A Casa do Lanço insere-se numa propriedade de vinhas com cerca de 25.000m2 e situa-se numa zona de transição entre a floresta laurissilva e os terrenos agricultados de São Vicente. Nos socalcos de vinha podemos observar as castas Tinta Negra e Verdelho, castas estas que produzem os famoso Vinho Madeira.
A propriedade está inserida num conjunto de casas onde encontra vários jardins com árvores centenárias, destaca-se um grande carvalho com mais de 250 anos e várias espécies endêmicas da Laurissilva como tis, vinháticos, barbusanos e loureiros.
A casa tem um decoração com vários pormenores, numa fusão entre o clássico e o contemporâneo, que acompanha toda a tradição de uma casa de família. A casa dispõe de uma quarto com duas camas singles de estilo tradicional, com uma porta de acesso ao exterior, para que possa acordar com uma vista fantástica para o quintal e jardins da casa.
Dentro da propriedade poderá desfrutar da piscina partilhada, de um passeio na ribeira e dos jardins ou do quintal no exterior, que permite tomar o pequeno-almoço (não está incluído), feito todas as manhãs pela caseira. Durante a sua estadia poderá aproveitar para participar no processo de viticultura ou adquirir os vinhos disponíveis na casa.
A casa mãe pertence à mesma família desde o seu início e mantém a sua arquitetura original embora tenha sido alvo de obras de beneficiação e modernização.
ÁREA
A casa está situada na zona norte da ilha, mais precisamente no Rosário, freguesia do concelho de São Vicente. Por se encontrar numa zona mais isolada, não encontra nenhum tipo de comércio nas redondezas da propriedade. A dez minutos de carro da vila de São Vicente, ali encontra comércio local, restaurantes, supermercado e farmácia.
Nas proximidades da casa tem acesso a vários trilhos e levadas, onde poderá aproveitar para passear e explorar a pé a nossa fantástica ilha.
Se pretende encontrar outro tipo de locais ou actividades, a cidade do Funchal está a 45 minutos de distância de carro.
COMO CHEGAR
A melhor opção para chegar à propriedade será o transfer. Peça-nos para marcar um com os nossos parceiros locais. É mais barato do que os táxis que encontra no aeroporto. Se alugar carro, qualquer aplicação de navegação encontra facilmente a morada.

Beautiful but a bit uncomfortable: The location was absolutely incredible. It’s tucked away in beautiful Mountains and forest. My only issue was that after a long day of hiking and adventuring around the island, it wasn’t a very comfortable place to come back to. Specifically the couch and the mattress which are the two things you need most after a long day.

No comment The price is significantly overpriced for what you get. The cabin is old, damp, and smelly. The room reeked of burnt wood from the fireplace (which was very difficult to light a fire in). In the bathroom, there was a foul smell coming from the drains. The furniture is old. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. On top of that, it was cold. The price is definitely disproportionate to the quality. This cabin shouldn't cost more than 80 euros per night

Everything was great, beautiful surroundings, the accommodation was clean and comfortable, everything worked properly. Just make sure you have something warm to wear the evenings as they can get chilly. And be aware that there are more accommodations on the property. Sehr schönes und ordentliches Apartment. Lediglich die angegebene Waschmaschine fehlt. Es wird stattdessen ein Wäscheservice durch die Verwalterin angeboten, sollte man jedoch in seiner Planung beachten müssen. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin, zeitweise waren es aber zwischen airbnb, eigener Website, sms und Nachrichten Messenger zu unterschiedliche Kanäle. Insgesamt aber ein wunderbarer Ort zum erholen und eine sehr nette Verwalterin.

We stayed at the apartment for 4 nights in September.
As said in previous reviews it's good to know there is another apartment next door and a few other people have business around the property too but as in Madeira in general it's a very peacefull co-excistence and it's such a quiet area this did not bother us at all. Two small dogs occasionally came to say hi but they are so very friendly. The loudest habitant is the funny little rooster!
The apartment itself was super tidy and well cleaned. Kitchen is well equiped. We used the radiators to heat the place up, they work just fine! I mean it's all a bit vintage but you can tell that from the photos! The hosts are excellent and were easy to reach. The pool area is lovely but we didnt really use it that much (not that sunny!) Biggest let down is the water pressure in the shower really. The location is excellent tho and we had such a great time staying here. Sao Vicente is only 10min drive away and has a supermarket and restaurants!

