Une superbe maison de vacances dans un endroit calme et paisible, avec piscine extérieure et barbecue.

Le calme, la vue et la piscine sont autant de raisons de passer des vacances en connexion directe avec la campagne.
Située sur un terrain avec deux maisons jumelles, cette propriété offre confort et bien-être pour vous et vos compagnons. Avec trois chambres à coucher : deux avec un lit double et une avec deux lits simples, la maison a une capacité maximale de 8 personnes, grâce au canapé-lit double disponible dans le salon.
La pièce est grande et a été décorée en détail, en pensant à la fonctionnalité et au confort des invités.
La cuisine, en mode open space, dispose de tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour préparer vos repas.
A l'extérieur, c'est la "cerise sur le gâteau" : une fantastique piscine située dans une grande pelouse où vous passerez certainement vos journées avec plaisir et bonheur.
Un espace comme celui-ci appelle à de longs déjeuners et des barbecues en famille ou entre amis. Vous pouvez faire vos barbecues quotidiens dans l'excellent espace intérieur, conçu pour les amateurs de bonnes grillades !
Si vous louez une voiture, vous pouvez vous garer à l'intérieur de la propriété.

VUE D'ENSEMBLE DU QUARTIER
Cette propriété est située à l'ouest de l'île de Madère, dans la paroisse de Ponta do Pargo, municipalité de Calheta. Étant dans une zone plus isolée, vous ne trouverez aucun type de commerce à proximité de la propriété.
À 40 minutes en voiture se trouvent les célèbres piscines de Porto Moniz. Dans les environs, vous pouvez visiter le phare de Ponta do Pargo, qui se trouve à 8 minutes en voiture.
Dans la région de Prazeres, vous trouverez un marché et des restaurants.
Dans la municipalité de Calheta, vous pouvez visiter le musée installé dans la "Casa das Mudas" ou faire un plongeon dans la plage de sable, en plein centre du village. Vous y trouverez un supermarché de taille moyenne et plusieurs restaurants servant une cuisine régionale et internationale.

La meilleure option pour se rendre à la propriété est le transfert. Demandez-nous d'en organiser un avec nos partenaires locaux. C'est moins cher que les taxis que vous trouverez à l'aéroport. Si vous louez une voiture, n'importe quelle application de navigation vous permettra de trouver facilement l'adresse.

Veuillez noter qu'une taxe touristique sera facturée à toutes les personnes qui passent la nuit dans la municipalité de Calheta. Ainsi, tous les clients séjournant dans des stations touristiques et/ou des établissements d'hébergement, âgés de 13 ans ou plus, devront payer 2,00 € par personne/nuit, jusqu'à un maximum de 7 nuits et un maximum de 14,00 € par personne/séjour. Lors de votre arrivée, vous recevrez un lien pour payer cette taxe municipale.

Die ruhige Lage, Sonnenuntergänge, Regenbogen und der Pool
Die Lage der Schlüsselbox hat sich geändert, wurde aber in der App noch nicht aktualisiert. Wir haben deshalb etwas gebraucht, um die Adresse im Navigationssystem mit den Fotos vom Eingang in Einklang zu bringen. Bis zum Eingang auf den Fotos kam man nicht, sondern nur bis zu einem neu eingerichteten verschlossenem Tor. Wir wussten nicht, ob das Tor zu unserem Objekt gehört und sind wieder umgekehrt. Ein Anruf beim Vermieter hat dann aber schnell für Abhilfe gesorgt. Glücklicherweise kamen wir bei Tageslicht an. Am Abend wäre die Orientierung durch die nicht aktualisierten Angaben schwieriger.

It was absolutely amazing place. I have no idea why, but we expected it to be an apartment, however it is the whole house. Also you get the picturesque view, beautiful terrace, and your private parking lot. We changed 3 places to stay during our stay on Madeira. This one was the best!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house had everything that we needed. Our kids loved the pool. There are sun chairs and an outside table. If needed they provide a highchair and a baby bed as well.
The house was spacious and clean. You can see some minor scratches here and there but overall we liked being there a lot. The area is quiet and it makes it so relaxing. There are very good tea and cafes nearby.
The parking is a bit difficult if you have a bigger car and if there are staying guests in the house next to you.

We stayed at the villa for 10 days and had a wonderful holiday. The place was spotlessly clean and was cleaned half way through our stay as well. The kids really enjoyed the pool and we had some amazing views of the sunset from the villa. We had plenty of towels and dishwasher tablets/ laundry detergent were provided as well.
The road up to the villa is quite steep but that is the case for the whole of the island not just here.
Overall a lovely location to spend our holiday.

