This beautiful house is located 15 minutes by car from the center of Calheta, more precisely in the upper area of the municipality, where the stunning sea view and beautiful sunshine delight our visitors. The view of the vast ocean, together with the swimming pool, give character and personality to this pleasant cottage, which offers: two bedrooms (one with a double bed, another with twin beds), two bathrooms, a living room with plenty of natural light and access to the balcony, a mezzanine, and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition to the outdoor pool, you can enjoy leisure time playing ping-pong or improving your darts skills. To gather friends or family, the house has a barbecue area, perfect for your favorite dishes. In this area of the island, you will find various activities, from guided walks to diving in the crystal-clear waters of Calheta. The property has all necessary amenities, including private parking inside the property. AREA Situated in the west, this house is in the most sun exposed area of Madeira Island. About 15 minutes drive away is the center of Calheta where you will find the yellow sand beach, several restaurants and a supermarket. Calheta has the Museum of Contemporary Art, a fantastic architectural masterpiece. Jardim do Mar and Paúl do Mar are a 20-minute drive away. These two small villages offer beach, animation and a very own beauty. Nearby, you will find small bars/restaurants and grocery stores. PROPERTY RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper with this or any other equipment installed on the property. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes. Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night (from 13 years old), up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person, per stay). The payment link will be sent prior to arrival.
