New apartment, with two bedrooms, modern decor, balcony overlooking the city of Funchal, inserted in a condominium with a shared pool. Perfect for a family vacation in Madeira.
Brand new apartment with a modern and minimalist style, consisting of two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Property with great natural light, a spacious living room that offers a nice seating area with a sofa bed and a dining area in open space with the kitchen space, which brings together all the facilities for family meals. The balcony is accessed from the living room, where you can find a pleasant leisure area with a pool and Funchal's city view. This apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities to accommodate a maximum of five people.

AREA
The property is close to the São João Baptista do Pico Fortress and a children's playground with a friendly bar/café. A few minutes walk will bring you to the heart of Funchal, the capital of Madeira Island. Nearby are other must-see places such as the Cruzes Museum and the respective Cruzes Viewpoint, the Santa Clara Convent or the Universe of Memories of João Carlos Abreu. Within walking distance are located shopping centers, a supermarket, pharmacies, hairdressers, retail stores and other services.
In the city center there are several possibilities with activities for all tastes. Cultural activities, radical activities, and activities linked to nature, whatever the purpose of the visit to Madeira Island.
GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.
INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

We want you to feel at home. We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.

Free cancellation up to 14 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.
Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. If the reservation is made less than 14 days before check-in, the cancellation is free up to 48 hours after the reservation, up to a maximum of 5 days before check-in.
After that, guests may cancel up to 5 days prior to check-in and receive a refund of the price per night and the cleaning fee, but not of the service fee.
