Posizione ottima,comodo a tutti i servizi e per raggiungere tutte le località dell'isola. Appartamento molto accogliente, pulito e con tutto ciò che serve . Munito anche di lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Avendo due bambini abbiamo cenato spesso in appartamento e la lavastoviglie è stata molto utile . L'unica pecca erano i materassi un po' troppo morbidi per i nostri gusti. Ed essendo arrivati di notte, ci è stato un po' difficile trovare la cassetta dove il proprietario ha lasciato le chiavi. Ma tornerei e sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo questo appartamento per un eventuale altro mio soggiorno a Madeira. No comment

Appartement très propre et bien decoré à 3 minutes de l'aéroport. Arrivée autonome. Deux salles de bains. Il faudrait rajouter une vmc dans le logement car nos affaires étaient humide et nos serviettes ne séchaient pas. Parking payant ou stationnement dans la rue mais pendant l'ensemble de notre séjour au mois de mars nous avons réussi à nous garer gratuitement dans la rue.

We were a family of 4 adults, 1 child and 1 baby.
Everything was very clean and the house is very cosy. The location is really good.
Everything went smoothly with the check-in and check-out process.
The only thing I recomend for people traveling with a baby is that there are a few steps after the front gate. The baby stroller needs to be picked up going up and down the stairs. Also keep in mind that if you stay with a group of 5 or 6 at the house, don't take long showers, the water heater is not that big and you can run out of hot water and then have to wait a couple of hours so the water gets heated up the water again.
Other then that all was perfect and we had a great time in Madeira!

Excelente espaço! Recomendo 100%. Apartamento muito bem cuidado. Tudo muito limpo e bem organizado. Mobiliário e todo o equipamento da casa bem estimado e sem avarias. Cozinha bem equipada, permitindo cozinhar se necessário, inclusive tinha disponivel para uso azeite, sal, vinagre, açúcar, chá, café, que deu-nos muito jeito!🥰🥰 Kit de primeiros socorros disponivel e que nos foi bastante útil. The house was very central but also close to parking, so it was very comfortable in that regard. It has all the amenities you might need to make your stay comfortable. There were however a lot of mosquitos which made it hard to sit on the couch because they kept flying around us. We also received after the first night we’ve arrived a noise complaint which then, after we asked for explanation, they said it wasn’t us but someone else (the night after that the neighbours threw a party with loud music that kept us up all night). We tried to keep the place as clean as possible, we’ve even washed some linens, but we did however find it quite complicated to spot bins on the property.

Great aparts, host responsive and friendly, everything necessary for the cooking + dishwasher and washing machine.
A couple of things to know if you’re a guest: There’s no free parking nearby and the streets can be very busy The hot water runs out after two showers (we were 4 people) and you have yo wait 20-30 minutes for the reheat It’s first floor so most part of the day the windows are closed with shutters and there’s not much light.

It was one of our best stay through Airbnb. Thank you! Enought space for 4 adults and 2 children. The kitchen is very well equiped: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, dishes. De vriendelijkheid van de gastvrouw.
De flat zelf is mooi en goed ingericht. Alle faciliteiten waren daar. De location was niet top. Wij zijn laat aangekomen en het was jiet duidelijk waar de sleutels waren. De deur van de hoofdingang ging niet open. Een buurman heeft uiteindelijk voor ons open gemaakt.

Wir hatten kurzfristig ein paar schöne Tage in dieser Unterkunft. Die Umgebung ist super und die Unterkunft weiträumig.
Es war schwierig die Unterkunft zu finden, aber durch die schnelle Kommunikation könnte uns geholfen werden. Dies hätte Proaktiv kommen sollen. Einige Möbel hatten Flecken, was unschön aussah. Parkplätze, sind wie beschrieben nur Kostenpflichtig in der Nähe. Diese sind meistens auch voll. Ich empfehle in der Nördlichen Straße zu parken. Dort konnte man wenigstens etwas finden.
Man muss zusätzlich zu den Airbnb kosten eine Kurtaxe zahlen. Dies hätte vor der Buchung klarer Kommuniziert werden sollen.
Ansonsten war alles vorhanden, was benötigt worden ist. Mit meinem jetzigen Wissen, würde ich die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Wir waren zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Restaurants und Cafés waren fußläufig erreichbar. In einem Badezimmer war die Abdichtung in der Dusche undicht, so dass Wasser nach dem duschen auf dem Boden stand. Sonst war das Appartement super ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich.

