The excellent location and the integration in a luxury condo distinguish this quality apartment, which offers a beautiful infinity pool. This infrastructure is shared throughout the condominium. If you stay in this apartment you will have a calm and memorable evening, thanks to the wonderful sunset, with Praia Formosa and Cabo Girão as a background. It will certainly be a moment to save in your memory. The property has a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony with sea view and a beautifully decorated living room, with access to the balcony, which offers a wonderful “postcard view”. Finally, the fully equipped kitchen completes the space of this apartment that can accommodate a maximum of four people (two in the bedroom and two in the sofa bed available in the living room). The apartment is fully equipped with all facilities and has a free parking place. AREA Situated in one of the most prestigious tourist areas of Funchal, this apartment is close to a pleasant seafront promenade, beaches, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and the Forum Madeira shopping center, which has several internationally renowned venues and movie theaters. Nearby there are several bars and restaurants where you can delight in our gastronomy or international cuisine. In addition to the nearby options, you can go to the city center (seven minutes by car) where you will find a wider variety of restaurants. About a half kilometer from the apartment is the Formosa Beach, suggestive for diving and sunbathing on the pebble and black sand. PROPERTY RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes. Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival. Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability. Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge. By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions. OTHER NOTES All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