De prachtige locatie en uitzicht en de accommodatie was ook erg mooi, ook qua inrichting en paste helemaal in de omgeving/sfeer van het eiland. Echt prachtig!! Uit de douche en de warme kraan in de badkamer kwam een belabberde straal of haast geen warm water. Je kreeg per persoon een kleine en een grote handdoek in ons geval voor vier dagen (normaliter moet je er een week mee doen).
Bij navraag zijn er wel extra handdoeken bezorgd. Top service!

Wir hatten fantastische sieben Tage in der Unterkunft von An Island. Die Lage war perfekt, um alle Unternehmungen von dort aus bequem durchführen zu können. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber und total schön eingerichtet, eine gelungene Mischung aus Alt und Neu.
Die Küche lädt zum Kochen ein, falls man nicht im Restaurant essen möchte. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt, leider konnten wir ihn aufgrund des Wetters nur einmal nutzen.
Jeden zweiten Tag haben wir das Frühstücksangebot von Linda in Anspruch genommen, was die Unterkunft sehr besonders gemacht hat. Linda kommt zur gewünschten Uhrzeit vorbei und bereitet das Frühstück in der eigenen Küche zu. Dieses Frühstück ist unbedingt empfehlenswert und es war jedes Mal so viel, dass wir für unsere Wanderung noch ein Snack mitnehmen konnten.
Ansonsten war das Airbnb sehr ruhig gelegen, perfekt zum Entspannen.

Beautiful location surrounded by towering mountains. The property itself has a well-kept garden. We were welcomed by Linda who was very friendly and showed us around. Our apartment was quite spacious and as the evenings were a bit chilly we could use the fireplace in the living room. As described by other guests there was an intense bad smell in the bathroom. We had to keep the toilet lid closed and window open at all times which was not ideal for the colder nights. Although the kitchen was spacious, there were no sharp knifes and only older equipment which made proper cooking difficult.

Our time here felt magical! It’s a very secluded area surrounded by nature and beautiful views. The house itself was stunning and spacious, and perfectly clean. It had everything we needed during our time there and it all felt very cozy and welcoming. We were always happy to come back and relax after a long day of adventures (it’s a very good middle point for many levadas and natural spots, including Porto Moniz, Seixal, Fanal, Santana/Pico Ruivo, etc.). We enjoyed the pool, gardens, and balconies the property offered and would 100% stay here again 😊 The staff members were always very friendly and willing to help even after-hours. Wonderful spot!

It‘s very quiet and the perfect place to relax. The place is beautiful and if the weather is great, it‘s nice to sit outside or by the pool. the check-in was easy and Linda and the crew were very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed.
the only thing we did not love was the bed, it wasn‘t as comfy. and there was a smell in the bathroom, that was not very nice although it was very clean.

Wir mochten die Ferienwohnung. Sie war geräumig, sauber und süss eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles nötige vorhanden, es gibt sogar einen Ofen, was wir sehr toll fanden, um selbst zu kochen. Es gibt Parkplätze und auf dem Grundstück sind 3 Hunde zuhause, die uns beim Frühstück in der Sonne manchmal besucht haben. Linda und das Team waren ausserordentlich nett. Sie haben einmal die Woche geputzt und wir konnten ihr unsere Wäsche zum Waschen geben. Ich konnte sie immer und einfach kontaktieren, wenn es Unklarheiten gab. Wir mochten auch den Kamin im Wohnzimmer, sehr gemütlich.
Man kann mit einem Mietauto gut Ausflüge auf der gesamten Insel unternehmen. Das Bett war leider nicht so bequem. Und im Badezimmer riecht es unangenehm (wir vermuten, aus dem Abfluss). Ausserdem gab es eine unsichtbare Lüftung (im Dach?), die ebenfalls unangenehm roch, wenn sie lief.
Zudem ist es evtl. wichtig zu wissen, dass man, damit es trotz elektronischem Ofen nicht zu kalt wird, einfeuern muss. Holz liegt bereit, man muss es aber hacken und es kann teilweise feucht sein. Für fitte und im anfeuern erfahrene Menschen kein Problem, aber ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass das nicht alle können/möchten.

We loved staying in Casa do Lanco. It's a really peaceful place, with a stunning view on the valley. We had everything we needed. We could use as much wood as we needed for the fire. The dogs are friendly and gave us often compagny. Linda is very kind, and always available. Thank you for this lovely staying !

