Holiday Apartment, located in Caniço, with a large balcony where you can relax and enjoy the amazing view over the sea and the Desertas Islands. Building located in a quiet area, very close to restaurants, gardens, playgrounds, beach, as well as other services and tourist attraction points.
Contemporary style apartment, located on the 2th floor, with three bedrooms, perfect for those who want to spend a beautiful vacation in Madeira with family or friends. Located in Caniço, in a very quiet area and with a fantastic balcony overlooking the sea and Desertas.
The property offers a large suite, with private bathroom and access to the balcony, a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds.
In open space, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with access to a laundry/dispenser area, a dining area, a complete bathroom and a living room with access to the balcony in common with one of the bedrooms.
The decor is clean and current, offering all the comfort and facilities needed for a pleasant stay.

Building located in a quiet and serene area of Caniço, in Santa Cruz. The privileged location of this building provides easy access to a variety of essential services. Just steps away are cafes, restaurants serving delicious local and international dishes, supermarkets for all your daily needs, pharmacies for health care and even playgrounds and gardens for fun and relaxing family time.
If you choose to go to the center of Funchal, take the opportunity to explore the city and look for more information about all kinds of activities you can do during your vacation: cultural activities, radical activities, activities connected with nature... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island!
GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.
INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
ATTENTION
We inform that a Municipal Tourist Ecotax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Santa Cruz. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.

This place was exactly as described and had all the amenities you could want. We rented a car and had our own parking space and additional parking out front. Getting into Funchal took us 15 minutes. This location is ideal to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and still access everything the island has to offer. We plan on coming back to Madeira and staying here with our Family. Their recommendation of car hire was also appreciated. They also shared recommendations for activities on the island. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

A lakás nagyon jól felszerelt, még a kiegészítőkre is gondoltak. Van mosási lehetőség, ami nagyban megkönnyítette a napjainkat. Túrák után nagyon jól jött ez az opció. A szállás tágas és tiszta volt, kényelmesen elfértünk 6-an. Csodás kilátás nyílik az óceánra, reggelente a fotelből élvezhető a napfelkelte. A házigazda nagyon kedves, gyorsan válaszolt, ha volt kérdésünk és adott pár ajánlást is boltokra, éttermekre.

Przestronny, dobrze wyposażony apartament, w którym można wygodnie wypocząć. Wykończenie apartamentu bezpieczne dla dziecka ( zaokrąglone brzegi mebli itp.) Piękny widok z tarasu, na który można wyjść ze salonu i jednej sypialni. Dwie w pełni wyposażone łazienki- jedna przy sypialni , druga w korytarzu. Po tygodniu pobytu sprzątanie. W obiekcie przebywaliśmy małym dzieckiem, dla którego przygotowano łóżeczko, pościel, ręcznik niemowlęcy. Kontakt z rezydentem bardzo dobry. Serdecznie pozdrawiamy, kiedyś wrócimy ! Rafał z rodziną.

A spacious apartment with great views and big bedrooms. The offer shows the apt as it is. No surprises. The weekly cleaning was a +. The building is located on a hill so you have to get used to a lil hike if you want to explore the neighbourhood by foot, but highly recommendable, because there are couple of amazing sunsets spots within 15-25min walk. Overall we were very happy with the stay.

Very nice apartment - we found it to be as described. Very nice view. The balcony with the view really is very nice but in summer the missing shade could be an issue. The kitchen is modern and has everything one needs. It was a bit cold in the apartment (due to the winter time). The issue was solved within one day by supplying us with heaters. The only negative was there a bit the slow response (the issue was solved within hours, but was not communicated well). All in all, we had a great stay although the price was high, but understandable due to the high season over the holidays (new years eve). Would definitely rebook again!

We loved the place, it was hard to leave it at the end of our stay. There was everything what we needed. Genuinely it felt like home. And we got surprised the other day cause in the middle of our stay, we got new set of towels and sheets with some cleaning done which was super nice! We highly recommend this place and if we ever get back to Madeira, we will be checking if it’s available. Thank you.

Great apartment with beautiful views. The host prepared the apartment amazingly clean and told us local recommendations before our arrival. It was really luxury and we had the best time exploring the island!
Not taking away from my rating, but definitely take the reviews seriously when they talk about the rude neighbors, we were a group of 4 younger girls on vacation and were yelled at by the neighbor at 9:30 P.M. to quiet down which was alarming and quite scary honestly. We completely understand this is a residential neighborhood though and tried to be sensitive to that!
Not taking away from my rating, but definitely take the reviews seriously when they talk about the rude neighbors, we were a group of 4 younger girls on vacation and were yelled at by the neighbor at 9:30 P.M. to quiet down which was alarming and quite scary honestly. Les instructions étaient très claires pour l’arrivée dans les lieux.
Léger bémol pour l’eau chaude. Il est difficile d’utiliser les deux salles de bains en même temps, problème de pression et d’eau chaude si nous utilisons l’eau ailleurs.

