Appartement bien situé, vue sur la mer et la montagne, accès facile aux plages.
Avec une bonne lumière naturelle, ce bel appartement simple et fonctionnel répond bien aux exigences de ceux qui aiment la modernité et le confort.
La propriété est insérée dans un immeuble récent et située dans le Piornais, un quartier d'excellence, qui a l'avantage d'être calme et proche de la zone touristique de Funchal. Il dispose d'une cuisine, de deux salles de bains, de deux chambres et d'un salon avec accès au balcon, où vous pourrez vous détendre et contempler les différentes couleurs du ciel en fin d'après-midi.
Dans la partie commune de l'immeuble, vous trouverez une piscine partagée par la copropriété, où vous pourrez vous baigner et prendre le soleil en compagnie de vos amis et de votre famille. Pour ceux qui aiment faire de l'exercice, l'immeuble dispose d'une salle de sport bien équipée.
De style contemporain et à la décoration minimaliste, la propriété a une capacité maximale de quatre personnes et est entièrement équipée de toutes les installations et commodités pour des vacances reposantes en famille ou entre amis.
L'appartement dispose d'une place de parking dans le garage de l'immeuble.
AREA
Situé dans un endroit où il est facile d'accéder à plusieurs restaurants. Il y a un café, un magasin de fruits et une boulangerie à 500 mètres. Le centre commercial le plus proche est à 2 minutes en voiture ou 15 minutes à pied de l'appartement.
La plage de Praia Formosa se trouve à 4 minutes en voiture ou à 15 minutes à pied. Si vous préférez vous baigner dans les piscines naturelles de Doca do Cavacas, sachez que vous êtes à 18 minutes à pied ou à 4 minutes en voiture.
Vous êtes également à quelques minutes à pied du jardin public Amparo, un parc de loisirs pour adultes et enfants.
SE RENDRE DANS L'APPARTEMENT
La meilleure option pour se rendre à l'appartement est le transfert. Demandez-nous d'en réserver un auprès de nos partenaires locaux. Il est moins cher que les taxis que vous trouverez à l'aéroport.
Si vous louez une voiture, n'importe quelle application de navigation peut facilement trouver l'adresse.
Pour se rendre au centre de Funchal, il y a des arrêts de bus à proximité.

ATTENTION
Veuillez noter qu'une taxe touristique sera facturée à toutes les personnes qui passent la nuit dans la municipalité de Funchal. Ainsi, tous les clients séjournant dans des stations touristiques et/ou des établissements d'hébergement, âgés de 13 ans ou plus, devront payer 2,00 € par personne/nuit, jusqu'à un maximum de 7 nuits et un maximum de 14,00 € par personne/séjour. Mid stay there was a cleaning service which was a very pleasant surprise :)
Everything you wish to have during your stay was there, highly recommend!
Would love some more towels to be left in the apartment as there's also the pool and the beach so having one extra set would be helpful but it's a minor thing!

na minus - parking - bardzo mało miejsca do wykonywania manewrów - warto mieć czujniki z przodu i z tyłu; alternatywa jest bezpłatny parking na zewnątrz wzdłuż ulicy - dlatego zrezygnowaliśmy z parkingu podziemnego i codziennie parkowaliśmy na zewnątrz

There were some ants in the apartment, especially in one of the bathrooms, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, some of the furniture, such as drawers, was broken, which could use attention.

Alguma falta de utensílios de cozinha que para família com crianças fazem falta. Além disso sempre que se ligava uma torneira ou a luz da casa de banho era horrível o barulho que os canos faziam pela casa. De noite o barulho era mesmo desconfortável, e tínhamos que ir às escuras ao quarto de banho com uma criança a dormir.

We ended up leaving because we felt it was very unfair that this unit was being rented as usual. The host offered a 20% discount but it wasnt worth sacrificing our holiday for. We did ask the host to cancel our booking and refund us, they refused and we had to go through airbnb. All and all it was a headache and I wouldn’t recommend the host. They also wanted to communicate outside Airbnb.
If you do choose to stay here the apartment is nice. It’s large, in a good location with comfortable furnishings and I can see how others have enjoyed it.

Cały czas był problem z kluczykiem do garaży podziemnego, więc nie mogliśmy z niego korzystać. Dodatkowo mieliśmy mrówki w mieszkaniu.

Le check-in était prévu à 16h mais à 16h l’appartement n’était pas prêt. Nous avons dû attendre plus de 1h30 pour que l’appartement soit nettoyer avant que nous puissions y avoir accès. Nous n’avons reçu aucune excuse ou compensation et ce malgré nos messages concernant ce non respect du contrat qui annonçait un check-in pour 16h. A ce jour l’hôte a ignoré ce sujet alors que la Residence se veut de standing.
Manque d’entretien sur le mobilier.
Le parking a le mérite d’exister même si les manœuvres pour y accéder sont serrées, nous avons finalement parquer sans la rue ou le stationnement était gratuit.

Edina stvar v katero je potrebno investirati je klima. Trenutno se “hladis” lahko samo z ventilatorji, kar pa je bilo v dneh nasega bivanja, ko je bilo tudi cez 30 stopinj premalo.

The road in front of the building is very noisy, we can hear the traffic early in the morning in the room situated on that side. The back room was very quiet. There is a construction behind the building but that noise didn't bother us. However, it brought a lot of dust into the apartment.
Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice and comfortable balcony.
Very good bakeries and restaurants nearby (especially the Italian Pizzeria Lume).
Shopping center, pharmacies, Praia Formosa beach close to the apartment.
We had a car but there is a bus station in front of the building.
Well equipped kitchen, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and everything for cleaning. The water heater in the kitchen was very noisy but only when we opened the hot water.
The apartment is nice and comfortable but the cleanliness wasn't spotless (coach, bathrooms, bedsheets, windows).

Einzig der Baulärm in der gesamten Gegend war zeitweise sehr laut. Aber auch der Verkehr war sehr laut und Kahm in der Season kaum zur Ruhe auch spät in der Nacht.
Insgesamt war es eine schöne Zeit.

We also enjoyed the pool area, which was very welcomed on hot days or when returning from a long day out exploring.
The apartment is situated a bit out from the main town. This was good for us as we did not want to be caught up in the hustle and bustle of the main town or tourist area. There was a good bus service to and from the city centre at the end of the hill. We also discovered some very good local bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment is also situated about 10 minutes walking distance from the popular 'Forum' shopping centre containing many clothing and food shops as well as various restaurants and cafes. There is also a lovely swimming area near the Forum shopping area. It is very attractive being sea water and created around the rocks.
Booking the apartment with, 'An Island Apart' was very easy and trouble free. The personnel are very efficient and friendly. We were especially grateful to them, as on the day of departure, we had a late flight back to London and they arranged a late check out and also a taxi to the airport.
I would definitely book this apartment again, however, it may not be suitable for those who finding walking uphill difficult. There is also a busy road outside and a building site nearby, however this won't be there for ever.