Nice location, well-equipped, fast and friendly communication by the host and maintenance staff. A nice spot to explore the island.
As described in other evaluations you may not be the only tourists on the property (there were up to 3 groups in 3 apartments). However: Everyone was very respectful and considerate.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet, geräumig und wunderschön im Grünen gelegen. Von der Terrasse aus guckt man in den bezaubernden Garten mit den Bergen im Hintergrund und kann die Natur und ein Gefühl von Einsamkeit genießen. Trotzdem ist man überall schnell, der nächste Ort ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Also grundsätzlich top und 5 Sterne! Als wir da waren, war aber leider auf dem Grundstück noch eine kleine Baustelle. Daher der Tipp, vor der Buchung nochmal nachzufragen wie da der Stand ist. Sonst wird man morgens eventuell von Baulärm geweckt.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt inmitten der Weinberge und umgeben von viel grüner Natur und Bergen, traumhaft! Unsere Unterkunft hatte den hinteren Eingang, sodass wir ungestört auf der kleinen Terrasse sitzen konnten, auch Sonnenliegen waren vorhanden. Alles sehr sauber, gut ausgestattete Küche. Linda hatte uns sogar die Wäsche 1X gewaschen und gebügelt! Einziges Problem: der Toilettensitz war bereits defekt und wurde leider nicht repariert während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthalts.

It was an amazing stay in the house. We had everything we needed to get the best of vacationing on Madeira. There is a parking lot for 2 cars on the territory of houses. A kitchen has all the kitchenware to prepare meals. In addition, there's a fireplace in the living room to chill after an active day. You can have your meal on the terrace contemplating the "green" view of the Sao Vicente neighborhoods.
PS: we got a flat tyre and an employee that was engaged in construction activities helped us with pumping up to be able to drive to the closest service station. Not having asked him that It was really nice of him to give us a hand. There were no such things.

Het huisje maakt deel uit van een unit met 2 appartementen maar er is voldoende privacy. Prachtig gelegen, mooi uitzicht en heel rustig. Wij ontdekten vanaf hier zowat heel het eiland. Je hebt wel een wagen nodig om vanuit het huisje vlot ergens te geraken. Hou er ook rekening mee dat het huisje redelijk kil is en de badkamer ook zeer humide. Er zijn 2 kleine elektrische verwarmingen en een open haard waarmee je het huisje wel warm kan krijgen. Het is charmant ingericht en voldoende goed uitgerust.

Tolle Unterkunft! Sehr local und mit viel Charme. Das Anwesen ist wahnsinnig grün und bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Die Wohnung hat einen Holz Kamin und im Schlafzimmer eine kleine Heizung. Dadurch ist das Schlafzimmer warm der Rest der Wohnung aber vor allem im Winter kalt. Durch den offenen Kamin kann der Wohnbereich nach Rauch riechen.
Auf dem Anwesen sind kleine Hunde die wirklich total toll sind! Wer aber ein Problem mit Hunden hat sollte das wissen.

Gorgeous, peaceful cottage in lovely surroundings and very attentive, helpful people running it. Spacious with heating and open fire and endless logs if it's winter. Only qualm was that the hot water in the shower runs out quickly so brief showers are in order if you're two (though they said it's normally self heating so maybe this will be fixed).

