Le Lido View Calla est un appartement d'une chambre à coucher, d'une capacité maximale de 4 personnes, situé dans l'un des centres les plus touristiques de Funchal, à quelques minutes de marche des plages de toute la zone côtière de la ville.
La propriété a une décoration inspirée par le surf, la plage et la mer. La chambre à coucher est équipée d'un système de climatisation, de deux lits et d'un espace de travail, révélant un environnement paisible, grâce à des tons doux et harmonieux. Le salon est spacieux et définit deux espaces distincts, l'un destiné aux repas et l'autre à un coin salon, avec deux canapés qui font lit. La salle de bains est équipée d'une baignoire et est commune à tous les espaces. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et dispose d'un petit coin repas.

Un parking privé est disponible.
Une connexion Wi-Fi est disponible dans toutes les zones de l'appartement.

AREA
La propriété est située dans l'une des zones les plus touristiques de la ville. Il se trouve à quelques minutes de marche des jardins, des plages et de plusieurs services tels que les supermarchés, les restaurants, les bars, les pharmacies, les coiffeurs, les CTT et les centres commerciaux. Pour les amateurs de plage, il existe différentes options gratuites et payantes à proximité de la propriété.
Si vous choisissez d'explorer le centre-ville, vous trouverez de nombreuses informations sur les activités et les attractions touristiques à visiter, à la fois à Funchal et dans les différents endroits de l'île de Madère.

- Tous les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. Nous pouvons également fournir un lit pour bébé, une chaise haute et une baignoire pour bébé si nécessaire, mais vous devez en faire la demande. Il y a une trousse de premiers secours, des extincteurs et une couverture anti-feu dans la propriété.

ATTENTION
Veuillez noter qu'une taxe touristique sera facturée à toutes les personnes qui passent la nuit dans la municipalité de Funchal. Ainsi, tous les clients séjournant dans des stations touristiques et/ou des établissements d'hébergement, âgés de 13 ans ou plus, devront payer 2,00 € par personne/nuit, jusqu'à un maximum de 7 nuits et un maximum de 14,00 € par personne/séjour. À votre arrivée, vous recevrez un lien pour payer cette taxe municipale.

Die Lage war direkt im Geschehen, nah an Restaurants und den großen Hotelanlagen. Darüber war ein Restaurant, was jeden Abend dieselbe ABBA- Playlist gespielt hat (wer ABBA nicht mag, wird es schnell leid). Die Ausstattung in der Küche war gut, sodass es gut möglich war sich selbst zu versorgen. Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem (eher etwas härter). Der Preis war mit unter 100€ pro Nacht für 2 Personen in Ordnung.
Die Tiefgarage hat eine sehr steile Zufahrt, wir sind mit einem Audi gut hoch- und runter gekommen.
Leider waren wir von den Möbeln im Apartment etwas enttäuscht, nach dem Motto mehr Schein als sein. Es ist zwar alles recht modern, aber doch schon etwas angegrabbelt/ Makken im Tisch/ Badezimmer sieht etwas oll aus (Fugen dunkel gefärbt). Die Sofas waren sehr hart zum drauf sitzen (schlafen würde ich da nicht drauf). In der Küche stand die Mikrowelle an einem Platz wo man sie gar nicht verwenden konnte, weil dort keine Steckdose war. Die Küchenschränke waren alle dreckig (schmierig an den Griffen), auf den Bettlaken waren Flecken und Haare. Wir haben uns dann bezüglich der Betten beschwert und haben direkt neue Laken bekommen.
Da wir 9 Nächte dort waren, wurde die Wohnung zwischendurch neu gereinigt (etwas unglücklich dass es schon nach 2 Nächten war und nicht in der Mitte des Aufenthalts).
Das größte Manko war, dass keine Klimaanlage vorhanden war und es im Oktober immernoch gute 25Grad waren. Leider hielt sich die Hitze im Schlafzimmer hartnäckig und wir haben teilweise sehr schlecht deswegen geschlafen (Fenster öffnen war aufgrund der viel befahrenen Straße vor der Tür nicht möglich).

Logement très propre, proche de toutes commodités décoré avec goût ! Lits de la chambre très confortable, un peu moins pour les futons du salon. Mais linge de maison impeccable. Cuisine très bien équipée.
Proximité visuel avec les appartements voisins, vue sur les terrasses et route bruyante même si le double vitrage est très efficace et les voisins discrets. Attention l'été, ventilateurs mais nécessiteraient ma climatisation.

In dit appartement hebben we onze vakantie afgesloten. Heeft alles wat je nodig hebt (goed uitgeruste keuken, badkamer, goede bedden,...). Enige puntje is dat het gelegen is onder een restaurant en we (voornamelijk doorheen de dag) soms wat lawaai hadden van verschuivende stoelen en dergelijke. In de vroege avond hoor je de muziek spelen. Echter zetten ze deze op tijd af waardoor je er niet door gestoord wordt als je wil gaan slapen. Voor de rest zeker aan te raden!

