Apartamento novo, com excelente vista, bem localizado e para até 6 pessoas.

Num edifício inaugurado em 2021, esta propriedade foi equipada e decorada para que possa alugar e desfrutar de muito conforto enquanto estiver no Funchal e na Madeira.

Com dois quartos, um com cama de casal, o outro com duas camas individuais, este apartamento acomoda no máximo 6 pessoas, fazendo uso do sofá-cama da sala. A sala e cozinha (totalmente equipada) “open space” privilegia o espaço e a luz natural, aliado ao acesso a uma espaçosa varanda com uma vista magnífica sobre o mar. Aqui poderá desfrutar do pôr-do-sol com vista sobre o Cabo Girão.

ÁREA
Situado numa das mais prestigiadas zonas turísticas do Funchal, este apartamento está perto de um agradável passeio marítimo, praias, supermercados, farmácias, lojas e do centro comercial Forum Madeira, que dispõe vários espaços de reconhecidas marcas internacionais e salas de cinema.
Nas proximidades, existem vários bares e restaurantes onde poderá deliciar-se com a nossa gastronomia ou com pratos de cozinha internacional. Para além das opções mais próximas, poderá deslocar-se ao centro da cidade do Funchal (sete minutos de carro) onde vai encontrar uma maior variedade de restaurantes.
A cerca de quinhentos metros do apartamento encontra-se a Praia Formosa, sugestiva para mergulhos e banhos de sol sobre o calhau e areia preta.

COMO CHEGAR
A melhor opção para chegar ao apartamento será o transfer. Peça-nos para marcar um com os nossos parceiros locais. É mais barato do que os táxis que encontra no aeroporto. Se alugar carro, qualquer aplicação de navegação encontra facilmente a morada.
Existe uma paragem de autocarro a 2 minutos a pé do apartamento.

I loved that place. Very comfortable. Felt like home. Very comfortable. TBH everything was perfect. Great view and spacious balcony. Swimming pool was great even though we didn’t enjoy it so much. Great location to visit town. It’s close from city center and with Bolt it will cost 8€ to go down town. Great value in my opinion. Just I don’t understand at some point cleaner was suppose to come but didn’t. Not a big deal. Also door was very hard to open and my wife couldn’t open the door. I think the host should fix it because I’d not like to get stuck outside if I had a late checkout, but that some minor issues that didn’t affect our stay at all. I’d recommend 100%

L’appartement est très bien situé, proche de l’arrêt du bus de la ligne 02 qui vous amène directement au centre-ville de Funchal. On peut aussi se rendre à un supermarché (Continente Modelo) ou descendre à la mer à pied si on est en forme (tout est en pentes à Madère). De notre appartement du 7e étage, nous avions une vue superbe depuis les grandes baies vitrées du grand salon et aussi dans les chambres. On entend la bruit des voitures lorsqu’on ouvre les fenêtres mais autrement, l’endroit est confortable, bien aménagé, avec une cuisine bien équipée. Les lits sont très confortables. Bref, nous retournerions volontiers dans ce magnifique emplacement.
Les instructions pour l’arrivée: insister sur le fait qu’il faut toujours appuyer sur la touche avec le symbole d’une clé avant de composer le code d’entrée (de la rue et de l’immeuble); indiquer plus clairement que pour le bloc B par exemple, la porte du garage se trouve plus bas dans la rue, mais qu’il faut d’abord aller dans l’appartement pour récupérer la télécommande, redescendre dans la rue pour descendre et garer la voiture dans le stationnement souterrain. Quand on arrive, on est très fatigué du voyage et ces tracasseries pour enfin pouvoir s’installer sont éprouvantes voire frustrantes.

The apartment is spacious and was very clean.
Beautiful view from the balcony, but a bit loud from the street.
Good access t the building and the garage.
Well equipped kitchen (unfortunately the dishwasher did not work all the period despite it being reported).

Przestrzeń w apartamencie, widok, czystość. Są 2 suszarki na pranie i proszek, żelazko i deska do prasowania, ręczniki.
Klucze do garażu znajdują się w apartamencie.
Ostatniej nocy nie dało się spać bez zatyczek, bo była jakaś impreza. Także warto zabrać zatyczki na wszelki wypadek.
Komfort apartamentu niweluje halas ulicy, dla mnie wrażliwej na hałas nie był dokuczliwy.
Tylko 3 kapsułki do zmywarki na tydzień, trzeba było dokupić też papier toaletowy i ręczniki kuchenne. Niewielki problem z otwarciem drzwi, ale trzeba po prostu najpierw mocno pociągnąć do siebie i dopiero pchnąć.