Wie wurden leider bereits direkt bei der Ankunft enttäuscht, da wir laut der Beschreibung und den Fotos von einem Ferienhaus ausgegangen sind, das einem Einfamilienhaus entspricht. Das Haus hatte allerdings zwei Eingänge und somit haben wir uns das Haus mit einer anderen Partei geteilt (räumliche Trennung gegeben). Wir haben Lanco II gebucht und sind morgens immer an den Fenstern unserer Nachbarn von Lanco I entlanggegangen. Die auf den Fotos abgebildete Terrasse gehört zu Lanco I, zumindest richtet sich das Wohnzimmerfenster von Lanco I auf diese Terrasse, sodass, untergebracht in Lanco II, leider keine Möglichkeit zum gemütlichen draußen Sitzen besteht. Das fanden wir sehr schade, weil wir im Sommer gerne draußen frühstücken und diese Unterkunft u.a. deswegen gebucht haben.
Sowohl die Beschreibung des Inserats als auch die Fotos sind somit nicht eindeutig der Unterkunft „Lanco II“ zuzuordnen, was sehr unglücklich ist. Unter diesen Umständen hätten wir diese Unterkunft nämlich gar nicht gebucht.
Ansonsten ist bei einem solchen Arrangement nicht unerheblich, dass man gut mit den Nachbarn auskommt. Wir sind uns zum Glück meistens nicht in die Quere gekommen, aber zwei Tage lang roch unsere Unterkunft sehr unangenehm, weil unsere Nachbarn irgendetwas Geruchsintensives gekocht haben. Dem Gesamtaufenthalt ist es zumindest nicht dienlich, wenn die Bewohner ihre Unterkunft wegen des Gestanks morgens Hals über Kopf verlassen müssen und nachts nicht schlafen können.
Ansonsten verfügt die Wohnung über alle wesentlichen Ausstattungsmerkmale. Das Wohnzimmer ist leider etwas dunkel und das Bad empfanden wir auch als sehr enttäuschend. Es war dunkel und feucht und die Klobrille war beschädigt (rutschte hin und her, wenn man sich darauf gesetzt hat).
Es gibt zwei kleine Hunde auf dem Anwesen, die die Terrasse für ihre Geschäfte nutzen. Ansonsten gibt es in der Nachbarschaft viele Hunde, sodass die ganze Zeit ein Hundegebell zu hören ist. Da wir allerdings immer unterwegs waren, hat uns das wenig gestört.
Die Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um in alle Teile der Insel zu gelangen, erfordert allerdings einen Mietwagen. Zu Fuß ist auf die Schnelle kein Restaurant und auch kein Supermarkt zu erreichen. Dafür nach einer ca. 10-minütigen Autofahrt.

We had a lovely stay! It was a fair bit of driving getting around, but Sao Vicente was beautiful, and it was a good place to feel a bit more off the grid. If you’re traveling as a couple, I’d note that bed was two twin beds pushed together, which is stated in the listing but we didn’t fully realize from the photos.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach Perfekt. Kann man einfach nur weiterempfehlen und durch die Lage haben wir die Zeit wirklich sehr genossen. Der Check in und Check out haben reibungslos geklappt und auf Nachfrage nach weiteren Handtüchern wurden am nächsten Tag auch weitere gebracht. Die Kommunikation war gut. Jedoch waren in der Küche Ameisen und eine Eidechse, weshalb wir die Küche nicht wirklich genutzt haben und der Wohlfühlfaktor in der Wohnung nicht extrem gegeben war. Aber für den Preis und die wunderschöne Lage und den Ausblick hat sich die Unterkunft schon gelohnt gehabt.

Voor rust en groen moet je zeker hier zijn! Mooie omgeving, lekker rustig en ontspannen. Het huisje ligt helemaal in het noorden van Madeira, maar het zuiden en westen zijn goed te bereiken met de auto (oosten was een wat langer ritje via het zuiden).
Het huisje is lekker ruim voor twee personen en zeker in de warme periodes lekker koel (wij waren er met 'winterweer', dus het was iets aan de frisse en vochtige kant).
Tijdens het verblijf was de communicatie met de organisatie helaas onvoldoende. Bij vragen werd of niet tijdig gereageerd of niet behulpzaam. Dit was jammer. Zo hadden we veel te weinig handdoeken en problemen met het warme water werden ook niet opgelost. Gedurende het hele verblijf hebben we niemand van AIA persoonlijk gezien en/of gesproken. Niet heel persoonlijk dus.
De putlucht in de badkamer (zoals in meerdere recensies genoemd) is inderdaad behoorlijk aanwezig. Het is er behoorlijk vochtig en er zijn weinig mogelijkheden om de ruimte goed te luchten.
Bij aankomst bleek veel van het servies niet goed schoongemaakt, dus moesten we gelijk veel dingen zelf afwassen. Dit voelde een beetje tegenstrijdig met het gegeven dat de koelkast heel erg naar chloor rook. Er was dus wel schoongemaakt, maar niet allemaal goed en gecontroleerd.
De bedden waren op zich prima. Op de slaapkamer is het wel oppassen met een stopcontact (rechts naast het bed). Dit hing helemaal los en was open. Dus niet heel veilig (zeker niet met jonge kinderen).
Al met al hebben we wel genoten van een week in dit huisje. Vooral de natuur, privacy en rust hebben we heel erg gewaardeerd.

