Apartamento moderno e distinto, situado num condomínio de luxo e segurança 24h por dia. Propriedade de tipologia T3, com excelente exposição solar ao longo do dia e todo o conforto para umas boas férias partilhadas em famílias e/ou com amigos.
Este charmoso apartamento de áreas amplas, tons suaves e harmoniosos, disponibiliza três confortáveis suites; um WC social; uma cozinha totalmente equipa com mesa de refeições; uma sala espaçosa com duas zonas de estar, TV por cabo, uma zona de trabalho, uma área de refeições e acesso à varanda.
Através da sala faz-se o acesso a um dos quartos com duas camas individuais, um WC com chuveiro e uma varanda. Nos outros dois quartos, que também são suite, existe uma cama de casal, num deles WC com chuveiro e noutro WC com chuveiro e banheira, bem como acesso à varanda que também é comum com a sala.
Todos os quartos são esteticamente elegantes e têm uma excelente luz natural que transmite um ambiente relaxante e acolhedor.
No exterior, a varanda com vista deslumbrante sobre o mar, a Praia Formosa e o Cabo Girão convida a desfrutar do espaço disponibilizando dois confortáveis sofás e uma mesa de refeições. Imperdível é, também, a contemplação do pôr-do-sol à hora certa, acompanhado por uma bela taça de vinho e uma tábua de queijos.
Este alojamento inclui a utilização das três piscinas disponíveis comuns ao prédio, ginásio, mesa de snooker e jardins.

ÁREA
A propriedade está localizada na Estrada Monumental, no condomínio de luxo Madeira Palace Residences, perto do centro do Funchal. Zona calma, de rápido e fácil acesso à Praia Formosa. O apartamento está próximo da Promenade que liga o Funchal a Câmara de Lobos. Nesta zona encontra o centro comercial Fórum Madeira, vários restaurantes, bares, pastelarias, farmácias e outros serviços.
Se optar deslocar-se até ao centro da cidade do Funchal saiba que há diversos pontos de interesse turísticos e informações sobre atividades culturais, atividades radicais, atividades ligadas à natureza, seja qual for o objetivo da visita à Ilha da Madeira.
COMO CHEGAR
A melhor opção para chegar ao apartamento será o transfer. Peça-nos para marcar um com os nossos parceiros locais. É mais barato do que os táxis que encontra no aeroporto. Se alugar carro, qualquer aplicação de navegação encontra facilmente a morada.

Estamos sempre disponíveis para ajudar ou para tirar dúvidas. Faremos os possíveis para acorrer a todas as solicitações. Temos também uma aplicação para os hóspedes com todas as informações importantes sobre a propriedade e outras informações úteis para a sua estadia.
OUTRAS OBSERVAÇÕES
- Conforme a lei portuguesa, todos os hóspedes são obrigados a apresentar um documento de identificação válido. (ex. passaporte, bilhete de identidade).

L'appartamento si trova in un grande residence.
L'appartamento è spazioso, bello e ben tenuto.
Ha tre belle stanze da letto con armadi generosi.
Ogni stanza ha un bagno. Vi è un ulteriore piccolo bagno.
Grande soggiorno e ingresso con grande terrazzo con la vista sul mare.
Possibilità di utilizzare le piscine, di cui non abbiamo usufruito.
Siamo stati accolti da personale dell'host che poi è stato sempre a disposizione e le risposte, alle nostre richieste, veloci e precise.
Eravamo in sei adulti.
Il garage sotterraneo molto ampio è molto scomodo in generale sia per parcheggiare, per entrare e uscire.
Per potere accedere alla rampa di uscita era necessario una manovra a marcia indietro.
In cucina, generosa anch'essa, c'erano due padelle inutilizzabili perché non idonee per piastra a induzione. Non certo in linea con loro standing dell'appartamento. Speriamo vengano sostituite con delle funzionanti.

very beautiful location however I do feel that it didn't feel like a home. There were no tea bags, shower mats, sauce or tooth paste or shampoo, body lotion. The garage was hard to enter and exit..had to keep playing with the fob to try figure out how to work. The washer was hard to understand. However Paulo was quite responsive and tried helping. The place is quite big and beautiful. I think it is definitely a good place to rent if only could have more essential items.

Lovely time we had at the place even the weather was not great for two days for us(stormy weather with heavy winds), which made the windows on the balcony move and to be a bit scary and harder to sleep in those rooms, otherwise was a great time after the storm.
The view from the place was amazing and it was a lovely safe location close to two supermarkets.

The apartment is beautiful and you could always hear the soothing ocean waves. The apartment is large except the room with the two twin beds but the closest organization system helped it not feel cramped. Parking is relatively easy with a small car but you need a small yet powerful car for Madeira’s hilly roads anyway. There are lots of local restaurants and shops walkable nearby as well. I recommend this apartment to travelers.

