Holiday Apartment, located in Caniço, with a large balcony where you can relax and enjoy the amazing view over the sea and the Desertas Islands. Building located in a quiet area, very close to restaurants, gardens, playgrounds, beach, as well as other services and tourist attraction points.
Contemporary style apartment, located on the 2th floor, with three bedrooms, perfect for those who want to spend a beautiful vacation in Madeira with family or friends. Located in Caniço, in a very quiet area and with a fantastic balcony overlooking the sea and Desertas.
The property offers a large suite, with private bathroom and access to the balcony, a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds.
In open space, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with access to a laundry/dispenser area, a dining area, a complete bathroom and a living room with access to the balcony in common with one of the bedrooms.
The decor is clean and current, offering all the comfort and facilities needed for a pleasant stay.

AREA
Building located in a quiet and serene area of Caniço, in Santa Cruz. The privileged location of this building provides easy access to a variety of essential services. Just steps away are cafes, restaurants serving delicious local and international dishes, supermarkets for all your daily needs, pharmacies for health care and even playgrounds and gardens for fun and relaxing family time.
If you choose to go to the center of Funchal, take the opportunity to explore the city and look for more information about all kinds of activities you can do during your vacation: cultural activities, radical activities, activities connected with nature... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island!
GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.
INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
ATTENTION
We inform that a Municipal Tourist Ecotax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Santa Cruz. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.

Cancelation policy
Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. If the reservation is made less than 14 days before check-in, the cancellation is free up to 48 hours after the reservation, up to a maximum of 5 days before check-in.
After that, guests may cancel up to 5 days prior to check-in and receive a refund of the price per night and the cleaning fee, but not of the service fee.

Not taking away from my rating, but definitely take the reviews seriously when they talk about the rude neighbors, we were a group of 4 younger girls on vacation and were yelled at by the neighbor at 9:30 P.M. to quiet down which was alarming and quite scary honestly. We completely understand this is a residential neighborhood though and tried to be sensitive to that!

Les instructions étaient très claires pour l’arrivée dans les lieux.
Léger bémol pour l’eau chaude. Il est difficile d’utiliser les deux salles de bains en même temps, problème de pression et d’eau chaude si nous utilisons l’eau ailleurs.
Mis à part cela, je recommande fortement. Merci encore !

Blick direkt aufs Meer, Supermarkt und viele sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe.
Tiefgarage ist sehr sehr eng und steil, nicht unbedingt komfortabel zu nutzen.
Aufzug ist mehrmals außer Betrieb gewesen, auch am Abreisetag.. Koffer mussten wir aus dem 4.OG runtertragen..
Jedes zweite Appartement hat einen Hund, weshalb es i.d.R. Abends zu einem Bellkonzert kommt. Das ist vor allem wenn man schlafen möchte ziemlich störend.

Towards the end of our stay the lift in the building failed and again when due to exit the premises resulting in having to get heavy cases down five flights of stairs from the fourth floor.

Unfortunately the things you seem to have disliked are partly not our fault, we agree on the lack of a welcome pack with food, we don't provide this unless asked and paid for, this is not an announced amenity. We only provide cooking essentials. As for the lift it is indeed unfortunate that it happened with you, building management is already working on a solution to this.

-Sem chave para check-in às 16h quando nos foi negado o check-in mais cedo.
-Tempo de espera até às 17:30
-comunicação desagradável e nem um pedido de desculpas pelas situações.

Vizinho a reclamar das cadeiras enquanto jantávamos lamentável. Horário para barulho até às 22h.

La casa en general està muy bien equipada.
Las indicaciones del garage no eran claras. No se comprende que hay un garage interno y que el apartamento tiene la plaza numero 20 asignada que se encuentra en el nivel -2. Sugiero que lo expliquen, simplemente añadiendo una frase.
Tambien recomiendo que incluyan una cafetera italiana en la cocina - los clientes de Italia y España lo agradeceran ;)
