Studio dans un bâtiment historique qui, dans le passé, a été un espace culturel de grande importance à Funchal, ayant fonctionné pendant un certain temps comme un cinéma. Ce bâtiment de trois étages aborde une décoration avec différents thèmes de certains des grands classiques du septième art.
Ce studio est situé à l'étage 3 d'un ancien espace culturel, aujourd'hui entièrement rénové, transformé et décoré avec des détails inspirés du Great Gatsby avec toute la démesure de ce film.
La décoration a été pensée dans les moindres détails et combine des éléments culturels avec les plus recherchés dans un contexte de voyage : praticité, modernité et confort.
Cette propriété a une capacité maximale d'accueil de 2 personnes. Il offre un espace ouvert avec différents espaces de vie, un lit double, une cuisine bien équipée, un coin repas et une salle de bain avec douche.
L'immeuble a une entrée commune à toutes les propriétés et est situé dans la Rua Ivens, derrière le jardin municipal de Funchal, l'une des principales artères de la ville.
Wi-Fi disponible dans toutes les zones.
Pas de parking privé disponible.

Immeuble situé dans la Rua Ivens, derrière le Jardin Municipal de Funchal et à 1 minute à pied du Théâtre Municipal Baltazar Dias. Depuis cet immeuble, vous pouvez connaître et visiter à pied les principaux points d'intérêt de la capitale de l'île de Madère. Il est proche des restaurants, des centres commerciaux, des bars, des musées, de la cathédrale de Funchal, de la marina de Funchal et du parc Santa Catarina.
Dans le centre-ville, vous trouverez de nombreuses informations sur toutes sortes d'activités que vous pouvez faire pendant vos vacances : activités culturelles, activités radicales, activités liées à la nature... quel que soit le but de votre visite sur l'île de Madère !

La meilleure option pour se rendre à la propriété est le transfert. Demandez-nous d'en réserver un auprès de nos partenaires locaux. C'est moins cher que les taxis que vous trouverez à l'aéroport.
Si vous louez une voiture, n'importe quelle application de navigation peut facilement trouver l'adresse.

AUTRES OBSERVATIONS
- Selon la loi portugaise, tous les hôtes sont tenus de présenter une pièce d'identité valide. (passeport ou carte d'identité).
- L'heure d'arrivée doit être programmée à l'avance. Si elle n'est pas programmée dans un délai maximum de 48 heures avant, les clients seront soumis à la disponibilité de notre équipe.
- Tous les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. Nous pouvons également fournir un lit pour bébé, une chaise haute et une baignoire pour bébé si nécessaire, mais vous devez en faire la demande. Il y a une trousse de premiers secours, des extincteurs et une couverture anti-feu dans la propriété.
ATTENTION
Veuillez noter qu'une taxe touristique sera facturée à toutes les personnes qui passent la nuit dans la municipalité de Funchal. Ainsi, tous les clients séjournant dans des stations touristiques et/ou des établissements d'hébergement, âgés de 13 ans ou plus, devront payer 2,00 € par personne/nuit, jusqu'à un maximum de 7 nuits et un maximum de 14,00 € par personne/séjour. À votre arrivée, vous recevrez un lien pour payer cette taxe municipale.

Очень маленькая квартира, не соответствует представленным фотографиям на сайте. Жуткий запах, если закрыть окно хоть на 10 минут. Нас покусали блохи. Не соответствует своей цене. Проблемы с парковками вокруг апартаментов, приходилось ставить далеко машину.

Could not fault the stay. The only thing I would say is to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper and maybe an eye mask too. As this is an open space you can hear the fridge at times at night and also the digital time display casts some blue light:) But seriously this is not an issue if you are not bothered with stuff like that:)

So you have all you need in your immediate neighbourhood.
Connection to and from the airport is also very easy by bus.
It's clean, it has a fridge and kitchen, enough storage, easy access, ...
I can recommend this place.

