DIE NACHBARSCHAFT UND DIE UMGEBUNG
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet, in Caminho da Achada, in der Nähe der Stadt Funchal. Die Lage ermöglicht es Ihnen, jeden Ort in der Stadt oder auf der Insel leicht zu erreichen, mit direktem Zugang zur Autobahn, die den Osten, Westen und Norden der Insel verbindet.
In der Nähe finden Sie einige Cafés, Snackbars und kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 5 Autominuten entfernt.

TRANSPORT
Die beste Möglichkeit, das Haus zu erreichen, ist der Transfer. Bitten Sie uns, einen bei unseren lokalen Partnern zu buchen. Es ist billiger als die Taxis, die Sie am Flughafen finden!

We liked the terrace it was nice when it was sunny, although need to keep in mind that neighbours can see down. We liked that the bedrooms were separate, and had two bathrooms. Kitchen was comfortable had all the necessities. We liked the bedsheets and the towels, lovely ladies who took care of changing the sheets and towels. Owner was responsive.
We didn’t like that there was mold in one of the bedrooms on the sealing. We didn’t like that the whole apartment was very dark even in sunny days. We didn’t like that everting was rundown, couch had stains and seemed dirty, the same with coffee table. We didn’t like that on booking the pictures are misleading, we were disappointed when we got here. It was okay to live there, but the price wasn’t reasonable for what you are getting. The washing liquid for the floors was stinky when we arrived. If you are travelling in a group just get a hotel.

Good location, few minutes to city centre in Funchal by car and free paeking inside building
In the biggest room, bed was very uncomofortable I think that inside in the mattress was broken, in whole flat wasn’t AC and it was a problem because in whole House was moisture especially in every bedroom, also on the ceiling was fungus and mold and there was very small TV without smart TV so we couldn’t watch netflix ect

Nice spacious 3 bedroom apartment, with nice outside area.
bonus is a parking space in the garage. Plenty of towels in the rooms, big fridge in thew kitchen, all kitchen supplies to make nice meals.

Received the keys from the key box, but didn't know which apartment is ours, A, B, C or D? called and asked. but eventually, tried few doors and unlocked correct ones.
Rooms need more light, its so dark and gloomy inside in the evening. during the day is fine. one light bulb was missing, but lady came same day and put the new one. We took bedside lights and used in the sitting room, to get more light.

El check-in era a las 4pm y pudimos ingresar al apartamento a las 7pm, vale acotar que estuvimos esperando en el pasillo del edificio con las maletas y dos niños pequeños. Luego del ingreso el wifi solo funcionaba en la sala, las camas muy incomodas y almohadas muy malas y viejas. Muy baja iluminación en sala y cuartos.

The apartment is spacious with a large terrace. We were a group of 5 and it was a great space for us. There is a large living room, well equiped kitchen, washing machine and private parking in a garage.
The beds are not very comfortable with small pillows. Not too bad, mine was really squeaky though. TV was not smart (not super important at all, but after a full day hiking we wanted to put on a movie).

Óptima localização, apartamento limpo e bem equipado com espaço, adequado para crianças pequenas e tinha até brinquedos para os miúdos se entreterem
Os colchões são muito antigos, de molas e estão em mau estado. As molas magoam o corpo e dificultam o descanso. As almofadas do quarto de casal são muito duras e obsoletas. A cama de casal é de tamanho normal, não é extra grande como diz o anúncio.
Fizemos o check in de 7 pessoas e só havia toalhas para 6 pessoas.

The apartments were quite large in size. Good location. Parking place is convenient and clean. Quite simple checkin/checkout.
The floors were dirty, the bed linen had hair on it. Lightning in the bathroom above the mirror did not work at all, the light in the living room was very dim.
The apartments were on the first floor and there was a path for other residents right next to the windows. I would say there was no view from the window. The first floor absolutely uncomfortable.

Literie inappropriée, On ne parle pas de couchage ferme, mais une literie qui a donné à deux personnes des lumbago.
Situation rez-de-chaussée avec un club de gym sur votre terrasse.
Aucune connexion wi-fi.
Très excentré.
Voisinage bruyant, chien qui aboie la nuit.
L’équipement est basique, aucun lave-vaisselle, cafetière à l’ancienne.

Przestronny taras, 2 łazienki, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, salon z dużym stołem, wyznaczone miejsce z pralką i suszarką, zamykany parking z wyznaczonym miejscem do dyspozycji o każdej porze, wystarczająco dobre wifi,
Mieszkanie wymaga gruntownego sprzątania: kanapa w salonie brudna, na fotelach na tarasie brudne poduszki, nie można pozostawić jedzenia na blacie w kuchni, bo pojawiają się mrówki, jeden podgrzewacz wody na 2 prysznice i zlew w kuchni.

Bardzo przyjemny apartament, dobrze położony. Zarówno do zwiedzania wyspy jak i samego Funchal. Blisko restauracje, sklepy. Brak zmywarki, ale myślę, że to nie problem. Miejsce parkingowe w garażu, ale na ulicy również sporo bezpłatnych miejsc do parkowania. Sąsiedzi normalni mimo, że nie zawsze było u nas cicho.

The Apartment is poorly isolated. so acoustically you can hear EVERYTHING in and outside house. Lots of very annoying and aggressive mosquitos 🦟 in November. At the last day, the water supply has gone and very very nice neighbors helped us quickly and professionally. Also the cleaning during the middle of the rent is very very helpful and unexpected. Overall, it was not our best BnB Experience.

