Close to the sea and promenade, this property is perfect to relax after intense days of discovering the charms of our island. With two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, and a pleasantly decorated living room, this property has a maximum capacity of four people. From the living room or the balcony you have a beautiful view of the blue Atlantic Ocean. The apartment is fully equipped with all amenities and has a free parking space. AREA Situated in one of the most prestigious tourist areas of Funchal, this apartment is close to a pleasant promenade, beaches, supermarkets, pharmacies, stores and the shopping center Forum Madeira, which has several international brands and movie theaters. Nearby there are several bars and restaurants where you can delight yourself with our gastronomy or with international cuisine. Besides the closest options, you can also go to Funchal city center (five minutes by car) where you will find a larger variety of restaurants. Praia Formosa beach is about two kilometers away from the apartment, perfect for swimming and sunbathing on the pebble and black sand. PROPERTY RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes. Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival. Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability. Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge. By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions. OTHER NOTES All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