Bardzo komfortowy proces odbioru i pozostawienia kluczy.Swietna lokalizacja blisko sklepów spożywczych, restauracji, 30 minut piechotą do centrum Funchal.Czysto, spokojnie, cicho.Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, dostępna pralka.Parking podziemny, trudny wjazd ale do pokonania.
Małe ciśnienie wody w łazience .W sypialni materace miękkie i komfortowe ale w salonie łóżka rozkładane twarde, z nierówna powierzchnią. Myślę,że koniecznie trzeba je wymienić na inne, bo przez ten mankament zaciera się dobre wrażenie.

Большая чистая квартира, терасса, на кухне естт все необходимое, стиральная машинка и порошок, самостоятельное размещение это все плюсы!
Очень много нюансов, кровать двойная, и ночью чуть расходится, над номером ресторан, и до 11 ночи там двигали столы стулья было шумно, паркинг, несомненно это плюс что он есть, но… он просто ооочень узкий, мы были на внедорожнике, и пока мы выехали оттуда по резкому круговому подъему муж посидел, учтите что туда только на небольшой машине с хорошим опытом вождения! У нас был уникальный случай, это отсутствие газа и теплой воды, так как предыдущие жильцы отключили перед отъездом, винить хозяина не могу, но когда убирали разве этого не заметили( по итогу мы добирались на остров сутки и не смогли даже покупаться и приготовить еду!

Prysznic wymaga remontu.

Pleasant and spacious apartment is in a good location, close to the coast, bars and shops. The price also includes a parking space in the building's garage.
It was quite hot during our stay, so we missed the air conditioning. There are only portable fans in the apartment, but they cannot replace an air conditioner. The extra beds in the living room are quite uncomfortable and not suitable for adults. Access to the garage is very narrow and winding, suitable only for smaller vehicles. The actual location of the apartment is 200m down the road from the location shown by Google.

Regarding the problems you mentioned, the lack of air conditioning is something that the property description mentions in the adverts. You can always book properties under our management that are equipped with air conditioning. Regarding the bed in the living room, it's originally a sofa that has a bed option, so the quality is inferior than original bed. Access to the garage is actually a planning/construction problem of the building over which we have no control. Google maps doesn't allow us to provide a more exact location. It's a pity.

La ubicación es muy buena con fácil acceso al centro en bus,taxi, actividades y zona de piscinas.
El sofá-cama del salón es extremadamente incómodo. A pesar de saber que no están cómodo coló una cama, es demasiado incómodo y es difícil poder descansar. La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena,pero también es ruidoso por la noche si tienes la ventana abierta.

Place was nice for 2, for 3-4 not so much, sofa is rock solid. I'm not spoiled person, but that was rock solid and specially after rough day of mountain biking I hoped to get some rest. I was not rested the next day at all. Bring your own mattress.

Nice, clean apartment, very comfortable. Good localizaction, near markets, cafes and restaurants. Good contact with host. Easy self check-in.
Underground parking is problematic. Exit from the parking is narrow, slippery and has steep driveaway so mamy cars was unable to leave it safety. It was very stresfull for us.

The place was nice and close to freeride madeira, would recommand for 2 people.
That they have only 2 beds, the couch was HORRIBLE.. its impossible to sleep on it, If somebody would ask me to recommand this one? I would say NO, if you're 3 or more people becuase you're going to have a restless night.

The garbage picking of glass at 23:00 was horrible. The smell of the restaurant under the apartmant was kind of annoying, if we had AC that would solve the issue, but since no AC we had to have open windows.

The apartmant has smell, it needs more cleaning.

The location of the Apartment is great, it is close to supermarkets, restaurants, bus station and taxi station. You can do a 30 minutes walk to the city center. It is equipped with everything we needed for our trip.
The bathroom needs a little refurbish.

I was so pleasantly surprised. Right from the start you get access to the platform with all the necessary information about the place and area. you also get a code to the key, the check in is smooth. you also have a contact to the owner so you can be in touch in case of any need. The apartment is clean and spacious. there is also a cleaning service after a week. everything is new (the mattress) and the kitchen is well equipped. Everything is truly perfect, the apartment is located closely to the restaurants, shops, the bus stop, beach.
the view from the balcony could be better but I guess it would cost much more and I couldn’t afford it then ;)

An absolutely outstanding experience. The apartment "U" on the 2nd floor that we stayed at is exceptionally well-kept and clean, and features an exhaustive set of all possible household items and appliances that one may ever need, including a microwave, a toaster, a blender, a washing machine, and a full set of kitchenware and cooking utensils, to name a few. The rooms are spacious and full of light, with the windows facing west.

The nearest bus stop is just 100 meters away, and there are two grocery stores nearby: a small Spar in the house next door, and a much more versatile Pingo Doce up the hill.

Upon booking the apartment, you'll receive a unique link that will contain all the necessary info for your stay, and that you can also use for communicating with the host, which is a company, meaning that, most probably, you'll never meet them in person. You'll have to pick the first set of keys up from the code-locked box next to the outside door, and you will find the second set inside the apartment. There is an elevator in the block, despite it having 3 floors only. The apartment also has an assigned parking spot in the garage on the underground floor (note that the garage entrance is a bit too steep, so be really careful while driving in and out).