L'appartement est neuf, très grand et très bien aménagé et décoré.
Chaque chambre dispose de sa propre salle de bains avec WC.
Il y a une magnifique terrasse avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et au loin le cap Girao.
Plusieurs piscines sont à disposition.
Le parking souterrain permet de garer sa voiture au sous-sol en toute sécurité.
De plus, le quartier est agréable et permet d'avoir à portée de mains toutes sortes de services comme des restaurants, et surtout , un supermarché très bien achalandé à 2 minutes à pied ( il suffit de traverser la rue).
Une adresse à retenir!!
Nous n'avons trouvé aucun défaut à ce logement, ni au quartier.

Fin lejlighed trods diverse fejl. MEN: Den var kold, da der aldrig kom sol ind. Vi sad på den store flotte balkon med overtøj på og frøs. Kunne lige netop skimte en solnedgang et par dage ud af 14.

The apartment was very practical and comfortable especially the enormous balcony. The environment was nice, good restaurants were very close. It was quite a walk to the real center, but many busses were available. Perfect place to stay.

The apartment was wonderful. It was very spacious and clean. The furniture was nice and the kitchen had everything you would need. The patio was huge and had breathtaking sunset views every night. The pool areas were beautiful. I did have some confusion at first with communication with the property manager as they sent emails rather than communicating through air bnb as expected. Their emails went to my spam folder. But once that was resolved it was fine, although again, air bnb recommends only communicating
through them. Also, there was no hand towel provided for the half bath and the towels provided in the bedrooms were pretty old and some were stained. Check out was a bit of a hassle because you need the remote control to get out the gate so we had to exit the property, park and have one of us return the remote up to the apartment then exit the gate. Despite those small issues we would highly recommend this rental. It was comfortable, and clean and a fantastic location.

We were absolutely blown away by this Airbnb. It was way bigger than the photos suggested and the view from the balcony is amazing especially for sunset! There’s a grocery store very close and a great cafe 5min walk. Lots of restaurants around as well. Would definitely recommend this place. Parking is underground and very tight so small cars only. We absolutely loved this apartment. It was large and spacious and super clean. The area was quiet and felt very safe. We were about a 10min taxi from Funchal but big supermarket and restaurants all within walking distance of the apartment. The balcony and pools were also great additions for our stay and the parking. Will definitely stay again next time we are visiting Madeira. Thank you so much for a great stay!

This place is even better than the pictures. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Having parking is amazing because you really need a car to get around the island. The property is really secure and though there was often noise at night when we went to bed, I always woke up amazed at how quiet it was (and I was sleeping with the balcony door open). The kitchen is shocked with all the cooking essentials, including an American coffee maker and an electric kettle.
Our host, Paulo, was super responive, even dropping off towels for us at 8pm!

The apartment was very spacious and clean with three bedrooms and a large living room. The location is excellent for exploring the island. We visited a pizzeria nearby (within 5 minutes walk), a Mexican restaurant on the coast, and went to a well stocked local grocery store every day. The accommodations were excellent for our family without any problems. We will miss the beautiful patio overlooking the ocean.

Very modern apartment, looks like in the pictures; big rooms, huge terrace with a beautiful view, 3 bedrooms with 3,5 bathrooms. There ware shared pools but we didn’t use them. A supermarket close (at 6 min walking) and the bus stop right in front of the apartment building.
The pillows were bad, they should be changed. The mattress is a bit too soft. We didn’t had any hand towels but I complained and they were delivered the next day. Also in one of the bathroom the drain was blocked and was difficult to take a shower - it should be fixed.

Paulo has a beautifully decorated unit with expansive ocean view. Every day we sit on balcony to read, drink tea, while listening to the ocean waves. The unit is sparkling clean and new. The location is unbeatable with nice cafes and supermarket within 5 min walk. Paulo

Wonderful AirBnb, spacious, well-designed, with an incredible balcony area/view. Great location as well, close to some nice cafes and a convenient grocery store. Some minor issues to consider, was the main bedroom made several squeaking noises at night (due to the wind, i'm guessing), so much so that we had to move to the other bedrooms. Our check-in was also slightly delayed until after the check-in time (only about a half hour or so) so not a big deal. Finally, the only other notable improvement I would recommend (and perhaps this is an American View-point) would be to install shower caddys in the bathrooms, so that we can place our conditioner/shampoo other items there while we shower.

Great apartment let down by neighbouring major building works and no mention of this. Would have chosen another apartment if knew. Did look at moving and agent were prepared to let an early departure bout could not find suitable apartment. Building noise was less on later days of stay so tolerable but not ideal.