Wir waren über Weihnachten zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung, da sie unseren Anforderungen (2 Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer, sehr bequeme Betten, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, schöner großer Süd-Balkon, Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz, gute Lage) entspricht!

Sauberkeit: Okay (Leider waren sowohl die Handtücher als auch die Bettwäsche wieder fleckig. Aber wir waren mit eigenen Handtüchern vorbereitet.)

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Wir haben gegen Entgelt früher eingecheckt - ein Late-Check-Out wäre auch möglich gewesen. Die defekte Kaffee-Pad-Maschine und ein defekter Stuhl wurden sofort ausgetauscht.

Einziges Manko: Ein sehr lauter Nachbar und der Straßenlärm (Ohropax sind sehr hilfreich)!

Great place to stay for family with 2 children. Continent supermarket 10 min walk. Beach 15 min walk. View from balcony is even better than in pics. Old town under 10 min taxi dependending on traffic.
Could be less noise from traffic on balcony, but you can't avoid it living in that part of Funchal. Inside apartment you can't hear traffic at all.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and has a wonderful view of the ocean. The facilities are great with a dishwasher and washing machine and the kitchen was well equipped. Pool towels were provided which was great and the pool itself was lovely and never busy. Two bathrooms was very handy and there was ample toilet roll/ kitchen roll provided.
The location was a little out of the centre but in a Bolt taxi it only cost €6 to get there. The area is more of a residential area but it's nice to feel you're living like a local. No hand towels were provided and the shower mat towel was slightly grubby/ in need of replacement.

Une incroyable vue mer depuis le grand balcon au 7e étage! L'appartement est très spacieux, lumineux et décoré avec soin. Belle residence6de standing. La cuisine est très bien équipée (avec des couteaux qui coupent!) Très bon service. Nous y sommes restés 11 nuits. Changement des draps et serviettes en milieu de séjour. Enfin. Belle piscine avec peu de monde. Nous y retournerons. Très bonne literie.
Seul bémol : un peu de bruit de voitures quand on est sur le balcon (route en contre
bas avec ralentisseurs) mais on n'entends rien à l'intérieurde l'appartement. Pas rédibitoire pour nous mais à signaler pour les personnes qui ne veulent aucun bruit

The apartment was beautiful and extremely well equipped, there wasn’t a single thing that we needed during our stay that wasn’t available to us. The building and apartment were both immaculate and well cared for.
Check in was easy and the picture of the apartment front gate was helpful as there are a number of different buildings that form a part of the complex. The host was also very responsive when I was having trouble figuring out how to get into the car park. I think a bit more detail for which codes are for which doors/gates etc would be helpful here. As soon as we were inside and we’d spoken to the host they came to meet us to let us know where we needed to go. Our stay was lovely and our kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and the apartment as well. Thank you so much!

Overall we were pleased with the property. We had a few challenges that others should be aware of when booking.

First, locating the unit wasn’t easy the first time. The buildings are labeled, but not in the same format or as obviously as one would expect. A photo of the entrance would make a difference.

Second, we were very disappointed in the towel setup. When we arrive there unit contained two bath towels and a kitchen towel. When we asked for additional towels (we were staying a week) we were told that would be an additional cost. We were advised to use the dryer if we didn’t want to spend the additional money. There’s not a dryer. The delivered pool towels when asked. Mid week they provide towel service and at that point have us two hand towels. No wash clothes ever.

Last, the wanted you to use a 3rd party website to see your stay details and communicate with them. This was just another thing to keep track of… Why not JUST use the Airbnb app and make it simple for the guest.

perfekte Lage um die Insel zu erkunden und bereisen. Küchenausstattung war super. Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Host via Whats App klappte super und man hat schnell jemanden erreicht. Supermarkt gleich in der Nähe und TOP Lokale zu Fuß erreichbar.
Nachbar neben an sehr laut (nebenan wird nicht vermieter, wohnt dort, d.h immer selber Nachbar). Handtücher und Bettwäsche nicht wirklich sauber. Ohne Kontaktaufnahme konnten wir den Parkplatz nicht finden, da die Beschreibung vom Garagentor nicht stimmte. Wlan funktioniert nicht wirklich.