We arrived on madeira and didn't find the location of our booked apartment. Since the owner was not there nor able to talk properly in English we decided to book another location. Which was the best decision! We booked by mobile phone and got proper instructions immediately. room was ready when we arrived there one hour later. The property was lovely, the apartment spacious and with a open fireplace! We really felt at home from the first minute. The warm water faucet wasn't working properly, but I'm sure if we told that the landlord, he'd fixed it. but we managed anyway :)

Eine wirklich nette Unterkunft, allerdings etwas schwer anfänglich zu finden, da dieStraße nicht im Navi vorhanden war. Der Kamin ist super! So haben wir das durchwachsene Wetter gut aushalten können. Gerne wieder!

The surroundings of Sao Vicente are really beautiful and you are up in the mountains. The house and the terrace have lots of space. You can find all equipment you need for cooking in the kitchen. The house itself was quite cold, but we were there off season in early March. André was so nice to bring us some lighters to make fire :) He welcomed us in the house and gave us lots of tips in the area. Overall a nice place but a few things should be improved/ renovated to match the price tag.

We chose Madeira and the property spontaneously and at short notice...we were not disappointed! If you're looking for somewhere off the beaten track and in a quiet location it's a brilliant choice. The nearest village is, Sao Vicente, a sprightly 30 minute walk. It's a nice village with a quaint beach and big waves to watch. There's a strip of local restaurants and a great cafe where you can enjoy up a tasty Pastel de Nata and an Espresso.
The property has good facilities, was clean upon arrival and we were impressed by the working fireplace (log blocks and kindling avaliable) and spacious and cosy living room. comfortable beds. The bathroom was quite damp and humid but it was a little more than a mild inconvenience. The host responded quickly to messages. It was very peaceful, in the mornings you hear running water from a nearby stream and you can wander round the vineyard on the property. We would love to come and stay again!

Everything was fine - nice location with beautiful view, nice colonial style interior. Very good communication with the host, he was there to meet us and we didnt have to wait at all.
The only issue was with locks, you had to try a few times before you could open the door.
But I definitely recommend this place and host!

North part of the island is the perfect spot to avoid obvious tourism in October. The apartment is as shown on the pictures and you actually feel like a local there! Surrounded by the mountains you get the Madeira feeling the first day! You will definitively need a car to get around though.
Die Küche und das Bad wirken sehr abgegriffen und konnten uns nicht überzeugen. Beides sollte renoviert werden. Das Wohnzimmer und die Terrasse hingegen sind ein Traum ;)

Schöne ruhige Lokation inmitten eines oder mehrerer Rebberge. Wär es ruhig und abgeschieden mag, ist hier am richtigen Platz. Leider hat dieser wunderschöne Ort die besten Jahre hinder sich....sehr schade. Die beiden Hunde auf dem Gelände werden uns fehlen.

The property is on a working vineyard in a quiet rural location. It is spacious and well equipped inside with good kitchen equipment and appliances. It is very leafy and there are resident Madeiran Firecrests to watch. There was a basket of produce including homemade bread which was very good. The views from the property while restricted are of interest in that it is a working agricultural environment. It is an hour or so walk down to Sao Vicente (use the caminhos as short cuts) but there are several two to three hour walks around the valley directly from the property. The nearest levada walk (PR16) is 30 minutes walk uphill but beware it has tunnels with very narrow paths in it. Our rating is based on suitably for time of year. Our stay was in February and we felt this property was not wonderful in winter. I can imagine it would be a cool and quiet spot in the summer. It is north facing in a narrow side valley and gets very little sun and is extremely damp outside. Judging by the moss everywhere and the filthy state of the outdoor furniture it had not been occupied for some time. Heating is an open fire, a woodstove and a radiator. We set the open fire (first time filling the room with smoke as the chimney was not drawing) but couldn't be bothered to keep the wood stove going as well. The radiator took some chill off and we used a fan heater (which we always carry with us in winter) in the bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen was so cold butter left out to soften was rock hard. There are a couple of amusing dogs but one of them used our patio as a toilet. There are two adjoining apartments Casas 1 and 2. We were in Casa 2, which is overlooked by the patio and outside dining area of Casa 1 at the front of the apartment. When we sat out for lunch we had to go round the gloomy side of our Casa with no view for privacy. Booking.com shows the patio of Casa 1 in the description for Casa 2. We thought we had booked Casa 1 as a result. Casa 1 is much better appointed. Entering and leaving the property by car is frightening because the gate is on a double blind corner and the gate itself is right on the road - it would have been so easy to have the gate further back on the drive for safety. Despite receiving a message that the TTM rep would meet us at the property at a set time, he wasn't there and took 30 minutes to arrive with the keys. The TTM bureaucracy is a pain - instead of simply relying on Booking.com data they have their own systems that are totally unnecessary and you are bombarded with urgent messages by email and text to update their system.