Це одне з найкращих місць, в яких я була на Мадейрі, куди хочеться повернутись. Нові меблі, затишно. На кухні є все необхідне для проживання.
Я не одразу побачила, що місцевий податок не враховано у вартість, тому будьте готові, що потрібно доплатити.
Також для нас було мінусом відсутність парковки. Також не вистачало гарячої води на 4 дівчат

Nous sommes partis entre copines et nous avons réellement passés un agréable séjour. Le logement correspond complètement aux photos du site. C'est propre et très épuré. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour y faire à manger, le logement est bien placé. De plus, si vous avez un problème les responsables répondent très vite et sont très arrangeants. Que des points positifs. Le seul point négatif serait les places de parking. En effet, sur le site il est marqué qu'il y a des places de parking "gratuite" dans la rue or ce n'est pas le cas. Néanmoins, le prix des places de parking n'est pas excessif. Je recommande tout de même vivement ce logement si vous souhaitez passer un séjour sur l'île de Madère.

The apartment was pretty much as on the pictures. However there was a horrible smell coming from the drains, we were unable to get rid of it and all our clothes now stink too. This must have been a known issue as there were at least 5 inscence in the apartment! The check in could have been smoother by providing more info on where the keys are located as this was not at the main entrance to the building! Regarding the bins, again the instructions were unclear and said they were next to the garage- however the building doesnt appear to have a garage. Upon asking the check-in person for more details as we couldn't find a garage, I was told to just go and explore the lower ground floor of the building - which doesnt exist. We were eventually able to find it but the instructions were incorrect and the response after asking was unhelpful. Having said all that, the apartment is lovely and the location is spot on in the center of the village.

Ubytování splnilo naše očekávání. Příjemný zrekonstruovaný byt v samém centru Santa Cruz. Blízkost letiště s sebou nesla vyšší hluk při přistávání/vzletu letadel, ale to jsme věděli předem, takže to problém nebyl. Veškeré potřebné služby jsou dobře dostupné pěšky.

Super Lage in der Stadt. Parken im Umfeld war sehr gut möglich. Die Wohnung, war super sauber und sehr modern ausgestattet. Die Wohnung bot wirklich alles. Von einer Spülmaschine über eine Waschmaschine bis hin zum Bügeleisen.
Highlight: einmal in unserern 11 Tagen wurde die komplette Wohnung einmal komplett gereinigt (inklusive neu bezogene Betten) ohne das wir dies angefordert hätten oder extra bezahlen mussten! Vorher gab es eine Nachricht vom Vermieter, ob man Interesse hätte und ob der Tag einem passt. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend und sehr zügig. Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen. Von unserer Seite definitiv eine Buchungsempfehlung. Nichts

This place was gorgeous and walkable to the beach and cute town. Very spacious and clean. It was a bit difficult to locate, id suggest putting a “AL” sign outside the outside door for guest to easily find. The lovely residents assisted us, they were super sweet. Definitely recommend staying here! Would come back again :)

Location excellent. Well presented apartment, very good size rooms, and the little extras like iron, board washing up power for laundry. Gel in bathroom. Was missing the travel cot we requested but we managed without. Overall clean just misses a little bits we would definitely return Cleanness could be better in master bedroom on top of wardrobe covered in white dust thick. Unearth the sofa was fall of dust when you put sofa bed away so we can sit wasn't clean.

Bardzo korzystna okolica- 2 minuty od plaży, obok kilka małych sklepów. Dużym minusem był brak parkingu i niejasne instrukcje dotyczące zameldowania- miejsca nie można było znaleźć na mapie, nie dostaliśmy informacji, które drzwi w kompleksie mieszkań są nasze. Godzinę zajęło mi szukanie drzwi do budynku. Nie było klimatyzacji. Poza tym w mieszkaniu czysto. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Biorąc pod uwagę stosunek jakości do ceny- polecam :)

Bardzo fajna baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie wyspy. Blisko plazy, lotniska, knajp w tym super piekarni z dobra kawa i sniadaniem. Blisko Finchal i Machico z plaza z piaskiem (dostepne autobusy, na przystanek 3 min). Apartament super. Piekne widoki na samoloty. Cicho, czysto, w centrum Santa Cruz. Bardzo, bardzo fajnie.