Please note that during your stay (and probably depending on the length of it, which was 8 days in our case), an intermediate cleaning may be performed that you'll be notified of one day in advance.

Six thumbs up, two per each of us! Will definitely return here if we visit Madeira again.

And don't forget to take a 5-minute walk down to the sea to greet the rising sun in the mornings.
Absolutely nothing. Please note that right above the apartment, there is an Indian restaurant that may produce some noise in the evenings when they rearrange the furniture (no noise from the customers whatsoever), although they fully respect the law and cut off before 10 PM.

situation géographique commodité autour de l’établissement . Lit dans la chambre très confortable. parking privatif. appartement pour une semaine très spacieux .
une douche serait préférable à une baignoire ça glisse donc dangereux pour des personnes de la soixantaine.Les deux lits pliant pas très confortable pour des personnes de plus de 16 ans . Appartement du dessous propriétaire ou locataire ?? le chien la première nuit à hurlé toute les heures sur la terrasse solution j’ai hurlé très fort le lendemain soir à 22heures sur la terrasse et le problème était réglé alors n’hésitez pas .

Die Unterkunft ist sehr süss eingerichtet, sauber und hat einen guten Standort. Für zwei Personen ideal. Leider sind die Sofabetten sehr unbequem, daher würde ich die Unterkunft nid für mehr als zwei Personen empfehlen. Die Garage ist sehr steil mit einer Kurve, daher sehr schwirig zum rausfahren. Es hat aber auf der anderen Strassenseite auch noch Parkplätze, welche man nutzen kann.

La colazione non s'è proprio vista. Ci sarebbe stata solo la possibilità di accedere a questa ed ad altri servizi ma non erano utilizzabili le carte di credito italiane (per lo meno non le nostre).

La posizione discreta. Il quartiere Lido di Funchal è ottimo, e l'edificio che ospita la casa vacanze sta proprio di fronte ad alberghi importanti, il più vicino il Melià Madeira Mare (Resort & Spa) * * * * *. Unico problema è che nello stesso edificio ci sono ben tre ristoranti, e altri due adiacenti. Dunque il problema dell'odore dalla cucine era una costante specialmente la sera. L'affaccio dell'appartamento non è vista mare, ma verso l'edificio accanto. Però tranquillo e senza rischio di troppi sguardi indiscreti.
I proprietari o i gestori dell'appartamento non si sono mai manifestati tutta la settimana. E per fortuna avevamo stampato la e-mail del check in altrimenti non avremmo neppure avuto la possibilità di entrare l'appartamento il sabato sera quando siamo arrivati! A telefono non rispondeva comunque nessuno e anche ad una e-mail in cui avevamo chiesto una macchinetta tipo moka per il caffé di tipo italiano hanno risposto solo il giorno del nostro check out, ormai passata tutta la settimana. Per le chiavi si doveva specificare meglio che SENZA IL CODICE D'ACCESSO ALLA CASSETTA DELLE CHIAVI (NECESSARIAMENTE DA STAMPARE INSIEME ALLE ISTRUZIONI) NON SI PUO' OTTENERLE, E CHE SI RISCHIA NON CI SIA NESSUNA PERSONA DI ASSISTENZA REPERIBILE QUANDO SI ARRIVA.

The check-in process was not well handled as the agent we were in contact with stopped responding, so we had no confirmation on the airport transfer nor any check-in instructions. Luckily we contacted An Island Apart directly and another agent provided the necessary information.

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida settimana a Madeira, consiglierei sicuramente di soggiornare in questo curatissimo appartamento dove sono presenti tutti i servizi (compreso anche un comodo parcheggio sotterraneo) e l’ambiente è ben arredato. Se dovessi fare una piccola critica è forse la comodità del divano letto che non equipara il letto della stanza padronale. Detto ciò l’appartamento gode anche di ottima posizione, da provare se venite a Funchal!

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura per una settimana. L’appartamento è curato in ogni dettaglio, fornito di tutti i servizi (tra cui un parcheggio riservato) ed in un’ottima posizione! Lo consiglio sicuramente a chiunque voglia visitare la bellissima Madeira.
Unica cosa che migliorerei è il divano letto che a livello di comodità non equipara la camera da letto.

The apartment is really well located with a bus stop 1min away and close to the beaches. It’s a nice place, the host provides everything. However during summer it gets really hot inside and the “AC” is just two fans that don’t do that much. The sofas that turn into beds are really uncomfortable. A small child would probably sleep just fine but for an adult it’s horrible. However, the beds in the bedroom are great and very comfortable. Overall it’s the perfect apartment for 2 people that would want to enjoy Funchal, especially that zone.

Insgesamt sehr sauberes und modernes Apartment, mit kleinem Balkon. Die Lage ist ausgesprochen gut, nah zum Ozean und alle Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber optimal. Nicht sehr bequem waren zwei zusammen geschobene Einzelnbetten statt einem Doppelbett, da rutscht man ständig in die Mitte. Aber insgesamt ist das Apartment empfehlenswert)