Fantastic clean and well equipped apartment, comfortable beds and a great balcony to enjoy a sunny breakfast. The swimming pool was also very clean and attractive. Easy bus service into the city centre from just outside.
Very busy road with noisy traffic during the daytime. Swimming pool on the cool side but still enjoyable.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Aber: Es gibt einen Nachbarn, der mehrfach in den Abendstunden und nachts laut war und dies auch trotz unserer Bitte nicht änderte. Hinzu kommt die laute vierspurige Straße. Die Unterkunft machte einen gepflegten Eindruck, allerdings waren die Toiletten nicht sauber und im Wohnzimmer lag ein Büschel Haare. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, die zahlreichen Vorratsboxen für unterwegs sehr praktisch. Das Doppelbett bietet leider nur eine große Decke für zwei. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war sehr angenehm.

We had a great stay in this apartment! The space was not only beautifully designed but also incredibly functional, with a huge sofa that was perfect for relaxing. The apartment matched the pictures perfectly, and the facilities were brand new. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the balcony was large enough to fit 5 people for breakfast. Prachtig groot appartement op de 7e verdieping. Fantastisch uitzicht op zee. Je moet alleen wel een erg steile weg omhoog lopen om bij het appartement te komen. Wij hebben hier 10 heerlijke dagen gehad. Af en toe lopend naar de oude binnenstad ( klein uurtje) maar kan ook prima met de bus

Alles war perfekt 👌. Super schönes Appartement… tolle Lage Toller Blick. Top ausgestattet und sehr modern . Es fehlt an nichts.
Für uns war es nur etwas missverständlich, dass man erst in das Appartement muss um den Tor Öffner für die Garage zu bekommen. Aber Dank dem Top Service haben wir nach Rückfragen sofort die richtige Info erhalten 👍

Wichtig ist auch immer den Schlüssel mit dem Garagenöffner mit zum Pool zu nehmen, da man sonst nicht ins Gebäude A kommt 😅

What an amazing place! I would love to live there, it felt like a dream apartment. Highly recommend. The only con was the noise from the street, but that’s an issue everywhere in Funchal I suppose: the streets are very steep so the engines are loud.
The balcony and the view were my favorite part.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Wohnung wurde während meines Aufenthalts geputzt. WLAN funktioiert im Wohnraum einwandfrei.
Die Wohnung liegt an an einem sehr steilen Berg, aber das ist auf Madeira nichts außergewöhnliches.

Beautiful, clean apartment that was nicely furnished. The service was faultless. Whenever we needed something, it was arranged very quickly. Nothing to complain about.
The location of the apartment was pleasant (close to shops, restaurants and the beach). The only negative was the slightly busier street, but the noise was not too great.

This is a very nice apartment and the pictures are very accurate to the reality, with the exception to the view…the view is AMAZING! Even better in reality. My wife and I were traveling with our 19 year old son, and the two bedrooms with their respective bathrooms were perfect for us. Lots of space in the living room and dining room, also the kitchen was well appointed with all the utensils necessary to cook your own meals. The deck is very spacious and has comfortable furniture to relax and a table and chairs to eat your meals. This unit is in the top floor and in my opinion is the located in the complex, overlooking the pool, which was very nice to relax in on a hot day in Funchal. The apartment complex is located in a neighborhood that has similar condo complexes and there is construction nearby, so the adjacent road was a bit noisy with traffic, but a minor issue for us. The location is on the West side of Funchal, past Lido, so while you can walk towards Lido and the Centre of Funchal this would probably take you 20 to 25 minutes, we had a car so we did not mind the short drive, although it was very easy to access the main road to exit Funchal, which was convenient. We highly recommend this location and would return again without hesitation. Thank you again to our hosts.

First thing that you notice is great views from the living room and balcony to the sea. Then neutrally decorated apartment with lots of space gives you further confirmation that you have made a great decision about where to stay.

This area could be described as residential and as such there's less restaurants and bars compared few miles towards the center. That said there's still plenty of good places to eat out within 10 minute walk. Everywhere in Madeira hills are steep and this place is no exception. Walking less than 200 meters from the main road can be a surprise if you aren't fit at all.

The apartment is new and beautifully decorated. It has gorgeous views of the sea and is walking distance to a hospital, pharmacies, shops and restaurants.
It’s the perfect place from where to explore the island as very close to the VR (the local highway that circles the island).
The host was also very responsive and the locals are the most welcoming people ever!

We absolutely loved staying here. The apartment was super clean and comfortable, with a great view to the see from the balcony. The neighbourhood was also great with some lovely local restaurants, grocery stores and the gorgeous beach. I would definitely recommend it!