We spent one week (honeymoon vacation) here. Parking space inside the gate was a bit narrow and requires attention everytime driving inside to avoid crhaches (also under the car). Trash was easy to find near the house but glass, plastic and cardboard recycling instructions were not clear enough and we ended up throwing all in trash. Kitchen oven was not working and was not fixed during the week. However these were quite small things and all in all we had a very nice stay and holiday. I would totally recommend the place to everyone who are looking for a relaxing and peaceful and luxurious place to stay.

The house itself is great, the location is very peaceful, you can go hiking right out the front door, well stocked with all you need.
We had bad weather most of the time, so we did not get to enjoy the pool, outdoor space or views, it was cloudy the whole time.
The location is far from everything which is good for peace and quiet but not necessary for exploring the island.
The driveway is tight to get in and out and should noted. We had a ford focus wagon and it was not the easiest to get in and out.

We stayed in this accommodation for 10 days: a very pleasant and large holiday house located in a quiet area near Ponta do Pargo. The house is very well equipped and has a beautiful view on the sea.

Our Christmas stay at this villa was very disappointing, I want to share some honest feedback

- Hot Water Limitation: There was no prior mention of limited hot water (300L) for the entire household. Despite trying to save, we ran out of hot water after just 4 short showers (10-15 min each but we were a group of 8). The reheat took hours. The host's response was indifferent: "If a guest takes a 1-hour shower, others won't have hot water." He then totally ignored our messages regarding this matter after the 72-hour AirCover period. we had to book additional accommodation to ensure each of us could have a hot water shower.
- Noise Issue: We were disturbed by machinery noise during the night.
- Heating Problems: The air conditioner is too small to heat second-floor rooms, making them uncomfortably cold .
- Hairs in the shower
- The WIFI signal is weak to no on second floor.

+ The villa's exterior looks fairly new and matches the provided photos.
+ Other communication was smooth

We're sad to hear that you didn't had a great time.
As we understood and Airbnb gave us the reason, 1st of all, this reservation was for 7 persons and not 8, right there is already putting something wrong on the reservation.
We see this as a revenge review since the guest was asking money even before making the reservation and after completing the reservation started all days with "some problems" which our team went to the property several times to check it.

Pre info. My review reflects my experiences as a Finnish person.
+Pool was advertised to be cold. Was not. I swim in openings of icy lakes.
+The location is about 3-4 degrees colder than Funchal/Calheta. It is a plus if you don't want to be too hot.
+Is peaceful and quiet. No neighbors or street noise.
+Host (Dmitry) fixed everything he could very quickly. He was 6/5.

-Ant problem got worse every day. Ant smelled honey, candy, etc in hours if not properly stored in closed containers.
-Not enough detailed instructions and info concerning the apartment.
For example; 1) the location of trash drop-off. Maps pin? 2) How to use fireplace grill (mainly don't use cooker hood while door between grill room and the kitchen is open. Or keep the door closed if both are used at the same time. Otherwise smoke is sucked into the house) etc.
-While tableware was very extensive, pans were totally destroyed, and missed steak knives. Host fixed these.
I really wanted to give 5/5. But can't due Ants

La maison était conforme au descriptif, parfaite. J'ai réservé à 18h30, airBNB m'a indiqué que la maison serait disponible à 19h, elle le fut qu'à 21H30. En soit, pas très grave mais j'attendais un dédommagement financier que j'ai demandé mais que je n'ai pas eu. Sachant que c'était ma seconde location auprès d'eux en 10 jours avec aussi un petit couac sur la première, ce sont de très bons financiers mais pas du tout commerçants. Je ne repasserai plus par eux pour louer à Madère. Christophe ténet

Nous avons loué les 2 villas pour une durée de 10 jours, le logement est de grande qualité, très bien équipée, emplacement calme avec une superbe vue sur le couché de soleil pas de vis à vis.
Les contacts avec l’agence de location sont parfait
Point ultra positif le ménage est compris.
Par contre il est impératif d’avoir un moyen de transport

Die Unterkunft entspricht den Fotos und der Gastgeber war zu jederzeit erreichbar und hatte hilfreiche Tipps. die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb, man benötigt definitiv einen Mietwagen. sehr ruhig gelegen mit 3-4 Restaurants umgeben. wir sind super zufrieden und hatten enen tollen Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten 12 schöne Tage in diesem Haus. Alles in allem hat alles nahezu perfekt gepasst. Zwei Sachen sind anzumerken und sicherlich Geschmackssache: Das Haus liegt auf 700 Höhenmeter, war mir vorher nicht so richtig bewusst war. Wir waren im Okt/Nov dort und das Haus war immer von Wolken umhüllt. Im Esszimmer gab es einen Kamin/offenen Grill/Ofen. Das fanden wir voll toll, nur leider roch es die ganze Zeit nach Feuer in diesem Raum.

