With three bedrooms, lounge, swimming pool, fitted kitchen, this modern duplex apartment is just five minutes’ walk from the heart of the city. Natural light, a large terrace, and superb views over Funchal and the mountains are the hallmarks of this apartment. Located on the sixth floor of a quiet, sunny building, it invites sunbathing and dips in the pool set in the building’s garden. On the first floor are three bedrooms: two spacious rooms and, at the end of the hall, a suite with dressing room and safe. This floor also features the dining and living room with balcony and splendid views, plus a spacious kitchen with modern appliances. Large windows and the balcony offer stunning views over the island. Upstairs, the second floor boasts a breathtaking chillout space with lounge chairs and a table for gatherings, leading to a large terrace overlooking the city, Funchal bay, and the island’s mountain range. From here, you can see the Pico Fortress, Funchal Cathedral, the Convent of Santa Clara, Funchal Marina, and, on sunny days, the Desert Islands. AREA The street of Jasmineiro, where is located the apartment, leads one of the arteries of the city, Avenida do Infante. Here, there are traditional Portuguese terraces, typical pastries, and gourmet restaurants. In front, is the Madeira Casino and advise you through the Santa Catarina Park, the garden is on the left, to reach the center of Funchal. It's five minutes worth and do not reveal more, we want to find out for yourself. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes. Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival. Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability. Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge. By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions. OTHER NOTES All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
