Apartment located in the center of the municipality of Ribeira Brava, about 15 minutes walk from Ribeira Brava beach.
The Ribeira Brava I apartment is on the 1st floor, and has a bedroom with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living room with a balcony, where you can have your breakfast or relax after a long day.

AREA
The municipality of Ribeira Brava is one of the oldest towns in Madeira, being one of the first to have been populated. It lies between Câmara de Lobos and Ponta do Sol, and has parishes such as Campanário, Serra de Água, and Tabua. This location can easily give you access to the highway where you can travel to neighboring cities. In this property you will be in the center of Ribeira Brava, surrounded by pastry shops, restaurants, and a gym. If you opt for a walk, in about 15 minutes you will find the beach of Ribeira Brava and a beautiful promenade that will give you access to Tabua.
GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

You have access to all areas of the property.

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

Accueil et communication de la part de l'intermédiaire "An island apart" très impersonnel et incorrecte avec une erreur sur l'emplacement de l'immeuble dans la rue (seul, le nom de la rue est transmise! ). Nous avons cherchés longtemps ! La localisation sur Google Maps transmise est inexacte. Heureusement, après un appel WhatsApp, l'hôte Dimitry nous a fourni la bonne information :
- L'information concernant le local poubelle de l'immeuble est erronée !
- Le réfrigérateur et le micro-ondes sont branchées sur une multiprise, elle-même reliée à une rallonge ! Dangereux pour la sécurité !
- La cafetière était mal installée et fuyante ! Encore des recherches pour remédier à la situation !
- La vaisselle limitée (seulement trois assiettes) oblige à utiliser couramment le lave-vaisselle.
- Chiens qui aboient jour et nuit.

Great place close to the big supermarket where you can buy everything. Easy to park because apartment has it's own parking lot underground. Place is even more spacious than you can see on the photos. Definitely would come back in the future. One thing I would add would be a heater because sometimes in the morning it can be chilly.

Great little apartment with a balcony, in a residential area but close to a supermarket. Parking was great, had everything we needed for a lovely week and Dimitry, the host who met us was really helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here for a couple.

The directions were poor, if you provide an exact location rather than just the street this would really help. It would be useful to leave washing up liquid as there aren't enough plates to use the dishwasher so easier to wash by hand. It would be good to have a cafetiere or coffee pot that doesn't use pods. I dislike coffee pods for environmental reasons but there are also so many I didn't want to buy the wrong ones. There was also a few nights when the neighbours were noisy but you can't control this at all. Please don't see these comments as negative, the apartment was perfect but we run an apartment in the UK and find feedback really helpful.

Excellent location both to explore the island and visit the town. Quiet and peaceful area. A supermarket just round the corner. The town centre with a few good restaurant within the walking distance. The apartment itself very well equipped, clean and specious. Convenient parking space in the garage.

A lovely, quiet place. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped for comfortable living, offering everything you might need, such as a heater, washing machine, dishwasher, extra towels, and more. De Google-pin is inderdaad niet zo juist, maar we kregen snel preciezere info waardoor we niet lang moesten zoeken. Een leuk gebouw dat op een kwartiertje wandelen is van het strand. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt! Tussendoor komen ze ook kuisen. Alles was tip top in orde. We hadden een zeer fijne vakantie!!

Die Unterkunft war auf Google Maps nicht 100% korrekt zu finden. Wir wurden jedoch dann vom Vermieter am Strassenrand abgefangen und konnten so die Garage finden.

Wir waren zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist so wie auf den Bilder beschrieben. Die Hunde aus der Nachbarschaft und die Baustelle vor der Wohnung waren manchmal etwas laut aber es war trotzdem eine erholsame Zeit. Die Vermieter waren bei Anfragen gut erreichbar und haben schnell auf Anfragen reagiert.

Świetny apartament dla pary na dłuższy pobyt. Dwa pokoje i w pełni wyposażona kuchnia umożliwiają wygodne mieszkanie przez dłuższy czas. Nowoczesna pralka umożliwia zabranie małej ilości bagażu. Lokalizacja jest bardzo spokojna. Codziennie jedliśmy śniadanie na balkonie. Salon z telewizorem i wygodną kanapą umożliwia wypoczęcie po całym dniu zwiedzania. Wygodne dwuosobowe łóżko. Duży prysznic, bidet w łazience. W bardzo bliskiej okolicy jest duży sklep i lokalna piekarnia z pysznym pieczywem. Parking trudny na początku, ale po czasie przywykliśmy do stromego wjazdu. Super, że jest prywatny parking.

