Modern style apartment, perfect for those who want to spend a season in a quiet and well located area, very close to the Funchal city centre.
This property, located on the 3rd floor, offers two bedrooms, a double bedroom with private bathroom; and a twin bedroom of two single beds, both with access to the balcony, and the double bedroom connects with the living room balcony.
In open space, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with access to a laundry area, the living room with a sofa bed and dining area with an appropriate atmosphere for meals. The social bathroom is equipped with a shower. The living room gives access to the balcony where you will find a small space equipped with furniture suitable for a break to relax, read a book, drink a coffee or contemplate the generous sea view.
The decoration is simple and modern, offering all the necessary comfort and practicality for a pleasant stay.

AREA
The property is a 2-minute walk from the Nazaré viewpoint, which offers incredible views over the city of Funchal and the Atlantic Ocean. The building is on the roadside and close to a public bus stop, bakeries and restaurants.
The great advantage of this accommodation is that it is a 7-minute drive from Funchal city centre and relatively close to the expressway accesses that take you quickly to other locations. Take advantage of your stay to explore the four corners of Madeira Island, but if you choose to stay in Funchal, know that the capital offers countless experiences and activities! On your way to Funchal visit the emblematic Quinta Magnolia Garden, which has a wonderful children's play area, picnic areas, tennis courts, paddle courts, a restaurant and a café with a fantastic terrace. In the city centre, don't miss out on the cable car ride up to Monte or the Botanical Gardens, and don't forget to visit places like the CR7 Museum, the Funchal Marina, the Santa Catarina Park or the Baltazar Dias Theater. There are many other landmarks in this city that can be chosen depending on the available time and interest of the visitors.
GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

You have access to all areas of the property.
INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer any questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

Cancelation policy
Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. If the reservation is made less than 14 days before check-in, the cancellation is free up to 48 hours after the reservation, up to a maximum of 5 days before check-in.
After that, guests may cancel up to 5 days prior to check-in and receive a refund of the price per night and the cleaning fee, but not of the service fee.

We had a little trouble finding the apartment but besides that it was a great stay. Very modern interior, nice view from the balcony and we loved the bakery right across the street.
There are bus stations down the street to get to downtown Funchal in just a couple of minutes.
Overall we would totally stay there again!

Die Lage. Teilweise sehr laut, da es direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt. Hat aber nicht gestört, da wir nachts die Fenster zu gemacht haben. Es gibt nur eine kleine Restaurantauswahl in unmittelbarer Nähe.

New kitchen with all you need in.
The most valuable thing was washing and drying machines. Humidity on the island is pretty high, so to dry your stuff by itself will be extremely difficult.
Every room has its own aircon. Two bathroom and a nice balcony/terrace for the morning coffee or evening wine❤️
Madeira is busy at day time and very quiet at night, so racing vehicles after midnight were loud.
Will be great to have more than one towel per person. And some toilets (soaps/shampoo/shower gel) needs to be top up.
The floor at the apartment was hoovered but not mopped.
Also we wasn’t able to find out where to bin garbage outside. All bin bags were full and we just stocked them in the balcony.
And the last one - it was quite difficult for us to find apartment at the beginning. Google maps didn’t show right location. But locals are very nice and always helpful. 90% of them were speaking a high level English what was a big surprise for us. They help us to find our accommodation.

It has everything you need for either short or long stay, including dish washer, washing machine and a dryer. All rooms have AC and the two balconies also add up to the whole experience. Big plus is a parking space in the garage.
The communication with island host was super easy, they responded quickly.
Would stay again anytime, highly recommended.