Thank you for your details feedback. As you can understand renting a property in the center of a city could've an increase noise than normal.
We live in a tropical island, insects are part of the weather which we need to deal with it, but I'm sure you knew that :)

- Ubytování je cca 2 km od centra, dá se dojít pěšky nebo využít městskou dopravu, jejíž zastávka je hned před ubytováním. - Skvělá byla i možnost parkovat pronajaté vozidlo v kryté podzemní garáži. K dispozici byla dokonce pračka, žehlicí prkno a žehlička.
- Tři samostatné ložnice, dvě s oddělenými postelemi a jedna s manželskou postelí, k dispozici byly na místě i mobilní radiátory a větráky.
- dvě koupelny s WC (jedna maličká, druhá velká i s bidetem a vanou)
- velký obývací pokoj s rozkládacím jídelním stolem a velmi pohodlným gaučem
- velká terasa s posezením
- plně zařízená kuchyně
- v docházkové vzdálenosti cca 2 minuty pekárna, cca 10 minut velký supermarket, který má otevřeno do 22:00 hod.
- nefunkční některé elektropřístroje (ponorný mixér a topinkovač)
- apartmán nemá klimatizaci, což je při velmi horkém letním počasí a nemožnosti mít plně otevřená okna nepříjemné
- okna nemohou být na noc plně otevřená, jsou až k zemi a v přízemí ze zahrady můžete mít nečekanou návštěvu (např. místní kočky)
- okna v obývacím pokoji není dobré mít otevřená přes den - orientace na jižní stranu bez zastínění dělá z pokoje vytopený skleník
- postele měly poměrně tvrdé matrace
- na chodbě domu jsme našli několik švábů

No geral foi uma boa experiência, a reverem: cama de casal muito desconfortável e barulhenta, ferro de engomar avariado (fez faisca quando ligámos e desligou o quadro. um perigo !), tampa do interruptor da luz da casa de banho (banheira) sempre a cair, suporte das toalhas de rosto solto e a cair.

The appartment was fine, spacious with nice decorations, you have everything you need at the kitchen. Close to the center. Has a nice gym downstairs. Parking space in the garage which was very convenient. But the wardrobes had a strong smell of mold, so we were not able to store anything there. If you not open them and don’t use them, it’s ok.

Very dissapointed in the management group that dealt with this apartment. Awfull communications skills. Ckeaning crew show up rarely and you dont know what time they show up. Apartment photos are taken with wide angel making it look bigger. Heaters make no difference. Kitchen utensils have seen better days . No welcome water, fruit or flowers. Cheapest toilet paper , buy your own. The apartment has no real soul , its just a space. If you dont have a car , gets boots . If you do have one , make sure its small as the garage is tiny. Neighbours noisy till late , and it seems alot of rules in place, not comfortable with that. Definately not worth the money i spent.

Hello Mario! I believe this was one of the most unfair reviews we have ever received. This apartment is very nice and the pictures are exactly accurate. The location is what it is and you saw it before booking. Unfortunately we cannot move the apartment closer to downtown Funchal only for you! Maybe it would have been a good idea to ret something closer to the city center. Nobody ever complained about the toilet paper, the empty fridge, heaters, etc... This is complete nonsense! And what you say was expensive is just laughable... You paid less per night that a bad residential downtown! It's just utterly ridiculous of you.

We manage over 100 properties in Madeira and although we are not perfect, we really really do our best and we never lie!

The apartment was well presented and clean. Is located near to supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants. Short walk down the hill to the centre (if you enjoy the walking). Spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and equipped kitchen and sitting room. The apartment also has a nice patio area with gardening furniture that I used for my coffee mornings and morning sun tans😊. There is also a BBQ area that can be used by booking and a garage with 1 space located, but other spaces available on the roadIf you are into gym you can use it for a short fee.
I founded easy to book, check in and out. The team were great in keeping contact and support on our needs.
The only feedback is the keys for the condominio double glaze doors are stiff and hard to open, perhaps something that needs checking before someone gets locked out.
Overall excellent experience.

The apartment was of good size, well equipped, with a nice patio. Although we didn't use the property it has a shared BBQ. The apartment also provides car park. There is coffee shops in close by and supermarkets.
All was good, the only thing was the key to the condominium (white glass doors) was stiff and hard to open, and times had to go through the garage to access the flat.

Big, spacious, well equiped apartment. Good communication in WhatsApp before and after our stay. In-door private parking and free public parking available just oustide for short stops. Two bathrooms were handy and (finally) a place that is being sold for 5+ people and does have 5+ chairs.
WiFi does not cover the whole apartment - the one room at the back specifically.
Minor, but we could use a couple more plugs.
Not much to do in walking distance (big supermarket 5' away by car), but I guess that's typical in Funchal.

The flat was very clean and spacious but the location was 1.5 kilometres from the centre and up a very steep hill on the way back. A supermarket is a 10 minute walk away by using the lane near the appartment.
However we had booked an appartment near the centre of town with Travel to Madeira but were told that appartment was no longer available only 6 weeks before our departure. They gave us no reason for this change. At such late notice we had no choice but to accept this as a alternative. As we had no car we were NOT happy at being moved so far from the centre of Funchal