Elegant apartment in the lush Laurisilva Forest. Beautiful property, friendly hosts, spacious and warm. We especially enjoyed the 2nd sleeping space - A separate cabin 30 m from the main property. Thanks so much for providing a lovely backdrop for our stay in Madeira.

In short, decent apartment but bad experience with host.
The small apartment is part of a renovated house separated in two rented apartments. The restoration is quite authentic but it’s clear the only purpose of the house is to be rented out. This results in a nice decorative renovation, we liked the stoned walls and fireplace, but not always that practical. We confirm previous reviews about noise from neighbours (our neighbours where actually quiet but we felt really guilty do for our crying baby!, sorry!) and badly ventilated / smelly bathroom.
The listing indicated baby amenities which where not there when we arrived. Turned out we had to let the host now before hand we needed them. This was not clear on the listing. Bringing them afterward the host charged us extra money we felt obliged to pay. After checking the airbnb guidelines we discovered this is not allowed and listed amenities should be present. The host was not understandable our flexible and only after intervention from Airbnb we were put in our right and got our money back. We didn't got half of the baby amenities though.
We would not recommend renting with Travel to Madeira, a very very commercial party using every occasion to make money or sell you tours. We must have received 5 ‘confirmation’ emails, full of promotions and extra’s!
For the price of this apartment we stayed in way better, and bigger places in Madeira.
Also note the ‘second’ bedroom is not nearly attached to the main house. It’s somewhere hundred meters away in another building. So for a couple the stay is ok, but if you want children to sleep in the second bedroom so far away, this is not an option.

We're very sorry that you feel this way. All this miscommunication was avoidable if only you would have answered our emails in the first place.
A long time before you arrived, we asked you if you would need the baby items but you chose to not respond, so we thought you didn't want it. After that, you only requested the crib after we left check-in so we had to pay to bring it there. After that you then complained that you needed also the baby chair and tub. So we had to go there again... Even so, you complained!
As for the extra room not being attached to the main house, this is very clear in the pictures and also the text. But it's even worse because we did tell you that on the messages before you even came to Madeira and you did respond!
The emails that you got are automated and if you did respond to the first one with the details that we asked, you wouldn't get any more emails.
As for the price, I'm sorry that there are other places that are way too cheap. This is already a very affordable place! Maybe next time we will pay you to stay with us...
We checked you airbnb and it's three times more expensive than the house you stayed! I guess what it's only expensive when you are the one paying...

Our stay was just fantastic! The apartment is beautiful and cosy. The location is very convenient, in the middle of nature but still easily reachable and just 5 minutes from a supermarket and restaurants.

Casa do Lanço is a tastefully place (both the house + the domain). It is well located to visit Madeira, especially if you are looking for a remote place outside main tourist areas. We always felt lucky when coming home. Check-in and talking to people from 'Travel To Madeira' has been easy and pleasant. We appreciated the gift basket at our arrival too. The only downside is maybe that the ventilation of the bathroom is not optimal.

Fantastische Aussicht ringsum. Man kann sich überall auf dem Grundstück frei bewegen. (auch auf den Weinbergen) Man sollte aber beachten das es eine Doppelhaushälfte ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Perfekt waren die Hunde für unseren Kleinen, sie waren so lieb und er wollte die ganze Zeit mit ihnen spielen. Es war sehr ruhig.

Charmante maison de style traditionnel sur les hauteurs de São Vicente, calme, fonctionnelle et bien aménagée. Superbes terrasse et jardin donnant sur la vallée, au milieu des vignes. Idéal pour se ressourcer près de la nature !

Great place, great location! (when you have a car) We had a good stay in winter, heated with wood stove and a fire place. Pros: location, fire place, helpfull people around, clean, spacious inside and outside, beautiful garden. Cons: bad-room a bit chilly in winter, only one bedroom.
