Spacious modern 2-bedroom flat located in a quiet area in the centre of Funchal. This accommodation offers all the essential comforts for a city holiday in Madeira and can accommodate four people.
Situated in the heart of the city of Funchal, this 2-bedroom flat, with its spacious areas and modern style, stands out for its privileged location and perfect balance between comfort and practicality.
Accommodation with two bedrooms, both with double beds and wardrobes, one with a private bathroom equipped with a bathtub. There is also a guest toilet available with a small shower. The living room, dining room and kitchen (fully equipped and with a small dining area) are distributed in an open-plan format, with a separate laundry area.
This accommodation is perfect for those who want a more urban travelling experience. Being in the heart of the city, surrounded by cultural attractions, shops and leisure options, as well as essential services such as supermarkets, pharmacies and public transport, makes the stay much more convenient.
AREA
Apartment in a building located in the city centre of Funchal. From this building, you can visit the main points of interest in the capital of Madeira Island on foot. It is close to restaurants, the Farmers' Market, Funchal Cathedral, the Municipal Garden, the Municipal Theatre, Funchal Marina, shopping centres, supermarkets, bars and museums.
In the city centre there is plenty of information on all kinds of activities you can do during your holiday: cultural activities, extreme activities, nature activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island!
GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There are bus stops near the flat.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.
INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

My friend and I had a great stay at the flat. The flat looks a lot bigger in person. Many things were within walking distance. The bus stop was for the bus to take to and from the airport was so close. There are so many great restaurant on the street. The grocery was also close by which made it easy for us. I would stay here again when I visit Madeira again.

Superbe logement pour un court comme un long séjour. La cousine est équipé de tout le matériel nécessaire, idem pour la salle de bain (miroir, sèche cheveux, shampoing etc..). On peut y vivre à 4 sans se marcher dessus et Funchal est accessible à pied vu l’emplacement centrale de l’appartement. Tout petit bémol pour le bruit dans la rue avec quand même pas mal de passage, mais ça malheureusement les propriétaires n’y peuvent rien. Je recommande fortement.

La posizione, le dotazioni della cucina, il soggiorno.
Nelle camere spazi troppo limitati ed assenza di punti d'appoggio e appendiabiti a parete, assenza di comodino da un lato, il materasso della camera con bagno è da sostituire (rumoroso, scomodo e con molle rotte).
Bagni troppo piccoli e con problemi idraulici (box doccia del bagno piccolo instabile e lavandino che si ottura, perdite di acqua, rubinetto rotto).
Mancanza di kit di accoglienza (acqua,....)
Mancanza di detersivi e generi di prima necessità (sale, zucchero,...).
Pulizia infrasettimanale scarsa, solo cambio
biancheria e pulizia bagno.
Parcheggio molto problematico, sarebbe opportuno riservare un posto auto a pagamento in zona.
Molto rumoroso con finestre aperte.

The place has a good location, the host was friendly and was responding any time. It’s a quiet place and clean. The hot water didn’t work most of times. The shampoo and the soap that was listened in the description weren’t in the apartament. The switches had problems and one in the living melted and burned my iphone charger . The sinks in the bathrooms were clogged and in the kitchen sink the water went from one part to other and had problems with drainage. The wifi had problems not connecting even though we were 4 persons.
