This property offers three bedrooms, a suite with a double bed, balcony and private bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds. There is also a full bathroom with shower common to all areas. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining area. With a large living room divided into two areas, a living area and a dining area, this accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people, making it ideal for sharing a family vacation or with a group of friends. The living room gives access to a nice balcony equipped with outdoor furniture.
With its simple, modern décor, this property offers all the comfort and practicality needed for a pleasant stay.
The building is on the roadside and close to a public bus stop, bakeries and restaurants.

AREA
This residential area has several commercial spaces. In addition to the cafés, pastry shops and snack bars, there is a mini market and bakery right next to the building, perfect for buying bread for breakfast.
The great advantage of this accommodation is that it is a 7-minute drive from Funchal's city center and relatively close to the expressway that takes you quickly to other locations. Take advantage of your stay to explore the four corners of Madeira Island, but if you choose to stay in Funchal, know that the capital offers countless experiences and activities! On your way to Funchal, visit the emblematic Quinta Magnólia Garden, which has a wonderful play area for children, picnic areas, tennis courts, paddle courts, a restaurant and a café with a fantastic terrace. In the center of Funchal, don't miss the experience of taking a cable car to Monte or the Botanical Gardens, and don't miss places like the CR7 Museum, the Funchal Marina, the Santa Catarina Park or the Baltazar Dias Theatre. There are many other landmarks in this city that can be chosen depending on the time available and the interest of the visitors.
GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

You have access to all areas of the property.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

Cancelation policy
Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. If the reservation is made less than 14 days before check-in, the cancellation is free up to 48 hours after the reservation, up to a maximum of 5 days before check-in.
After that, guests may cancel up to 5 days prior to check-in and receive a refund of the price per night and the cleaning fee, but not of the service fee.

El apartamento está muy bien, mega increíble en los servicios, la atención por parte del huésped es buena, no hay quejas.
Comodidad para entrar y salir, con el garaje para dejar el coche. Amabilidad de los vecinos.
La verdad, que repitiría la zona está muy céntrica en Funchal, 5 minutos del centro de la Ciudad en coche. Y con un par de zonas para desayunar y supermercado local para comprar cualquier cosa básica.

Les seuls défauts ont été l’arrivée (c’était écrit arrivée autonome avec boite à clé, mais finalement nous avons dû attendre que quelqu’un vienne nous ouvrir pour rentrer dans l’appartement) et le fait qu’il n’y avait pas de savons pour les mains dés notre arrivée (nous avons demandé à en avoir mais nous l’avons jamais reçu)
Cependant, nous avons également demandé des produits de ménage et nous les avons reçu le lendemain 😁👍🏻
Finalement, je ne regrette pas du tout d’avoir choisi cet appartement.

Le logement est conforme a la description spacieux, propre, bien placé et bien équipé.
Une seule remarque: Il faut juste que le propriétaire change le matelas IKEA de la chambre du milieu car très inconfortable et bruyant.
Il peut arriver également d'avoir des aboyements de chien toute la nuit, qui ne sont pas du à la clinique vétérinaire d'en face. Sinon bonne isolation entre voisins.
Dans l'ensemble c'est une bonne adresse