Location is totally great: ocean , mountain, supermarket, cafes nearby (our favorite the window of Asia for dinner; Viana - for some sweets; Art food corner - for breakfast or lunch).
The residence itself is absolutely new and clean with modern design. Kids really liked the pools, that were always clean and not crowded. It’s pretty good after the trip through the island to swim in the afternoon time. The apartment is really spacious for our family of 5 persons. Very much appreciated the washing machine with the dryer option. The kitchen is new and clean. Magnificent terrace with all you need. The way to the beach is about 5min through the nice tunnel. The beach is stony and not for every day use with kids, but there are so many things in Madeira that’s not a problem. Paulo (the host) was very pleasant and showed us everything we needed.
Parking (( the entrance and exit is terribly tight. Be careful with the bigger cars (we had Škoda Superb) and it was very difficult to park the car. However you can use the free parking places outside.
And carpets in the apartment )) the wool (or I don’t know what) is everywhere. Plus vacuum cleaner is not very good.

This apartment was amazing, exactly how it is seen in the photos, even better.
The apartment was clean and had everything we needed and in a great location.
The only thing I would say is the Host uses a middle person to communicate with before meeting the actual host at the apartment. The middle person was too complicated and wanted things from our group on another portal which is not norm for AirbnB. I found myself ringing Airbnb so many times to get their requests sorted as I could not complete the requests.
The actual host Paolo, was lovely when we finally met him on our first day.
Apart from this, my entire group loved the apartment and would definatley stay again and reccomend to others.
The apartment was clean and had everything we needed and in a great location.
The only thing I would say is the Host uses a middle person to communicate with before meeting the actual host at the apartment. The middle person was too complicated and wanted things from our group on another portal which is not norm for AirbnB. I found myself ringing Airbnb so many times to get their requests sorted as I could not complete the requests.
The actual host Paolo, was lovely when we finally met him on our first day.
Apart from this, my entire group loved the apartment and would definatley stay again and reccomend to others.

The apartments in which we stay are simply magnificent, the location is chic, a new area with all the necessary infrastructure, restaurants, shopping mall, promenade for walking, swimming pool etc. I really recommend it.
And of course I want to express my gratitude to the apartment manager Paulo, he is tactful, pleasant and professional who was always ready to help at any time even if you forgot the keys in the room at 23:00 😃

Chegámos e o apartamento não tinha nem toalhas, nem papel higiénico.
As toalhas apenas foram entregues a meio da manhã seguinte.
A maquina de lavar loiça estava avariada e permaneceu durante toda a nossa estadia.
Arranjámos o cortinado de um dos quartos, que não funcionava.
Gostámos do espaço e da localização.
É com certeza um local a recomendar e a voltar.
As toalhas apenas foram entregues a meio da manhã seguinte.

Modern architecture, great views of the ocean and pools, wonderful balcony, very secure, check in time moved up 1.5 hours.
Airport transfer arranged through provider dropped us outside the gate without instruction on how to get in. We called provider to ask how to get in but no answer until he arrived 90 minutes later. Tried to leave our luggage with the security reception so we could go have lunch, but he refused. We sat by the pool which was nice, but with no signage on how to navigate the building was odd. Madeira Palace is many different buildings with elevators and again, no signage. Trash room impossible to find. Only 1 complete set of keys and another partial set for the 6 of us. Provider checked us in and when we found no toilet paper went to get it immediately. To enter gym you have to get a key from security desk which is fine but not communicated at check in or instructions.
Overall, the stay was enjoyable but many details in communication and directions were not there.

Our stay was very warm and welcoming. We were a quick walk away from a rock beach and from the comfort of our home we enjoyed the beautiful sunset views and pools. A quick ride to Funchal was icing on the cake! Thank you for a fantastic memorable vacation!

The apartment was very good! Spacious, modern and with an excellent view to the ocean. We enjoyed it a lot!
We did not like the check-in procedure, where we had to fill in some forms on the web site and also pay a deposit which was not announced on booking.com. Also, the underground parking was made such a way that only little cars can comfortably enter it, with a bigger car it was a great problem. But we were lucky to have a place on the territory so we did not enter the underground after the first day.
General impression is excellent!

We had the most wonderful week’s stay in this beautiful apartment in Funchal.
Excellent facilities, spotlessly clean and a good location with a bus stop right outside the complex with regular buses into the centre of Funchal.
I would highly recommend this accommodation and hope to return again!

We loved our stay here. The house and location are beautiful. Communication is easy and the house was spotless. We loved hearing the ocean waves from any room in the house and the pool was an extra bonus.

Beautiful apartment with large terrace and gorgeous views. Exactly like photos. The only downfall of this spot is the amount of construction going on right in front of the property and around the sides. It was disruptive.

Lots to like. Location - on the edge of busier hotel area , overlooking sea and within 10 mins walk to shopping centre with excellent supermarket. Lovely walks 10 mins from the door. Easy access to public bus into centre of Funchal. The apartment was beautiful , very clean and we used the huge balcony every day . The pools and pool sitting areas were very clean with lovely view of the sea. The owner was very helpful and organised taxis to the airport.

The flat is very spacious and everyone felt comfortable. The large terrace is ideal at the seafront location. There is a good bakery (Penha d'Águia) nearby and the Forum Madeira shopping centre is convenient for shopping. The Doca do Cavacas Natural Pools are within easy walking distance and are an experience. However the three pools at the accommodation are stunning!