Die Unterkunft ist im Groben und Ganzen okay für ein paar Tage. Die Lage macht sie sehr attraktiv und wenn man den Ganzen Tag unterwegs ist und sich nicht selber versorgen möchte ist es gut. Dennoch gibt es einige Verbesserungspotenziale und Dinge die man als Gast vorab wissen sollte.
Im Badezimmer riecht es leider extrem unangenehm. Bereits beim einchecken ist uns der Geruch aufgefallen und auch nach dauerhaften Lüften ging der Geruch nicht weg. Auch die Duscharmatur bräuchte dringend eine Erneuerung, da diese bereits an einigen Stellen beschädigt ist und der Wasserdruck sehr gering ist. Die Küche ist zwar groß und verfügt über alle elektrischen Geräte, jedoch könnte auch hier die sehr verbogene Pfanne ausgetauscht werden bzw. noch eine Pfanne und ein paar Töpfe bereitgestellt werden. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es leider einige Hunde, die zu jeder Tageszeit bellen und somit die Nachtruhe stören. Wer lieber weich schläft, hat hier auch weniger Freude, da die Matratze sehr hart war.

Sehr schön eingerichtet, viel Equipment, besonders in der Küche. Schöne große Wohnung für 2 Personen.

Very nice apartment. Fresh and clean. Fully equipped. Good location if you plan to visit different parts of the island by car. Big supermarket just 2 minutes by walk. Private parking in the underground garage is a big plus.
There were some construction works in progress in the condominium complex, so it was a little noisy in the morning. It is not critical though, if you leave early and are absent the whole day.

Gorgeous apartment, perfect place to go back to after a long day out. However unfortunately let down by some unexpected guests… there were ants all over the kitchen which no matter how hard we tried to get rid of, kept coming back - not pleasant! Such a shame as other than this it was a great apartment in a good location.

Die Unterkunft entsprach den Bildern. Durch die zentrale Lage eignet sich die Wohnung hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Bäckerei und Supermarkt auch einige Restaurants und der Strand sind in 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Etwas umständlich war das suchen des Hauses. Das Video und die Bilder konnten zwar gut Aufschluss geben aber die geschickte Maps Stecknadel ist falsch positioniert und hat verwirrt. Ebenfalls etwas lästig ist die Baustelle im Hinterhof, zu der auch das Schlafzimmer gelegen ist. Die Bauarbeiten beginnen pünktlich um 8 Uhr und haben erst um 18 Uhr geendet. Trotzdem konnten wir den Aufenthalt gut genießen.

Wspaniałe miejsce. Idealna lokalizacja na bazę wypadową do zwiedzania Madery. Apartament był bardzo czysty, wszystko przygotowane do użytkowania. Jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony, sprzęt do użytkowania jak w domu. Jasne i precyzyjne instrukcje odnośnie zameldowania i wymeldowania. Na przeciwko obecnie trwa budowa, warto to wiedzieć. Polecam!

We had everything we need in the apartment and the parking garage was really convenient. There are only a few things to mention:
We had ants in the kitchen (they gave us a spray to get rid of them) and the bathroom was a bit smelly. There is also aom construction site next to the building which was quiet loud in the morning.
But we still enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The apartment is really high spec, it’s immaculately clean, spacious and well equipped.
The bed was really comfortable, nice linen, pillows and duvet.

It was difficult to find the place - I feel this is easily rectified by a few more instructions on the listing. After I arrived I found a video of the street on the guest portal.
The view out the front is not great - as building work is taking place.
The back Little terrace looks onto other apartments but it’s quite sweet and gets the sun - so I had food out there.

First we had a hard time finding it. It is super hidden, and though they send you a pin in Maps, it won't drive you exactly there. Had to ask for a phone and call, only to be dropped the same pin. Some photos and detailed explanations of how to get there would be welcomed.
The appartment is nice but quite enclosed and sorrounded by neighbouring balconies. Zero privacy from the living room, which can be seen by many neighbours. The room's only window goes to a building corridor, facing a construction site. It is nice inside, but not very enjoyable for these reasons. Anyway, it was the cheapest one, so guess that could be expected. Still a nice base to visit Madeira, and glad that it had a parking lot.

Logement neuf, très bien équipé a proximité du centre de ribiera brava a pied. Grand appartement, tout le confort nécessaire. un seul bémol la difficulté de trouver l'entrée du logement ( dans une cour interne) de nuit. mais l'hôte a été réactif et a pris notre appel à 22h.