Overall we had a nice stay. The unit is comfortable and has good kitchen amenities and a great view. It was nice to be in a neighborhood that was quieter. Our check-in process could have been much better in terms of clarity and readiness at check-in time and the parking is quite challenging. But the location is easy to get to many highlights of the area.

The location of this property was nice to be away from the business of bigger towns. It was comfortable with good kitchen amenities and and amazing view. Our check in process could have been much better and the parking garage is quite tight.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Appartement in einem Komplex mit mehreren Wohnungen.
Blick direkt aufs Meer, Supermarkt und viele sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe.
Tiefgarage ist sehr sehr eng und steil, nicht unbedingt komfortabel zu nutzen.
Aufzug ist mehrmals außer Betrieb gewesen, auch am Abreisetag.. Koffer mussten wir aus dem 4.OG runtertragen..
Jedes zweite Appartement hat einen Hund, weshalb es i.d.R. Abends zu einem Bellkonzert kommt. Das ist vor allem wenn man schlafen möchte ziemlich störend.

The condo itself was great - very clean, comfy, and an amazing view. Walking distance to a few local restaurants. We had a little trouble finding the place, but once we did, no more issues. The neighbors were very sensitive to any level of noise, and we were scolded by one profusely just for leaving a shutter open for more air. Seems to be an extremely quiet neighborhood, easy to disturb others accidentally.

Excellent, spacious apartment. Has everything you might need. In the apartment, you get gew books about madeira, hiking routes etc. That can help you a lot to decide where to go.

Property was excellent with ample facilities. However, due to our late arrival at the location there was no food available as a starter pack. This would have been extremely useful as we were unfamiliar with the area and the location of any food outlets. It was dark on our arrival so difficult to establish where to go.
Towards the end of our stay the lift in the building failed and again when due to exit the premises resulting in having to get heavy cases down five flights of stairs from the fourth floor.

Unfortunately the things you seem to have disliked are partly not our fault, we agree on the lack of a welcome pack with food, we don't provide this unless asked and paid for, this is not an announced amenity. We only provide cooking essentials. As for the lift it is indeed unfortunate that it happened with you, building management is already working on a solution to this.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The flat is beautiful, the views are amazing. Walkable to places, although a VERY steep hill up and down to shops/ bars. Comfortable flat. The only small hiccup was checking in. Instructions weren’t clear. Otherwise a perfect stay

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'appartement très propre et bien agencé est fonctionnel pour deux couples avec deux enfants. La deuxième salle de bain dans une des chambres est un plus. La vue est superbe.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely accommodation. It was very well equipped with all that was needed to feel like a home away from home. It even passed the fussy expectations of our two older teenagers. Excellent value for a week long stay. We will return in the future and would highly recommend this unit for value, location, space and comfort.

Beautiful view and overall tidy apartament but located in residential area so neighbours will come to complain about slightest noise even before 10pm. Even talking is too noisy. Water pressure is not enough for 2 bathrooms and water temperature jumps from boiling hot to freezing cold. Apartment was not aired and wardrobes were smelly, so it was impossible to use them.

-comunicação desagradável e nem um pedido de desculpas pelas situações.

Las vistas desde el salon son impresionantes. Hay una smart TV y juegos de mesa en el mueble de la TV.
La casa en general està muy bien equipada.
Las indicaciones del garage no eran claras. No se comprende que hay un garage interno y que el apartamento tiene la plaza numero 20 asignada que se encuentra en el nivel -2. Sugiero que lo expliquen, simplemente añadiendo una frase.
Tambien recomiendo que incluyan una cafetera italiana en la cocina - los clientes de Italia y España lo agradeceran ;)

Excelente apartamento, exatamente como nas fotos, nos sentimos em casa! Ótima localização, muito tranquilo, e bem perto do Funchal, de autoestradas, além da vista que é incrível! Sempre que tive alguma dúvida, como no checkin, tive rápida resposta por mensagem ou telefone. O apartamento tem tudo o que é necessário, é espaçoso e com uma decoração muito bonita. Adoramos, quando voltarmos à Ilha queremos ficar novamente neste apartamento!

It was extremely warm in the apartment in mid October (no air-conditioning). Repeated requests for fans eventually resulted in table fans being provided after 2 days. A pity about that as otherwise the apartment was well furnished and equipped, and had nice views.

Fabulous apartment. It has the advantage of sea views. On a couple occasions I’d look outside early morning and see a cruise ship sailing past. I’ve dealt with An Island’s before and never had any problems. They’re quick to respond and help out if you have any issues. Thank you
