the house is new with new furniture,new linens,new kitchen appliances by Siemens,all necessary kitchen dishes a grill outside.you can spend time on terrace(there is a table, chairs and an umbrella from the sun).the entrance to the yard is quite narrow, so you have to be careful so that there are no scratches and scuffs on the car.we didnt face with any dissappointments living in the villa

Przepiękna willa z cudnym ogrodem i fajnym basenem. Czyściutko i przestronnie, wygodne łóżka i kanapa we wspólnym salonie. Lokalizacja spokojna i idealna do wypraw po całej Maderze. W willi jest wszystko czego potrzeba na krótszy i dłuższy pobyt. Zostało nam też zapewnione łóżeczko dziecięce i pościel do niego wraz z dziecięcym ręcznikiem, co nie jest wszędzie takie oczywiste. Roślinność w ogrodzie piękna oraz z każdego pokoju widok na ocean. Blisko sklep i super plaża. Z chęcią wrócimy następnym razem. Polecam z całego serca.

Het huis is goed te bereiken en toch privé. Veilig ook. De kamers zijn sfeervol. Vooral de living. Leuk zwembadje (was helaas bij ons niet schoon door kapotte pomp en noodweer). Leuke tuin mét Hibiscus :) Schitterend uitzicht op de oceaan vanaf elke kamer. 2 badkamers is ook fijn als je met meerdere personen bent. Aparte Oven en magnetron, merk Siemens, heel goed! Tuin/terras wrschl wat krap voor 8 personen. Verlichting kan beter en sfeervoller beneden en het bed beneden is aan vervanging toe (vering komt door de matras heen!). De was machine maakt heel veel herrie. Wat keukengerei betreft: 1 pan is niet geschikt voor inductie. Een houten lepel was handig geweest. Er zijn maar 4 mokken. Voor een huis voor 8 zijn er dat 4 te weinig. De messen hebben we geslepen, die waren bot.

The house is great, amazing space. It was very clean and it is very spacious. It is very new and everything is in great condition. The pool is small but it is great for the nice weather. Two bathrooms are a bit short for 10 people, but we knew it before booking. Apart from that, everything was great!

We really enjoyed our family holiday in the Villa. It was situated on sloped terrain and the view was great. Lovely furniture, chilled outside area and close to a supermarket and pharmacy. It’s easy to walk to calheta beach.

Lovely stay in a gorgeous clean well equipped villa. Minor issues with a leaky bathroom sink was sorted immediately. We were amazed at the quick response we received when messaging our representative Dymitry. Pool is small but perfect for cooling off. Lovely gardens and excellent sea views. The Villa is up a steep hill so car is essential but if you fancy the challenge of climbing the hill back up there is a supermarket and pharmacy at the bottom. Calheta beach is a short drive away and the roads are fab to drive on. I would highly recommend this villa and would return happily in the future 😊

Spacious, well equipped, comfortable, beautiful sea views, gorgeous gardens, host quick to reply. Would highly recommended Not much not to like, pool is small but great for cooling off. Car is essential as property is up a very steep hill and steep driveway onto the road but views are amazing

Нас было 6 человек , мы снимали на 5 ночей и получили скидку , очень приятно, спасибо! Фотографии соответствуют и на фото нет отдельной фотографии бассейна , и.к на самом деле он очень маленький огражден стеной, поэтому нагреваться не успевает. Снимая эту виллу у вас в любом случае должна быть машина. В продуктовый магазин можно дойти пешком, но после учтите что подниматься будете в горочку. Все остальное прекрасно . Рекомендую

Das Haus ist gut geschnitten und hell. Die Ausführung diverser Einrichtungen war mangelhaft (Dusche, Schubladen, Tür, ..). Zufahrt ist gefährlich.
