The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining area, laundry, and storage space. The balcony, accessible from the living room, offers a pleasant spot to enjoy the city landscape. AREA This property located in Rua 5 de Outubro, Edifício 5 d' Outubro Residence, is next to the main accesses connecting the highway, which connects the east, west and north of the island, as well as the streets that give access to the downtown. The flat is a 10-minute walk from the Lavradores Market and the Old Town of Funchal. From here, you may explore on foot the several touristic points of Madeira's capital (Cable Car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Sé Catedral, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc...). In addition to these facilities, the accommodation is close to the "La Vie" shopping centre and offers a number of essential services, such as: several shops; cafés; hairdressers; pharmacies; restaurants; and a medium-sized supermarket. You can also find information on cultural activities, radical activities and nature-related activities in the centre of Funchal, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira. PROPERTY RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes. Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival. Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability. Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge. By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions. OTHER NOTES All bed linen and towels are provided.