Das Haus ist toll. Es ist sehr realitätsnah beschrieben. An sich haben wir alles vorgefunden, was wir brauchten. Es war sehr sauber, alles genügend für eine 6köpfige Familie vorhanden, die Kommunikation mit der Agentur tadellos.
Was man wissen muss: Das Haus liegt auf 700 Höhenmeter. Es gibt einen Essbereich, der mit einem offenen Kamin/Grill ausgestattet ist. Leider riecht ist dort immer nach "Feuer/Grill".

What a lovely Villa. Full facilities with modern cooker (induction) , bbq , fantastic showers, very comfortable, ac, all mod cons. The swimming oil was not heated so a little cool for oct. The location is great but on a steep hill so difficult for car . Parking spot a little tight. Loved the place and they were very alert to fixing any minor issues. Delighted with response. Very very comfortable stay. We are retired and as it’s on a hill so we could not all go for walks . I did as I am fitted. Great Villa. Would recommend to all who are fit

Insgesamt schönes Ferienhaus mit großen Grundstück (inkl. Pool und Grillmöglichkeit).
Zufahrt kompliziert, da das Privatgelände nur mit Sender zu öffnen war. Parkplätze vorhanden, jedoch sehr eng.
Wir hatten im gesamten Erdgeschoss ein immer größer werdendes Problem mit Ameisen, das sich auch durch konsequentes Wegbringen des Mülls nicht lösen lässt. Möglichkeiten zur Entsorgung des Mülls im Übrigen ca. 400 m (steil bergab) entfernt.

Une superbe villa décorée avec goût, très bien aménagée et très propre.
Toute équipée avec serviette, sèche cheveux, gel douche, produit vaisselle et lave linge, lave vaisselle.
Magnifique vue sur l'océan avec une beau jardin et la piscine privée !
Tout est sécurisé.
L'accès est facile avec le GPS
Le lieu est bien aussi car au milieu entre Calheta et Porto Moniz et de nombreuses randonnées le long des Levadas.
Très bonne communication avec l'hôte.

We had a great time in madeira because we could see all the beautiful things in a really short time from our house. We had an hour to the northside of madeira and an hour to the east side. The location is great.
It was a little bit cold at the beginning in the house but after we turned on the air conditioning it began to heat.

Rented this house for a month (with 3 adults) and wished we could extend for another month. It's an exceptionally comfortable house with spacious bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. While we were here in February, the weather fluctuated from cool to warm and we kept the inside temperature consistent, thanks to the heater/AC combo unit in the living room. The WiFi let us all work remotely without any issues. We rented a car for our entire stay on Madeira and parked it behind the house while we lived here. Having a car for this location is strongly recommended as it would be difficult to get groceries and essentials otherwise (the nearest supermarket - Pingo Doce - is a 20 minute drive).

Overall we had a great stay! The kitchen/living room layout is spacious, the kitchen well equipped and the bedrooms are good sized.
The garden is also nice. Unfortunately the neighbor’s trees cover the sunset view. But still a lovely view and quiet surroundings.
The place is situated close to a beautiful levada hike and walking distance to a few restaurants. Still good to rent a car for grocery shopping and excursions.
Only issue was that we didn’t get the pool heated, despite emailing a few days in advance, asking when checking in and then asking again over phone. This meant we didn’t use the swimming pool and our daughter was quite disappointed.

A wonderful house with lots of space, in a dreamlike and quiet location. The levada not far away. Great view from the pool, modern and new facility. Structurally in good condition, well equipped kitchen with extra grill and dining room in the "winter garden". We enjoyed our stay very much. Service and help from the agency were perfect.

Foi uma boa estada e a piscina é excelente. Não havia era talheres suficientes para 8 pessoas (apenas 6). Tb copos de vidro para água/sumo/vinho não eram suficientes (para 8 pessoas) e algumas canecas seriam úteis. Houve alguma confusão com a entrega da chave no fim, mas de resto foi bom.
