Spacious villa with a classic style and a cosy atmosphere, with three bedrooms, a pleasant garden and barbecue area. Located in a quiet area, just a few minutes from the centre, with fantastic views of the city of Funchal, this house is ideal for holidays on Madeira Island.
Casa do Pinheiro is an elegant villa from the 1980s, located in a safe and quiet area, a 12-minute walk from the famous Mercado dos Lavradores. With three bedrooms and the capacity to accommodate up to six people, this property offers all the amenities for a fantastic holiday in Madeira.
On the first floor are the bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the three bedrooms offers a double bed, private bathroom and a balcony with garden views. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and access to a private balcony with views of Funchal. In the third bedroom you'll find a double bed with a window overlooking the sea.
Moving down to the ground floor, the open-plan living and dining room invites you to socialise and relax, while the large kitchen offers the space and resources needed to create delicious meals. A full guest toilet is conveniently located on this floor, along with a separate laundry room.
In addition to the interior spaces, the villa also offers private access and free parking. Outside, you'll find a garden with aromatic plants and fruit trees, as well as a veranda with a small barbecue overlooking Funchal.
AREA
Property near the historic Rua Conde Carvalhal with its magnificent historic residential mansions, close to the Vila Guida viewpoint. It is a 5-minute walk from the historic old town of Funchal, the Barreirinha area and a 12-minute walk from the centre of Funchal. If you choose to go to the centre of Funchal, take the opportunity to explore the city, visit the Mercado de Lavradores and sample Madeiran cuisine in the typical restaurants. The bus stop in front of the property takes you directly to Monte, the Botanical Gardens and various Levadas. Look out for more information on all kinds of activities you can do during your holiday: cultural activities, radical activities, nature activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island!

The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.

- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