If you have a rental car, parking in the Plaza is more or less the only option (~10€ per night).
Kitchen is well-equipped.
I guess in summer the apartment could get quite hot as there is no AC.

A szállás nagyon szép, de a legjobb része a fürdőszoba. Az volt a legigényesebb. Bármikor újra visszamennék.
A bejelentkezés az számomra új volt, mert kaptunk egy building kódot és egy door kódot és az alapján tudtuk elfoglalni a helyünket. Így nem találkoztunk se recepcióssal, se a tulajdonossal. Nekem nagyon tetszett, mert nem kellett senkire se várni. Nagyon praktikus és lényegre törő.
Köszönünk mindent és remélem még visszatérhetünk!

El personal que lo gestiona muy mal. Mal servicio y gestión de entrega de llaves y si haces otras peticiones. No te hacen caso. La cama estaba bastante usada, deberían cambiar el colchón. No hay dónde aparcar.

I guess most of the people goes there to explore the island, not to spend lot of time in the room. If this is your case, I guess you should rent this place to do so.
Is you prefer to spend most of the time on the balconi with a nice view, find some place else, probably higher in the town.

The bed was very uncomfortable and cleaning was not properly done especially on the carpet there were quite some hair left and also under the bed they forgot to hoover.

The bath was clogged upon arrival and the general place wasn't 100% clean, which is generally ok, but at this price point, I would rather go somewhere else.

Reinigungskräfte waren mit dem Zimmer noch nicht fertig, haben daher später eingecheckt als ausgemacht. (War nicht so schlimm).
Der Boiler für Warmwasser war aus, jedoch kam am nächsten Tag direkt jmd vorbei und hat sich drum gekümmert.
Ansich schönes Apartment in Funchal, Einkaufscenter in der Nähe. Jedoch ohne Klimaanlage (selbst Schuld) haben beim Buchen nicht drauf geachtet

1. Avisamos porque no tuvimos agua caliente en toda la semana, no vino nadie a revisar ni a poner en marcha el termo.
2. Cerradura electrónica del portal no funciona el 1, precisa de muchos intentos para que registre el 1 cuando intentas poner el código entero. Aunque si pulsas sólo el 1 funciona, pero no al final del código. Más de 5 minutos sin poder entrar en el edificio, ni recurso adicional para poder entrar si no tienes batería en el móvil para contactar y entrar el la página de invitados.
3.Pedimos dos almohadas más, y por mensaje se nos solicitó que revisasemos de nuevo en el armario. Se necesitaban dos almohadas más independientemente de que hubiese o no en el armario. Que NO había.
4.Sin servicio de limpieza o repaso del apartamento en toda la semana. No información al respecto a la hora de la reserva, se nos explicó como feedback que el servicio es a partir de 8 días de estancia. Tampoco había trapos de cocina, bayeta o fregona para poder recoger/limpiar nosotros. Sólo escoba.
5. Recomendaría realizar revisión y limpieza tras cada usuario del apartamento en la parte interior de la goma de la lavadora/secadora. Hay suciedad acumulada que puede dar mal olor si no se mantiene en buenas condiciones.

I would also like to point out a few things where improvement can be done, in the hopes to make a flawless experience for others in future:
-stayed for 1 week+ & really felt the need to have a wiping mop for the bathroom floor. water does leak beyond the glass wall & there was a small pond of water everyday on the tile and no way to wipe it.. you have to walk around it and hope it dries out
- the hot water boiler is quite noisy after u're done showering and it needs to raise up the water temp once again (not sure if that's how is supposed to be or there is an issue with it). But if u are a light sleeper, plan ur evening shower a bit earlier
Nevertheless, its a great place and we'd come again! We had no issues whatsoever with the reservation process & communication was easy.

Lack of dishwasher. No one wants to wash the dishes during the holidays. Very noisy boiler. Even with earplugs it was hard to fall asleep… And the last thing: our code to the apartment did not work and we had to wait one hour to have it fixed which was quite a long time after two flights. We received no compensation for this.
