Traditional Madeiran house, renovated, of three floors, located in the city of Funchal. With backyard, garden, and barbecue.
This renovated traditional Madeiran three-story house is close to the center of Funchal, about 5 minutes by car. It is accessed by stairs, and right on the -1 floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, the kitchen and laundry room, an office, and a living room. Outside you will find a backyard, outdoor shower, and a garden with barbecue where you can prepare your meals outdoors. The ground floor has two bedrooms with double bed, and two private bathrooms with shower. On the 1st floor there is an attic with a spacious living room.
This property has a maximum capacity of 6 people.

Wi-Fi is available in all areas.
AREA
This house is located near the Barreiros Stadium where several soccer matches take place. This property has a great location for those who want to stay close to the city center of Funchal. Nearby you can find the Levada dos Piornais, the Nazaré viewpoint overlooking the center of Funchal, and the Quinta Magnólia Garden. Within a 20-minute walk you can easily reach the lido bathing complex, and within 25 minutes you can walk to the Madeira Casino, Santa Catarina Park, and the center of Funchal where you will find other attractions.
GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property is by transfer. Ask us to arrange one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the cabs you'll find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily find the address.

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

We want you to feel at home. We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.

Hello Erich, Thank you so much for your detailed feedback, it’s really important for us to improve each day. We will take into account the issues you mentioned and fix it as soon as possible. As you can understand, somethings are out of our control, such as the neighbor dog and the insects outside of the property. We disinfect our properties so it won't happen, but if the property is open, it's normal insects to come in. We give always instructions for everything in the property on the guest area which every guest have their own. You will always be welcome at our properties :)
